few small things I noticed: when you scratch the ground with your wingtips or belly there's now that cool scary stressed metal sound... belly landing still results in KIA, even on runway, tested few times with Skyhawk with FTs still under wings (was designed to land with them...) is it me, or now as of this patch, heavily damaged planes occasionaly release their landing gear as in hydraulics failure..? Ciffs of Dover style? I think I saw burning empty Migs with their gear lowered few time edit: one insect that bugs me: ALLWAYS after finishing campaign mission or single one when I click exit to return to main menu (from the campaign or single mission screen) I have SF2 lockup, only recoverable by ALT-TABbing and shutting process via task manager

Il2 1946 has some nice ones too, not that RPG hardcore like Mighty 8th, but fun to operate too (and contrary to B-17 2 is constantly updated and moddable...)

yes, it sets the maximum distance (in km) at which tiles are populated with tod objects, I usually run it at 8 to 12. side note, single tile covers 2x2km

Soo... I finally updated my June11 SF2 to Aug11 level -to test the new patch I started Rolling Thunder flying A-4C Black Diamonds campaign. The new carriers are there, which is cool, BUT now I experience huge performance drop and stuttering flying "quite clean" install -4 merged, most of DLCs, only Green Hell3 and Sarcasm, effects added, some flightengine and other inis tweaks I use daily Anyone ran into similar oddity?
