  2. 2 missions in this pack :

    -Flight of the Intruder

Take off from a carrier in an Intruder, go to Hanoi and bomb missile sites there.

Does it remind you something ???

Mission made with SFP1, using sea terrain, HMS Albion, HMS Bulwark (instead of US carriers I do not have... sorry...), Monty's A6-A and MiG21-MF.

    -Iraq1

As an Iraqi pilot, defend the sky from the US jets of Desert Storm back in 1991.

    Needs the following :

    -the superb MiG-29 A,
    -the F-15e,
    -the F16-A_15 and
    -the DS terrain.

For the 2 missions, good luck !!!

  3. With your unarmed F9F5-P, fly a reconnaissance mission on the bridges of Toko-Ri.

    Needed add-on :

    -F9F5-P
    -MiG15bis
    -H5-Dragonfly
    -HMS Albion

As there seems to remain a bug, I can not make the plane take off from the carrier... also, the F9F5-P has not been corrected for naval ops, so just make a touchdown on the carrier at the end of the mission, considering you have landed !!!

    Good luck !!!

Flying your F-14 Tomcat, taking off from CV59, intercept and destroy 2 lybian Mig 23s...

    Requested add-ons :

    -F-14 Tomcat,
    -MiG-23 MS,
-CV 59 (adapted for carrier ops as described at www.checksix-fr.com).

  5. This is a set of four missions for STRIKE FIGHTERS to get you in a Tomcat, launching from a carrier, splashing the bad guys and then catching a three-wire back on the carrier. It's not meant to be historically accurate, it's meant to be fun.
Check Readme for links to required files.

  6. A mission for Wings over Vietnam that simulates the VPAF's attack on the destroyer USS Higbee in April of 1972.

Comes complete with a new data.ini for WoV's destroyer model that features radar-directed multipurpose guns, and sound effects.

    NOTE: Requires a flyable MiG-17F

  7. In this mission, try to repeat history... with your P-35, take off from Henderson Field, find, intercept and shoot down Admiral Yamamoto's plane.

Before to get into action, you will have to do a long and boring flight, just like the guys did in 1943...

    Addons :

    P38H

    G4M2

    A6M5

    paw1 Solomon Islands terrain

  8. Fly top cover, in a Royal Navy Phantom, for a package of Skyhawk FG.2's. There are more Migs than I care to cound and SAM's. Enjoy

  9. Update: Okay, this thing ain't working like it's supposed to. So here's the deal:
When I first made the mission, it was on the scal terrain map. When I tweaked it so that it could be played without updates, the map didn't change for some reason. So you're going to have to download the scal terrain. Sorry. I'll work on a desert version when I have time.

This is it: The dogfight you've been waiting for since you got out of pilot training. 14 American fighters against 28 MiGs.

This is my first mission with the editor. Well, first GOOD mission - the last one had 132 aircraft. It was like trying to play Doom 3 on a Super Nintendo.

Just drop the file into your /Missions folder, located at:
    :\Program Files\Strategy First\Strike Fighters\Missions\

Feel free to e-mail me with any suggestions or comments. hmcnally@gmail.com

  10. This is a set of seven Missions for the F-14 Tomcat, taking advantage of the new Libyan Terrain by USAFMTL.
I've set the Missions in 1986, with a US Carrier Force stationed in the Mediterranean off the Libyan Coast, back when Colonel Gaddaffi was considered to be a threat. But the missions are not meant to be historical in any sense. They're just meant to be fun.
Full details of files requires from this site, Pilot Notes and Mission Briefings included.

  11. This is my first attempt to create the Historical assault on Dragon's Jaw Bridge that took place on April 3,1965 over North Vietnam. This mission consists of 46 USAF F-105D's for strike on bridge and 21 USAF F-100's for flak suppression. I hope you enjoy and you are all welcome to modify and post updated versions of this mission. Happy THUD mud moving. PS:I'm in the process of creating USN Alpha Strikes(28-32 aircraft). Early year Alpha Strikes of A-4's with F-8's. Also Later year Alpha Strikes of A-6's,A-7's,and F-4's. Be patient because its gonna take me alot of research as to what target they were after and what squadrons the aircraft were from and formations they used.

  12. Haiphong Strike '67 (WoV only), by Kreelin.

Fly an A-4F on a SEAD mission flown right into the teeth of Haiphong's Anti-Air defenses...and neutralize them before they can respond to an inbound strike package.

Warning: Heavy AAA and SAM defenses...may run slow at times on 'borderline' systems.

Installation: Extract the haiphong_strike_67.msn file (and that file only, NOT the folder) into your Wings Over Vietnam/Missions folder.

  13. Version 2 of Haiphong Strike '67. For Wings Over Vietnam ONLY.

In this version, you start off the deck of the USS Kitty Hawk, and return to same after you complete your mission. And yes, boyz 'n girlz, the entire task force is MOVING

Known Issues: If you warp to the objective, you will arrive at the same time as the strike package, which not only renders your mission useless, you may find find yourself flying through a "rain" of MK82s!. So, fly it like its meant to be flown, don't cut corners!

  14. US Navy/USAF Mig Killer Series Mission #1

    18 May 1972 MiG-19 VF-161 F-4B AIM-9 CVA 41 USN LT Henry A. Bartholomay / LT Oran R. Brown
    18 May 1972 MiG-19 VF-161 F-4B AIM-9 CVA 41 USN LT Patrick E. Arwood / LT James M. Bell

This mission was made by Saganuay82. Can only be used in WOV. I have included Sundowner's VF-161 skin which needs to go into your F-4B folder. Put the 720518 VF161 vs MiG19.msn into your mission folder. Other than that everything else is in there.

You fly as LT Henry A. Bartholomay so make sure your nose number is 110.

LT Patrick E. Arwood nose number was 105.

Beware of the SAM's, hell the missions isnt easy at all.

You wil be flying MIGCAP for A-7's/ A-6's and other F-4's.

If you like this mission we will do more.

  22. DesertStrike Missions
    ---------------------
    v.1

10 missions for the standard Desert Terrain

They are meant to be flown in hard mode; you can Alt-N to mission objective if you are in a hurry.

You need SPG patch 3 or SFP1 patch 3.2

You need DO's CVN 75 carrier.

To be able to play them all, you need also some very popular aircraft mods:

    F-14A Tomcat by Mirage Factory
    F/A-18A Hornet by Mirage Factory
    Mig-23MS & Mig-23M Flogger by Bpao
    A7B Corsair II by Armourdave
    F-8E Crusader by Team Crusader

You are encouraged to modify & repost, as long as you give proper credit!

  25. This is just an UPDATE, you still need to download V1.0

    List of Updates:

The O-1E fac airplane now shoots smoke rockets at the target (1 group of targets, it doesnt have any more rockets for the second group.)

Corrected the O-1E waypoints so that now he gets in the action when you get to the action.

Corrected the choppers waypoints. He now lands near the troops for a med evac and then lifts off again (hopefully)

The O-1E can now carry rocket pods, essencial if you want it to FAC.

You probably need the weapons pack, but you probably have it already, dont you?

Something i forgot yesterday, i apologise, i must give credit to the aircraft authors, they did a great job:

the A-Team (capun, Gramps, Charles and The Wrench) for the A-37

    zerocinco for SH-3J

    Kesselbrut for the infantary squads

and last but not least, pablo499 for figuring out how to make the FAC shoot smoke.
