A weapon load only with SAHM missiles was not used in WP service. You had always a mix of IR seekers and SAHM missiles, or IR seekers only.

The best way is playing the campaign with the planes which are included in the campaign. It is the only way to get a realistic view. But is very time consuming.

The numbers set for the norwegian Sabres is nearly done. It are now 52 numbers available, made for the squadrons 331 and 332. At the moment i'm still looking for the correct crest for the vertical tail. The drawings and pictures i have are not good enough. It seems to be, that it is the crest of the Royal Norwegian Air Force. Maybe it are squadron badges. There is still some research to do. At the moment i use the crest of the RNAF. The progress on the campaign development is slow. The ground war is not as working as intended. So i included two additionally polish airbases in the terrain. This helped a little bit, but i fear, that i must rework the network of the stratecic nodes again.

This map is made for First Eagles. Tile size 500x500 meters. This is the reason, why it will not work with SF properly.

I see two Su-25 with camo skin on the photo. Does Kolya sent more Frogfoots in the area? The first ones always had the ugly dark grey camo. Or does the camoflaged the planes in Syria?

The most planes of Albania were not Made in USSR, but Made in China. If you would by a MiG-21F-13 from there you would get a J-7, not the original MiG.

I know. This is not new. It came with WOI. Of course i have this entries in teh campaigns_data.ini. But the AI sometimes ignores neutral locations and sometimes you can even get enemy captured airbases although no ground campaign is running and the frontline shows a different thing. With a line of non airfield targetareas this behaviour is to avoid. I dont know why the AI is working in that way. -
And it seems to be, that i was wrong with the norwegian coding system. In the early time it was similar to the RAF system. Two letters were symbols of the squadron, the one letter was the code for the plane. What means, that i can dump 51 bordnumbers and must start to make new ones. But this two times. One with the first letter in front and one with the two letters in front. Next try: from the right from the left:

Bad idea. My future plans are making some other What if! campaigns. Sweden vs WP or Sweden vs Denmark. For this i need the swedish targetareas. I found out, that campaign anomalies in the kind, that airbases were in the wrong hands can be avoided if you has a line of "non-airfield" target areas between the airfields of the opposing sides or between the neutral airbases and friendly/enemy airbases. -
Norway on the way! The norwegian Sabre skin is not yet finished. It is a slightly mod of the already available outstanding skin of a german Canadair Mk.6. I made only the yellow nose and a set of nose lettercodes. When i was half finished with te job i got doubts, wheter i make the letters in the correct form. I made the so, that the first letter is connected with the squadron and the last two letters are connected with the single plane. But then i got the idea, what if the first letter is for the plane and the two letters are for the Squadron? I will try to find out!

For amphibious landings are targetareas already set in the released terrain. You must look for "Beachhead ----" In Denmark you will find 5 sea landing points. You find one of them on the islands of Bornholm, Falster, Lolland, Sjalland and Fynn. Landing points on westgerman coast you find near the town of Oldenburg/Holstein and the village of Kalifornien. On the map in the yellow circles. The updated, still WIP Ostseeausgang_targets.ini you find here:Ostseeausgang_targets.zip I added some new bridges, mostly in East Germany, 3 rows of target areas for easy creating strategic knots (still have to be renamed, at the Moment they are called PQ something. PQ is a german short word for Planquadrat (grid square) the attached numbers relates to the place on the map). Then i placed 3 static ships north of the polish coast to avoid campaign anomalies, that suddenly swedish bases were used, even when Sweden was set for neutral. Some SAM sites have reworked too. At the moment there are 358 target areas. In the old terrain it were only 297. -

Im working to update the terrain a little bit to make the campaign running smoothly. The new tiles i have made when i created BalticEntrance Terrain are all in the folder Ostseeausgang. The files are: [Texture124] Filename=SEA2FARM75x2.TGA [Texture125] Filename=Feldflugplatz.BMP [Texture126] Filename=SEA2FARM25.TGA [Texture127] Filename=SEA2Farm25b.TGA [Texture128] Filename=Sea2Farm50.TGA [Texture129] Filename=SEA2Farm50b.TGA The terrain update will not include any new tiles. It will include some new target areas for use as strategic knots in the campaign -
Austria is entering the battlefield. I have now made correct ranks for pilots from Poland, Czechoslovakia, Sweden and Denmark. I'm still looking for a norwegian F-86F skin. Norway will be the last nation which is still to be included in this campaign.

Not really. The IRM missiles are normaly loaded on the outer wing pylons of the Su-25 only. That means, that you must only delete all IRM setting on the other weapon stations. And for the outer weapon stations you set a lenght limit or a weight limit, so that heavy missiles are not to load. I would suggest to set a weight limit to 50 or 60 kg. Then the R-98 and R-3 missiles are gone. No big job.

The rank "Feldfebel" seems to be wrong. The russian rank should be "Starshi Sershant" or "Starshina". "Feldfebel" is a wrong written for the german rank "Feldwebel". Feldwebel is the thrid sergeants rank in german armies, comparable with a Sergeant first Class in the US Army.

R-98 was a long range air to air missile carried on Su-15 or MiG-25. It is much to big for a Su-25T. And it does not fit into the timeframe of the Su-25T. It would be the same if you would bring AIM-54 Phoenix on a A-10.
