If you live in a country with 200 million or with 50 million inhabitants i will agree with you. But there are a lot of countries which are much smaller. Take the baltic states for instance. For such small countries a heavy loss of young women would have tremendous effects for the development of the population.

Its a biological reason. Young women are biologically to valuable, because they are biologically inefficient. What does it mean? A comparision. How many children will you get if you couple one man and 100 women in one year? If all went good a little bit over 100. But how many children you will get if you couple one women with 100 men? 1 perhaps 2. Thatswhy a people can endure the loss of a lot of young men, but not the loss of a lot of young women without to risk the own future. Its a simple question of reproduction. I know this sounds technically, but this is the only reason to deny women to serve in combat units. We need them to save the future.

The problem is not the money. The problem is a oversized bureaucracy which is closely linked to the industry and is feeding monopolies. EADS can do what it want, delays of years in delivery of planes and helicopters, quality problems, not reaching of performance of weapons systems ... I think a lot of guys all around the world are asking themself, why the hell the Germans dont fight side by side with Americans and French against ISIL or other terror groups. In the eyes of the world Germany is a economical superpower with a good military. The abilities of german soldiers are said to be excellent. Germany is seen as a giant with a very big stick in the hand. But to be honest. The truth is different. Completly different. Today Germany is a dwarf with a exrem litte stick, but with a growing ego of a giant. But it is military impotent. The readiness status is a catastrophy. Luftwaffe: Germany has 31 Tiger helicopters. Of them are 10 operational. Of 33 NH-90 helicopters 8 are operational. 109 Eurofighter are in the Luftwaffe, but only 42 can be used. We have 89 Tornados, but only 38 are ready. Of 56 Transall, transport planes 24 are operational. 13 Patriot Batteries, 7 are combat ready. The Bundesmarine, German Navy, has 21 Sea King. 3 are operational. 22 Sea Lynx 3 are partly operationally 1 is full op. 83 CH-53 are available, but only 16 are ready. 4 submarines of Type 212, 1 is ready. Corvette K130, 5 units, but only 2 operational. Fregattes 11, but only 7 operational. Heer, the german Army, IFV Marder 406 available, 280 combat ready. You would need not to many new tiles. Two or 3 different streight roads, 5 or 6 different curves, crossroad and so on. Lets say 10 new tiles. But you will lay them all per hand on the map. I have never tried it, but i guess, that your idea could work, but only if you put all needed files in the relating terrain folder. To put them in the groundobjects folder would not work. If i remember correctly there was something similar in the stone age old factorycomplex from the very beginning days of SFP1. There were also ini files for the objects with a definition of a shadow file and 1 or 2 lod files. no there were 2 MiG's. I would like to know what payload the planes had. Was it the usual way to load the MiG with fueltank and 6 missiles and fly the F-16 clean to give the Viper a chance? Or was it only bad flown by the MiG jockeys?

Die machen schon eine Menge an den Flugzeugen. In den letzten Jahren wurde eine L-29 absolut neu gemacht, eine tschechische MiG-15, eine MiG-21F13 usw. Das kostet alles Geld und Zeit und Manpower. Davon gibt es nicht genug. Und wenn sie einmal mit dem schönmachen bei allen Maschinen durch sind, können die Leute gleich von vorn anfangen. Das ist ein Endloskreis. Die Alternative wäre alle Maschinen in die Hangars zu stellen, doch dazu ist einfach kein Platz. Die Bilder wurden alle bei schlechten Lichtverhältnissen aufgenommen. Laß mal die Sonne scheinen, da sieht alles viel freundlicher aus.
