    3. Bear Hunters

Hi, This is a simple mission to test new Bering Scenery,
the very new Tu-95M and the wonderfull F-106A.

In the cold war climax you are to intercept two bears on the icy bering straits.
You can try the falcons or the genie.

To Install: put the mission file in missions folder.

These add-ons from Combat-ace are needed:

      - Wrench's DBS terrain
      - Tu-95M
      - F-106A

This add-on from Marcfighters is needed:
      - Mi-8

You can fix glittering lights in the water: put DBS_data in DBS terrain folder.
      Back up original file first.

      I thank you all.

    4. Bf109 E-1 (New version without cannons with adjusted skins)

Bf-109 E-1 SF/SFG/WoV/WoE (ideal for the Poland campaign) --for Games at 06 Patch Level -ONLY!!!-

It includes skins used in Poland (and the templates, based on Russo's original ones) and killmarks up to 350.

To make it easier to create new skins there are two 'blank' skins already included (green and splinter) and all skins are using a central decal folder with the numbers 1-20 in black, white, red and yellow.

This is a mod of Russo's (new!) Bf-109 E-4, to make the Bf-109 E-1 of the early campaigns of WWII. The The only difference to later types is the armament, consisting of four 7.92mm MGs.

The cockpit is Kesselbrut's Bf-109E pit, the damage tgas created by Wrench and the skins are mine.
I really don't know who made the numbers in black and yellow, the white and red ones are just repaints of them by me... (If you made them, contact me. I will update this readme!)

= IMPORTANT: This aircraft is designed for use in SF/WoV/WoE -ONLY- at the 10/06 patch levels. It has =NOT= been tested it in post 8/28/08 patch WoI, nor post 9/08 - 10/08 patch SF/SFG/WoV/WoE. Nor has it been tested in SF2 or SF2:V. You use it in these enviroments at YOUR own risk. =

      ----------------------------------------------------------------

NOTE to SF2 users-- you all know this better than I, so you should know what to do.

Put the contents of Bf109 Killmarks folder into your \Objects\Aircraft folder.(If you haven't already installed my Bf109 killmarks)
Put the contents of Pilot folder into your \Objects\Aircraft folder.(where all your pilot figures go)
Put the contents of Sounds folder into your \Sounds folder.

      --------------------------------------------------------------

with thanks to Russo, and everyone else involved

    6. MIG-21F LSK/NVA Camo

      Mig-21F LSK/NVA Camo
When in the ’80 the older Mig-21F were retired from fighter units (JG-3; JG-8 and later JG-9) they served in AFS-31, TAFS-47, TAFS-48 as tactical recon planes and in JAG-15, FAG-15 for trainig.
So the original silver skins were left and the aircrafts went camo.

I made this skin (1024x1024) using my own, home made, templates, the decal numbers (included) are the same, historical of my previous LSK Silver Skin (a little below here at Combat.Ace).

      I hope you like it.

I’ld thank my friend Herr Carlo “Souli” Vecchi for his constant help, effort and, as usual, for the original numbers fonts, too.

      Upgrade 1.1

At last I found probe, antennas etc. and now are silver painted.
      Numbers little shifted.
      New patch file.
Numbers meet serials (copy new numbers file in LSK Silver Skin if you like ..). So try 645 for the “Q” mark.

      Yours.

      Paulopanz :dirol:

P.S. To Install in SFP1/2; WOV/E/I simply put the decals in decals folder and LSKCamo1 in your Mig-21F folder. That’s all.

    12. B-52 series pit placeholder

This pit will be a placeholder til a good soul will make a proper Buff pit.
Basically is the TK's A-6E pit and avionics placed inside the model via Lexx Luthor's stargetic pit mode.

What you must do to see this feature is:

Go into your Flight folder and in the FLIGHTENGINE.ini replace this entries:

      [NearSceneClip]
      FarClipDistance=250.0
      NearClipDistance=0.2

Than check that any Buff have

      AvionicsDLL=Avionics60.dll

And replace the cockpit and avionics.INI's in each folder.

Add the proper pilot as you like.

Than go to WEAPONDATA and copy:

This will add fake bombs to your model:

FLIR and LLLTV are EOGB's using their guidance to simulate EVS vision
REVOLVER is a fake MER used into bomb bay as SRAM mount.

Remember that they are droppable like bombs,so take off select LLTV or FLIR depending of day and nightime flying missions, than select SRAM or your main weapon loadout, drop it and than heading back home switching back to your selected viewing system!

If somebody fix it is always welcome or anyway this is the way to use it correctly!

    23. AD-4 Skyraider, Version 2.0

AD-4 Skyraider, Korean War Era, Ver. 2

      for SF/SFG/WoV/WoE/WoI and possibly SF2 & SF2:V

Updated to Version 2, Uploaded 5/20/09

Modifications and reskins for MontyCZ's A-1H to create the eariler AD-4 Skyraider, as used during the Korean War.

This version is designed to TOTALLY replace the one I released in 2005; a LOT has been updated. It is also designed for use in a Korean War Era install -- although it's quite workable in any era up to 1956, when the US Navy changed the color scheme.
It is also redesigned for use in the post-08 patch environment of the above mentioned games. Instructions for back-dating to 06 levels are in the "Notes" section below.

There are 2 brand new skins, still representing VF-194 and VMA-121, during the Korean War, but based off new templates, with some enhancements from Royohboy's AdA Skyraiders, all new decals for modex and semi-historical BuNums. I say 'semi', as these ARE in fact, REAL BuNums as assigned by BuAer to AD-3/4s, but I was unable to ascertain exactly which were assigned to each squadron's aircraft. So, consider them as rather generic AD-3/4 BuNums, but accurate nonetheless.
NOTE: these skins are also designed to REPLACE any earlier versions!!!

The VF-194 skin is a redo of that from the original release, with all new decals. The VMA-121 skin bmps are new, and also gets all new decals. I believe the original skin/decal set was done by Volksjager.
For those that might be wondering, yes, there are 2 more skins in the works....

This is a full, complete add on aircraft mod, with all the goodies necessary. Along with the new skins and decals, there's a heavily modified/repainted/tweekificateded A-4E cockpit. (more below in "Notes" on an alternate for those that wish a more beautiful, functional and fantastic cockpit). My old 'artwork' style Korean AD Hangar Screen is included; all the artwork was done by the legendary R.G. Smith, who worked for Douglas, and was more or less the Official Company Artist.

Small data ini edits add a landing light, a few more running lights. Edits to the landing gear make this aircraft fully functional in the post-08 patch world. It should also function pretty well in SF2/SF2:V. This has not been tested by me however, as I don't have either of them yet. It's fully carrier rated, so mission and campaign builders can do their thing. Once we get the new Korea map....

Designed for use with any weapons pak, the 2 necessary addons, the AN/APS-4 radar pod and 300 gallon tank are included. What is NOT included, are the HVARs, 250, 500 and 1000 lb WW2 era bombs. You WILL need to have these available via one of the weapons paks. However, a "new" weapons has been added - the 260 lb AN-M81 Fragmentation Bomb as used by the Navy. Expeciallly usefull for those pesky CAS, Armed Recon and SEAD mission (and historically used by Panthers in the flak suppression roles)

As always, unzip this to a temp folder somwhere, and you'll have access to the rest of the readme for it's instructions.

      Good Hunting!
