mue Posted December 9, 2015 Posted December 9, 2015 View File Mues Toolbox In this package you find the current versions of my programs. Since all programs are using the same Qt and Microsoft Visual Studio libraries I thought it is convenient to put them all together. This package contains currently: LOD Viewer V0.5.2 (old obsolete version, please download and use V0.6.3) Target Area Editor V0.2.2 (Updated) CAT Extractor V0.1.0 (NEW!) For usage instructions of the programs please read the readme files located in the Readme folder. Update 29.03.2025: I think it's best for the community if my tools are freely downloadable for everyone. ignacioc91 Posted December 10, 2015 Posted December 10, 2015 Hi!!! I have Windows 7, and when trying to open any of the tree exes included (CAT, LOD and TAE) nothing happens. I have installed the previous version of the TAE and works great. Any idea? Thanks! Quote

I have installed the previous version of the TAE and works great. Any idea? Thanks! Odd, I have Win7 64-bit Ultimate, for me I just unzipped the "MuesToolBox" folder and clicked on the any of the EXE files in it and they ran first time for me. Did you make sure that your Anti-Virus software is not blocking the file? Some people were having trouble with that. Quote
pvince Posted December 10, 2015 Posted December 10, 2015 I confirm : I had the same issue (does not start) and disabling Avast solved it. However previous LOD viewer version (0.5.1) worked well even with Avast on. Quote
mue Posted December 10, 2015 Author Posted December 10, 2015 Before I uploaded the package I scanned it with Microsoft Security Essentials: nothing suspicious found. After your reports I also scanned it with an online virus scanner (virustotal.com): nothing suspicous found. So I think my package is virus free. I assume your anti-virus program has some kind of cloud-based reputation rating of program files (*.exe, *dll, ...). And since my program files are quite new (recently compiled) they have no (good) reputation. The anti-virus program then maybe tries to run the program in some kind of sandbox and that didn't work for some reasons or it just blocks the program. Quote
saisran Posted December 10, 2015 Posted December 10, 2015 Anti Virus programs sometimes hate softwares without a big brand name attached to it. :) Quote

+Soulfreak Posted March 22, 2016 Posted March 22, 2016 (edited) Hi Mue. I can't seem to be able to view any stock ground objects. Can you offer any advice? you have to set the path to the cat files and enable something... Check the threat for the target area editor for the right description. Check the threat for the target area editor for the right description. It seems my know-how has gone a more than a little rusty during my year long hiatus from the series. Cheers, bud. 10107 Posted November 12, 2019 Posted November 12, 2019 Hi Mue, Any updates for the Target editor? I haven't used it in a bit but today it's a no go. Somewhere it died. Maybe due to an updated file that the LOD Viewer is using? Quote
