UPDATE
for
http://combatace.com...nval-sabre-pak/
Small adjustments:
- ammo capacity increased to 115 rpg
- new T-160 gun with correct muzzle velocity and ROF of 1500 rpm and no entry for tracer tga *
- shell ejection set to TRUE (only the links were retained inside)
- aircraft weight increased by 76 kg
- Cockpit fixes:
+ CGCockpitOffset=TRUE added
+ cockpit POV height offset set to 0
+ cockpit height position synchronized with pilot height position
* M39 cannon V0 and ROF are different . There was no 20-mm tracer ammo in Korea (only had API, HEI and a
practice round)
but they tipped API rounds into beeswax which gave a smoke trail when fired - wasnt perfect since the
smoke trail was short ranged.
Removing the tracer tga entry from the gun makes it a easy lookalike effect.
Have fun

Early F-15C Eagle Mod
>>>>>Usable for pre- and non-SF2 North Atlantic installs<<<<<
You Must Have Strike Fighters 2 Europe to use this mod!
Also required is the ACES_II_F-15 seat from the ACES package available here:
http://combatace.com/files/file/12474-aces-ii-ejection-seat-for-f-15/
This is a mod of the stock Third Wire F-15A, making it into a early F-15C.
The early F-15C's were delivered to the 18th Tactical Fighter Wing in Fall 1979 and
went into service with the 12th, 44th and 67th Tactical Fighter Squadrons.
F-15C features and recognition marks:
- 2000 lb additional internal fuel for a total internal fuel of slightly over 14000 lb.
The mod adds the additional fuel and has the fuel quantity gauge modified to show the higher reading.
- The FY78 production F-15C were delivered with engines with the nozzle actuator covers still mounted.
The covers were removed starting in late 1981
- The normal (non-MSIP II) F-15C does not have the "bulb-antenna" on the tip of the right-side fuselage
tailcone.
Thus the stock F-15A model fits perfectly for a early F-15C.
The mod adds my usual F-15 avionics which has several more real-thing oriented features, such as
modified HUD and Radar symbology, radar scan time etc.

HMAS Australia R-22 (SCB-125 "What If..."
= For SF2, Full-5 Merged Reccomended and/or SF2NA =
*Note: Full-5 Merged reccomended, but can be used in any game with access to the SCB-125 Essex CVs at the April 2012 Patch Level*
A complete 'modernization' of the RAN "What If..." aircraft carrier HMAS Australia, as first seen in/on the Darwin (Modern) terrain.
The ship has been brought fully compliant with SF2NA standards (well, after all it IS just a small repaint and ini edit!). This will give the RAN players, with the DLC A-4G (or other pre-existing variants thereof), and any "What If..." RAN birds somewhere to roost.
As always, fairly easy to follow, yet detailed install instructions are included. Please read them!
Any/All faults, mistakes, etc are mine & mine alone. I didn't write up a backstory, but you can make up your own!
Be advised of some "oddities" when playing -- in other words, don't be surprised if you see USN aircraft on the deck! It's just how the game works, now, with carriers.
Happy Landings!

US M-1 120mm AAA Gun
- For SF2, Any and All -
Simple modifications (read: ini edits) create the 1940s-mid 1950s 120mm radar directed US Auntie-Aircraft gun.
Based on Pasko's KS-30 130mm, as this is the closest shape available. (unless a 3d guy builds a more accurate one). A new 120mm gun is included. As this gun was radar directed, I took a little poetic liscence, and 'built in' the search/track radar to the data ini itself (ala the ZSU-23 and M-51 Skysweeper).
Simple easy to follow instructions are below, in the "To Install" section.
Happy Hunting!

Yellow US Fuel Truck
= SF/Wo* & SF2 series Games (Any and All!) =
A simple repaint of the stock OD US Fuel truck into a more 'easily' seen and sometimes period correct bright Yellow color. As used by the USAF through the 1950s and 60s; later models did seem to revert to OD and/or Theartre Camo patterns. To that end, the PSD templates are supplied (they're 1024x, so easy to work with) to allow other skinners the opportunity to create other skins.
Designed as a 'stand alone' vehicle, the skin can also be added to the existing (US) FuelTruck (NOT the Zil for Red Side!!) and hopefully, the Game Engine will randomly select it for use in/on the various terrains.
The inis supplied herein are in ANSI format, allowing for use in both 1stGen SF/Wo* and SF2 series.
See the 'To Install' section below for more notes, and how to add to Terrains as a seperate item via _types and _targets editing.
As always, fairly easy to follow, yet detailed install instructions are included. Please read them! This is a perfect addition for use alongside BadFrank's Yellow and Red "Follow Me" jeeps! They'll all add a little color to an otherwise drab setting.
Happy Gassing!

Cessna O-1E BirdDog Pak -for 3rdWire O-1E-
= For SF2, Any and All
= Please Note: this is =NOT= a full aircraft mod. The LOD files are =NOT= included, as they are propritery of 3rdWire, and cannot be shared. So ... you =MUST= have one of the original 1stGen games - SFP1, WoV or WoE to extract the 4 needed LOD files from their Objects.cat. Instructions are in the 'To Install' section. =
This is a major overhaul of the stock, 1stGen O-1E BirdDog with a new, functioning cockpit, 4 skins and all new historically accurate serial numbers (albeit generic in nature, representing no particular unit; even the Canadian ones)
The skins are:
RCAF/CF CO-119 by ext (iirc)
OD Green by ???
USAF white (stock)
Pakistani Army Green (based on above, from Indo/Pak mod)
The RCAF/CF skin has all new decals, matching those used by Canada (*please seen "Notes" below for more on the CF serials*).
The OD Green skin from ?? has the "US Army" tag remade new, replacing that from my ancient L-19 mod, that was in the wrong font.
The USAF skin uses stock decals, as it has always done (F-100 serials).
Basically, other than stock National Insigia (and serials on the USAFWhite), all decals are new.
The cockpit is based off Kesselbrut's Yak-3 pit, HEAVILY modified to fit the O-1, with gauges repainted and converted/recalibrated to US standard (knots & feet). Some gauges do not work properly, but this is the closest we have (or more truthfully, the best I could
find). Lots of moves and other tweeks to both the data and cockpit ini make it fit like it kinda sorta shoulda.
Decal randomization is set to TRUE, so be at least at whichever patch level gave that to us.
The aircraft uses stock HVARs, but for fun I've included the M-60 underwing machine gun. So you can shoot stuff up. A revamped version of the 7.62mm M-60 gun is also included. A new Userlist.ini is supplied, with most of the Dog's users.
As always, fairly easy to follow, yet detailed install instructions are included. So, please read them -CAREFULLY-!! .... Also, see the "Notes" section for Vitally Important Information . Seriously ... you NEED to read it. In fact, after unzipping, you might want to read this document through before installing.
Happy Landings!
