seems we've adopted an old communist bloc trick, send out a bunch of older equipment first to find the enemy, then let your a team wipe out the enemy. great tactic, unless your flying the older equipment! how about instead not only data link with other AF tactical aircraft but with naval, Patriot battery and satellite survellience assetts as well. if you have the radar power being pumped out by the likes of patriot, aegis, Sentry and thaad and link it all together i do believe you can detect the birds more than 10 miles out. and fer chrissakes build more airframes! don't just retool the ones we already have.

you will have to create a decal folder for that skin to put in a mods decal folder. also you will have to do trail and error to determine where the correct placement of the decal should be. means alotta decal ini editing mixed with startin up the game loading the bird in question and lookin at it in game.

best bet would be to convert yourself, as not to many here will convert A-team products and even when they do they have to leave the LOD files out so you still have to go to that site and d/l anyhow. converting from Gen1 to Gen 2 is eay though just consult the Knowledge Base if you need help.

indeed as i happen to be a US Army cook (reserve now) and on three deployments have only come close to doing my full job once. my two soldiers got abit closer as they got shipped to supervise locals cooking for our teams out and about. (i asked to go but they didn't want to lose their guy that could get sodas and snacks!) the DOD in its wisdom decided that it was better to have a guy get paid $140,000 a year to supervise 100 foriegn nationals paid 500 a month (600,000 year total for employees 740,000 for the shift a year) rather than use my squad to do the same and incidental our trained for job at approx. 250,000 to 300,000 for the year we were there. yes the idea that we were freed up to pull triggers was nice but only if we were actually used to pull triggers which, we were not.

hawaii is a decal?!? do you have it in full color? and i asked because of the black letters. on my Phantoms i used Gimp and the color selector to change the white letters and numbers to black for Euro 1 and SEA wraparound. and maybe a little cut and paste for units that don't exist:grin: num's are stock recolored, that particular tailcode is letters rearranged from stock

nice HANG Eagle! is the tailcode skinned on or decal? @ hgbn i'm not the biggest Hun fan myself, but i have liked the Skyblazers ever since an article in a kit model mag featured them. however all your Huns are lookin awesome!

to throw my two cents in i would slim it down somewhat but also break it down into the eras, say by decade of release. one generic pack for things like mk 80 series bombs that have been around forever and will stay around for longer then a 50's pack 60's pack etc for the needs of the user. it is how i busted gunnys SF2 pack down on my backup tho due confusion on nomenclature and just plain cross eyedness (did he mention 2000+files?) i had not excluded everything in each set. and for a red nickel to boot change the data ini on the mk 80 series to cut it off pre 1964 (F-47D over tempelhof with mk81?really?)

just use the same direction throughout the ini!
