+dtmdragon Posted January 26 Posted January 26 One thing to try with the rwr issue is the format you are saving the rwr image as. I can't speak to photoshop or gimp because I use paint.net but I have had an issue where a radar screen image was saved with a parameter changed that made it not show up in the game. Also those with a problem could try bmp or jpeg format to see if one works over the other. 1 Quote
citizen67 Posted January 26 Posted January 26 (edited) @ravenclaw_007 in F-4D_67_DATA.ini in the [DetectSystem] section, I found that HasRWR=FALSE must be setting on TRUE. Now it works. I found the same in F-4D_71_DATA.ini so I checked the stock [...]_DATA.ini and it's set on TRUE. Edited January 26 by citizen67 2 2 Quote

michaelk Posted January 27 Posted January 27 (edited) It's strange, I knew about this parameter and thought that if RWR works for me, then this parameter is +TRUE.... but (I checked it myself) But... it also works with the parameter =FALSE (maybe I somehow use the DATA.INI file by default, because I made two F-4_67 1- "default with the default Data.ini file inside the folder" and 2-"New Cockpit")? Edited January 27 by michaelk Quote
Wrench Posted January 27 Posted January 27 IIRC, i think TK once said the HasRWR=TRUE in the data ini was just for the AI planes. I could (and might) be wrong, though. Something about the 'players should always be aware/work. not so much for AI flightmates". 1 Quote

You're providing the community with wonderful mods, we are grateful for that! Though I understand the feeling, I also try my best to make stuff as bug free as possible, and then it always happens that what I release contains something wrong. It's just natural that it happens from time to time. 1 1 Quote

No need to apologize. Thank you for these. On another note, are you planning on new pits for the any of the other F-4's? I believe I saw you mention the F-4G, what about the C, E, and RF? If not, no worries as I spend most of my time flying the D models. Edited February 1 by CSomers611 1 Quote
