The F-4E(F) was a planed single seated Phantom for the german Luftwaffe with F-104G radar system, slotted wings an additional fuel tank at the place of the backseater and no air to air refuelling capacity. It was not realized. Germany instead acquired the F-4F.

IIRC, in the early days of SFP1 we had after some gamepatches the problem of "dancing airplanes on the runway". While running over the taxiway during waiting for take off the planes jumped like mad. With editing of ShockStroke, SpringFactor and DampingFactor this problem was cured. It was trial and error to find the correct values.

If i remember correctly, and this is now more than 35 years ago, were our tracers white or light yellow. Maybe that there were different colors available, but i know only the white tracers. But to be honest, i cant remember to have seen tracers when Shilka was firing. ZU-23 had tracers, iirc Shilka not. The Shilka guns were directed by radar. The fire control system made the rest. So the gunner had no need for visual help, while ZU-23 gunners aimed only optical, and for them it was helpfull to see where the bullits are flying in relation to the target.

Such a small prop engine would not have enough power to be usefull for a fighter plane.

No. The Frankenreich was long before. The Frankenreich reached from the shores of the Atlantic to the banks of the river Elbe, which is today in middle Germany. Later the Frankenreich fall into 3 parts. The western part became France, the middle part vanished in history and the eastern part became after a long and turmoil history Germany. (One part of the german history was the Holy Roman Empire of German Nation, which ended in 1806). It was a long process of nation building which is more than 1.000 years ago.

Frankreich is the german name of France, as Italien is the german name of Italy and Deutschland is the german name of Germany. The Franks were a germanic tribe, that conquered Gallia from the Roman Empire. They founded the Reich (Empire) of the Franks. From this the german term Frankenreich (frankish Empire) came, which later became Frankreich.

In a close dogfight a modern air to air missile, like R-73, AIM-9X, Phyton 4 or IRIS-T are agile enough to curve with a fighter plane, that tries to escape. So the answer, whether a missile is chasing a plane, is: when fired on the enemies tale, yes.
