S.E. Mistal
 
After assembling 67 Vampire FB Mk 5 (see our skin pack) single-seat fighters from British-supplied components and licence-building a further 120 aircraft in their entirety,
the Societe Nationale de Constructions Aeronautiques de Sud-Est (SNCASE) began production of a more powerful version of the basic aircraft.
Assigned the designation Vampire Mk 53 by the parent company and given the appellation of SE 530 by Sud-Est, this was developed at the behest of the Armee de l'Air.
It utilised the basic Mk 5 airframe mated with the 2270kg Hispano-built Nene 102,
the wing root intakes being enlarged and the split-trunk intake of the Hawker P.1040 being adapted to provide the extra air demanded for the rear face of the Nene's double-sided impeller.
Fuel tankage was increased, cabin pressurisation introduced and the pilot was provided with an SNCASO ejection seat.
A pre-series of four aircraft was built, the first of these flying on 1 April 1951.
Baptised Mistral, the type entered series production in SE 532 form, the first flying in December 1951 and 97 being built.
These were followed by 150 examples of the SE 535, the last of which was delivered on 25 March 1954.
The SE 535 was powered by the Nene 104 with similar rating to the Nene 102B of the SE 532, and, in addition to its four 20mm HS 404 cannon,
could carry eight T-10 or HVAR rockets, or two 450kg bombs.
The Mistral entered Armee dl'Air service in 1952 and was finally withdrawn in 1961.

Strike Fighters 2 Israel Retro Style CCIP Gunsight Mod.

I’m absolutely useless at bombing & rocket attacks in older aircraft with out modern avionics.
I just can’t seem to get the hang of it! :-(
So I have attempted to up grade the gun sights of the older a SF2 I aircraft so that they incorporate some of the modern features such as CCIP, ASE & so on.
But with out losing breaking the continuity & retro look of the HUD.
 
 
What dose it do?

(1). Adds CCIP & ASE For all stock player flyable aircraft that don't have a modern avionics.

Installation:

Place the contents of the “StrikeFighters2 Israel” folder found in this download in to your SF2 Israel Saved Game folder & overwrite when asked.
 
Note:
This will replace any modified stock COCKPIT_DATA.Ini & AVIONICS_DATA.Ini you might be using!!!
 
This mod is compatible with my "Cockpit & Runway Lights for SF2I mod" but needs to be installed second!
 
Known issues:

Nesher:
 
Unfortunately I have been unable to keep the beautiful arched heading scale of the Nesher in in NAV & SRM modes. So I have deleted it & replaced it with the best compromise.
 
F-4E Kurnass:
 
For the same reasons I have be unable to reproduce the roll tabs for the F-4E gun sight in NAV & AA modes: SRM, MRM.
 
I’m guessing is probably something to do with the way the avionics.dll is told to read the gun sight information from the cockpit.ini. If anyone knows a workaround or a knows a solution, please let me know & I’ll update this file.

Kuwait Air Force 9th & 25th Squadron Skins for Mirage Factory version F/A-18C.

History:
 
After the Gulf War, the KAF underwent a reorganisation and both the Douglas
A-4 Skyhawks and the Dassault Mirage F1s were soon phased out in favour of
the McDonnell Douglas F-18 Hornet. 32 F/A-18Cs and eight F/A-18D Hornets are
flying with 9sq and 25sq from Ahmed al Jaber Airbase and Ali Al Salem Airbase
respectively.

Drop the Skin Folders into the FA-18C Aircraft Folder. For Strike Fighters 2
Series drop the Decals into Mods Directory Decals Folder.

This skin pack is for Thirdwire's stock SNCASO Vautour IIA and depicts all single seat Vautours in Israeli service from 1958 to 1971. All A models were operated
by No. 110 Knights of the North Squadron based at Ramat David. Beginning in 1970, the Vautour IIAs were replaced by the A-4 Ayit.
 
INSTALLATION:
Extract the content of the archive and put the Objects folder into your SF2I mod folder.

New Damage Textures v1.0

Addon for SF2:War For Israel (World Against Israel) Campaign Mod.

Here Are The Damage Texture Files for all the Aircraft including the Mi-8.
These are in the New DDS format. Some are Good Some may not perfect, some
are older TGA's converted to DDS format, but I will keep improving as time
permits. Of course These will be included in the next update.
