For the last 3 months, I was out of town working quite far from home so was not able to work on my main projects. But i had my crappy laptop with me...and evenings were quite productive. As you may know (or may not) i was working on a few ground objects.. and even the first batch (S-125 SAM) system was uploaded. I am currently working on new S-75 and S-200 SAMs . And of course many others. (generally trying to cover all east cold war SAMs). Also, some other big projects came up..and I am in the middle of something. So those ground objects will find a way to be on the virtual frontline one day. But back to the topic. I have made a few (and few more to come) replacements for stock TW objects from the red side. The list is not long so far. Idea was....and still is in my mind to create objects and edit targets.ini and types.ini so airfields for example in East Germany or Czechoslovakia will have specific national background objects etc. But I am generally lazy to do ini work (which is bloody important - but I am prioritizing models for now. Also, I think we disused this already ( but i can not find that thread) I am interested in making 'era' ground objects appearance. So for example old Zil-157 wil not appear as fuel truck let say in 1995 anymore. And in 1954 it place will be taken by some older soviet truck etc, etc. Someone said it is possible to edit this...but i do not remember how..or I am doing something wrong. Anyway, my priority is models..hope someone will solve this ini issue for me. So far i've made the following objects: ATZ-4-131 and ATZ-157 - or simply Soviet Fuel truck. Also, have pre-1958 ATZ-3-151 - but ZIS-151 is not painted yet....so. not for showing yet. Standard trucks for different era and situations (also some more specific eyecandish for few countries ) GAZ-66, Zil-157, Ural 375D, IFA W50L, (Praga and Star - wips) Some command truck replacements...these are actually radios but It gives nice touch now. R-140M on Zil-131 and Zil-157 and few other models that are in wip stage still (R-160 on Zil-131, R-142 on GAZ-66) And there are also other ground objects, mean fighting machines. BTR-60PB (plus maybe 2-3 variants in future) BRDM-2 and few variants based on that chassis. 9P122 Malyutka-M and 9P133 Malyutka-P and new 9M14 Malyutka to add to the weapon folder and Strela-1 9K31 with new 9M31 Strela-1 venerable ZU-23-2 also mounted on some trucks and APCs BMP-1 BMP-2 BTR-50PK and its Czechoslovakian copy OT-62 TOPAS with few variants and some middle eastern mods for use with specific terrains. and Czechoslovakian- Polish OT-64 SKOT also, new PT-76 found its way here... More to come. I have more than 20 wips in this project. some East Germany and Czechoslovakian builds too. More soviet tanks (54,55,62,72,) APCs, some heavy haulers and FROGs. Of course, this still needs a lot of work. lIke double-checking data, adjusting hitboxes, userlist, and generally ini-ini mambo jumbo. So one day hope it will be ready. Definitely not two weeks. Regards. J.

For dog sake. Do you really need to quote the whole post with all those screenies? We have seen that nearly a year ago...While allenjb42 post was enjoyable at the time ...your quote is not. Definitely not. Really hard to see a point of copying those pictures and asking questions while you could use a private message system - which works perfectly fine on this forum. not to mention ...You did not bring anything valuable to the screenshot thread from yourself. as for screenie.. my new substitutes for the most common stock ground objects...

except for fuse, there is not much of a difference between earlier models. RD1 and TD1 were introduced in 1983. R-40RD1/TD-1 was equipped with 'radio - optical' fuse. Not sure if this is the correct translation, but that how it is in Russian language. Doubt that warhead was heavier. I believe it was still the same as RD / TD. And that is stated in one of my books. 55kg. different fuse - 'Bekas'. one of the better sources for Russian info was website ракетная техника or something like this. Do not remember the web address now. Of course, it is in Russian. But plenty of good info. edit: and Russian magazines are quite very informative. A lot of technical info, drawings - a very professional approach to topic. poping up in ebay quite often.

you can check torno Fw-190-Ta-152 topic - he did a fantastic job on spinner/propeller.

You need to leave Su-35 for the enemy only. Those planes are intended to be shoot at - not to fly.

increase diameter in data ini ?

eye candy only. many of us are putting it in loadouts for the sake of 'kosherness'.

Yea. If done properly legs, hands, etc could be very entertaining in-game.. But as you said..If not interfering with gauges/display readings. Was thinking about this...in future pits...We will see. What an ancient game you brought to life on those screens!

you need original 3dmax file of the cockpit - then you can play with it. Add pilot legs or even any other limbs...but this is already creepy) You can not import lod file and edit it. Or - actually, you can import lod file (I am not gonna tell how and what) but it will still not bring you any closer - as a max file from imported lod is generally unusable. personal use or not - would be at least appropriate to ask modder of the original file.

Should not be a problem. Have decent memories with Robur also! Considering I was born and raised in Eastern bloc... recently I'm leaning forward some "red side" models more often. meanwhile... Planning to do LAK-2 variant next. also have 4 door cab...(good for Tanklöschfahrzeuge - did NVA use them ?) if someone desires some specific version....bribe accordingly and we will see what we can do.

worry do not. I have 4x4 bottom also.

But he can still enjoy the 'old' version. Which is quite new (considering how often new mods are popping up) perhaps 2 weeks

Just to make things clear tracked version (known in SF2 world as SA-3 Quad Launcher) was a Polish modification made in the mid-90s. It was called Neva-SC. Initially, it was based on MAZ-543 chassis but then in 1996, it was moved on WZT-chassis (armored recovery vehicle). Also, Cuba made tracked version of the launcher , and they used T-55 chassis in this case. (and I think both 5P71 and 73 launchers were used) But modification was made late (perhaps late-90s ? or even later as was shown first in 2006). Also, Belarus made T-55 chassis mod, but again it was made somewhere in 2005 ?. So you should check your userlist.ini dates and nations. Pechora 2M is based on wheeled 6x6 MZKT-8022 chassis.

check weaponstations in aircraft data.ini maybe there is specific station code for those missile stations. And then check if this correspond with missiles in your weapons folder.

Well sorry then. But clearly, no one here knows anything about "the future version of compatible windows 10" - which already become mythical.
