SF2:I IsraelME Terrain Remod 6/1/2015
= For SF2:I (or any Merged Install) =
**Note: This Is A MODERN (1948 and Later) Version -ONLY-!!!**
This is a remod of the stock SF2:I IsraelME terrain. It has been extensively retiled, target areas have been expanded and enhanced and so on. BE ADVISED: at this time, it's unknown of these terrain mods will break campaigns-in-progress. To be safe, back up any campaigns-in-progress inis.
It is designed to replace, and expand, the existing stock 3W terrain.
Stock in-game items have been used as much as possible, although some additional structrues HAVE been added. Add-on GroundObjects, while heavily listed in the _Types.ini, aren't included (really, there ARE -none- included -use the ones from the Israel 2 terrain remod, as they're the same). Its up to the End User to make sure that you have the theatre-specific (read: Israeli & Arab states) proper items. SF2:I is REQUIRED for this terrain (DOH!), as it references a myriad of IsrealME -only- terrain items.
A massive amount of retiling has been performed, with the addition of over 60 new tiles to fill in blanks left in the original set. BE ADVISED: these new tiles match the STOCK styling =ONLY=!! Do NOT use these new tiles in/on any IME terrain with any other tile set. They will not match!!
Geophysical Disclaimer: some rivers and other water features may not follow their Real Life courses, be placed in their Real Life locations, may visually defy gravity and other Universal Laws of Physics, or exist at all. Several cities and other physical features and target areas will also fall into that classification. Some target areas (cities, etc) exist only as named places, even if they might have had strategic or tactical values. You may also experience longer loading times; this is to be expected.
As always, unzip this to a temp folder or your desktop, and you'll have access to the rest of the readme for it's instructions. It's reccomended (ie: REQUIRED!!!) you read the document through after unzipping, but =before= installing. As always, the Notes and Other Nonesense section makes for essential reading.
It's most important that the legal disclaimer at the bottom be read and complied with. There has been a change in policy with regards to =ALL= my terrain mods.
Happy Landings!

SF2 DC-4 (C-54) TOPAC Airlines Skin Pack 6/15/2015
= For SF2 (Full 5 Merged RECCOMENDED) =
This is a new, civilian skin for Veltro2k's C-54 Skymaster cargo plane. If you don't have it, you can get the aircraft at the following URL:
http://combatace.com/files/file/14309-sf2-douglas-c-54-skymaster-by-veltro2k/
The skin represents the (fictional) Trans-Orient Pacific Airlines as seen in the movie "The High and The Mighty". Although the colors are correct for the real world company.
The registration numbers ARE 100% historicaly correct for the aircraft depicted, although used by Transocean Airlines (whose aircraft were used for the film, of course, repainted to the TOPAC "brand"), based out of Oakland CA in the late 1940s through the late 1960s. They used up to 68 DC-4 & ex-USA(A)F C-54s for passanger and cargo transport, worldwide.
The skin is in jpg format. All markings are decals, and decal randomization is TRUE. The aircraft registration marked with a star (*) is the aircraft used in the film.
While this DOES depict a civilian airliner, the "nation" has been attached to 'USAF', as the Real Company DID do contract work from them
As always, unzip this to a temp folder or your desktop, and you'll have access to the rest of the readme for the install instructions.
Happy Landings!

(please note, this has NOT been placed in the "What If..." hangar, due to the Real World existence of the actual company the aircraft was used by, regardless of "TOPAC" being fictional

PAF Mirage 5 PA-3 for SF2(FUll-Merged) OR at least any 1 game Required.
This pack represents the Mirage 5PA3 of the Pakistan Air Force used to reinforce the Navy with an Anti-Naval capability. Now the Question is are there other packs which represent this same aircraft?Yes but those packs require DLC to work.
THis package contains the entire Aircraft with the necessary LODS, pilots and weapons hence, becoming a STANDALONE pack for this aircraft.Made specifically for the Indo-Pak Mod.
The Mirage 5PA3 was acquired by the Pakistani Air Force as a new build aircraft during the Early eighties and has since been subject to many upgrades. The PA3 is fitted with a CSF Agave Radar for compatability with the (in)famous AM39 Exocet Anti-Ship Missile.Based on the Cockpit images,I chose the cockpit of the Mirage factory Kfir and modified the Radar values to match the real world aircraft. The Loadouts and Mission Data has also been adjusted accordingly aswell.100% Historically accurate Decals to represent aircraft assigned to the 8th Squadron "Haiders" based at PAFB Masroor at Karachi.Due to the limitations of the Mirage Factory Mirage 5BA model, the aircraft is not 100% identical to the real world jet as the nose is a little short and due to the absence of the 'radar bump' beneath the nose.
Technical Issues:
1.Since I did not install NA due to space constraints, the Anti-Ship effectiveness of the AM39 Exocet could not be integrated. You can still fire the missile but it won't track towards anything.
IMPORTANT:
I HEREBY CLAIM NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY OF THE CHANGES THIS MOD MAY RENDER TO YOUR GAME(Even though it doesn't).IF THIS MOD IS INSTALLED,THEN IT IS DONE ONLY BY THE WILL OF THE USER AND I CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS.INSTALL AT YOUR OWN RISK.(The mod is perfectly safe, but I still claim no responsibility just to be safe!)
RELEASED UNDER COMBATACE FREEWARE LICENSE.CANNOT BE USED FOR ANY COMMERCIAL PURPOSES.
You are allowed to use this package for your own mod(s).Please give all credit to all the Original Authors whose work has been used here.
Credits:
Base textures and LODs:Mirage Factory
Pilot Model:Mirage Factory
Seat:Borrowed from denissoliveira Mirage IIIEP
Fuel Tanks:Mirage Factory
Exocet:Borrowed from FoxMonter Etendard Pack
HELP NEEDED:
If anybody can get the Exocet to work properly, then please post it as an update so everyone can benefit from it.Thanks!

SF2 USAF 1950s & Later C-47 Skytrain Skin Pack 6/10/2015
= For SF2 (Full 5 Merged RECCOMENDED, PLUS SF2I EXPANSION SET 1 ) =
**You =MUST= have SF2 Expansion Pack 1 to have access to the stock 3W C-47!!!**
Reskins of the stock 3W C-47 skytrain, representing USAF aircraft of the 1950s, and from the mid-50s thru the 1970s.
This package contains 2 skins (names reflect the actual folder names. Displayed names may/will be different):
USAF Arctic 1:
(displays as same)
As based at Elmendorf AFB, Alaska, and seen in many "points North". The aircraft carries the standard Alaska Air Command early 50s style of red tail and outer wings; and also has the Air Rescue Service yellow band and fuselage placard, with the AAC badge on the tail. Research has indicated either the 17th or 54th Troop Carrier Squadrons (which were based at Elmendorf in the early 1950s). This skin is also representative of the Skytrain as seen in the movie "The Thing from Another World (1951)". That aircraft is represented, including it's nose art. See Notes for more details on "Tropical Tilly".
USAF NM 2:
(displays as USAF NM/White (Late) )
This skin uses the SF2 date switch, and will turn on in 1955.
Standard post-1955, natural metal with heat refelctive white painted upper cabin (fuselage). Carries no unit or numbered AF badges, not even the MATS badge. Serial numbers carry the "0" (zero) prefix, designating aircraft 10 or more years of age.
All markings are decals, and decal randomization is TRUE. While serial numbers are correct for the aircraft depicted, they should be considered 'generic' in nature, as they represent no specific aircraft or unit. 18 serial number decals are provided for each aircraft. Skins remain in bmp format (I was lazy!)
Also included are the cockpit (for those that haven't made it flyable yet) updated/revamped data, avionics, userlist inis, plus pilot figures and engine sound. I've also given you my (patent-pending) "One Click Restore" main ini. There are no hangar or loading screens for either of these 2 skins (I lied -- there's one. You'll see it!).
As always, unzip this to a temp folder or your desktop, and you'll have access to the rest of the readme for the install instructions.
Happy Landings!
