I am looking for Harrier GR7 skins resolution of 2048x2048 or 4096x4096 ?!

 

Hi,

 

I am a Harrier Force Engineer currently looking after these aircraft in storage and it saddens me they may never fly again. Strike fighters 2 has let me enjoy these wonderful iconic jets doing what they do best - flying .

 

The versatility of the game for adding mods etc excites me and i was keen to see the Joint Force Harrier Squadrons in action again. I'm new to combatace and have been overwhelmed with information and mods available on the site. - thanks to all the modders.

 

I'm currently working on some new skins, avionics, loadouts etc for the Harrier GR7 with my intention being to convert them to GR9s (although my model making skills are severley lacking for some of the airframe and cockpit instrument upgrades).

 

Some of the initial skin modifications and new decals are below:

 

 

when i'm happy with them I'll upload them.

i found the green skin in the SF2 Series Add On Skins

 

but where can i find the gray skin?or is the gray skin a standard skin (1024x1024)??

I find the whole situation with the RAF & RN cuts totally depressing, I see it as a knee jerk reaction which will probably cost more in the long term and may have dire consequences.

As to the RN/RAF Harrier DONT get me started... Stupid to scrap the low hour FA-2's and then the GR-7/9's the one jet that the UK military need in the Stan and for close air as the Tornado is not up to it...
