  3. First of all, this is not another topic focused on one aircraft...this is simply my topic about recent works on old good SLUF. As recently I was absolutely occupied on work with the ODS30 team I neglected my Vietnam era mod. Then when ODS 30 cam out...I figured out I need to re-work my own Vietnam mod. So just tweak here and there...ended up with the whole Navy A-7 Corsair deployment in Vietnam War. Some squadrons had tendencies to slightly change paint markings, some squadrons remain pattern for each tour of duty. Nevertheless, very colorful considering it was combat deployment. But things were different back then. This is still WIP..but more or less it is nearly finished. 1967. 4. you need crew? send me pictures of the desired outfit (helmet/no helmet/top hat etc...) and will see what I can do. I have a pilot template, a few helmets. Can put some dude together. It is about time...that we should have a crew in 'different positions' in the library.
  5. Not trying to be a dick here but some small info about mod would be much appreciated, credits etc... even CA is losing its charm...?
  6. This is another secret feature from TW. Get real as possible. Next time you will be on a plane try to catch some spots - and keep an eye on them for a while... Guess real pilots did not have an easy job after all.
  7. If backseat then only in Cobra....
  8. you do not need to find it. Lod viewer will do it for you. Just open copied 'aircraft' and lod viewer will open arcraft as you have seen in game - cockpit. or use other solution. Which is also good.
  9. you can create 'aircraft' (copy of any) with changes in *.ini file, example: [LOD001] Filename=A-7E_74.lod change name to your desired cockpit, example: A-7E_pit.LOD Distance=100. launch game, exit game, launch LODviewer.
Excellent job. Very nice addon. Thank you.
Thank you for continuous work on improving this old, weary game.

This is the most detailed 'Know how' readme for a long time here. Contrary to some "- this is a skin for aircraft" that was often seen on download. That is why I downloaded these files. I do not do WW2 flying in SF2...but skins look great. For sure I will find applications for those pilots after all. Thanks for your work.
  10. Come on...this could be boring. No dogfight? At least 4 irons, 2 A/G missiles, 2 AR missiles and at least 4 IR missiles. And 2 gunpods... Hollywood style, freestyle.
  11. With notepad you can edit data.ini of aircraft so it can carry anything...but International Kosher Party is not approving that behaviour.
  12. Well nickname WitchyWoman give us some indications that some might have some connections...
  13. when I will finally get back home I will check my files...
  14. I gave you an easy-peasy solution with no need for a specific station code. anyway...
  15. my thought exactly...but I said, 'nah...show must go on.' Yes and no. Yes, 6 groups are the limit to display in the loadout menu. But you can still create more ID groups...just they will not appear in the loadout menu - but this can give more possibilities in your loadout.ini (useful in asymmetrical loadouts) also it is useful if you want to add some electronic equipment (ecm or targeting pod) that should be present all the time, without losing group ID - again that might be useful in mixed loadouts. We used this method frequently in ODS30. I think in one of my private mods I have gone up to 9 station groups and it is working. We still do not know what is wapon ... ...wee-pon...
