Trying to figure-out how to put the "side decals" on the left and right side of the fuselage intakes???

You need the actual meshnames which may be in the Decal.ini file. If not PM FastCargo.

Pulling around for another gun run (Using bits from the original Range and the Mascelero Range) and some Marine Rhino flyin.

Woooo very nice. I like a lot good.gif

Thanks for the pointer EricJ. I should of use FastCargo's Eagle.

I used TK's which, so far, unable to find the .OUT file to find the meshname? I even try to just place the decal on the skin, no luck.

The skin format used by TK is not as user friendly as FC's (this was experienced by trying to do the desert rap skin on the Aggressor Eagle. Boy, I was frustrated and tire of trying.)

Ahh I didn't even realize it was the stock one... yeah it's a bit easier when you can work with a better template.

Some Israeli Viper flyin.

Ace888,

You can use a hex editor to try to figure out what the mesh names are for the stock F-15A LOD file...just make sure you don't change anything...and yea, it's not as easy to figure out unlike using a OUT file in most 3rd party mods.

I've actually had pretty good luck using Notepad++ to look in LOD files. Heck, I even saved

one after editing the base skin name, and it actually worked.

YMMV...
