Rambler 1-1 Posted July 8, 2008 Posted July 8, 2008 well, I think this one is pretty self-explanitory. What's your favorite song? Mine is Freebird by Lynyrd Skynyrd, I like to listen to it while I'm flying (Like in Iron Eagle!). I also like Cliffs of Dover by Eric Johnson. FREEBIRD! Quote

GwynO Posted July 8, 2008 Posted July 8, 2008 Summer Holiday - Cliff Richard, especially on Armed Recce although since installing Operation Rubicon with its thousands upon thousands of ground objects my meager little laptop makes it possible to enjoy entire Pink Floyd end of siders for my loading wav. I think I'll have pigs on the wing next time Quote
Longestpants Posted July 8, 2008 Posted July 8, 2008 The song that I currently call my favorite is "Miss You" by Eric Clapton. Quote

Mannie Posted July 8, 2008 Posted July 8, 2008 (edited) seriously guys. Do I suppose to have one favorite song? I think for now its "How Long" by the Eagles. At one time, I think it was back in 1977, my favorite song was (Dave I hope you're not chocking laughing right now ) "Don't Fear the Reaper" by Blue Oyster Cult. Some that are on my hall of fame are: "Stairway to heaven" by Led Zeppelin. "The Emigrant song" by Zep again. "Hang man" by, yes you have guessed it right, Zep. "Money" by Pink Floyd. "Comfortably numb" by the Floyd again. Hay, I could go on forever if I don't stop here. Edited July 8, 2008 by Mannie Quote
ezlead Posted July 8, 2008 Posted July 8, 2008 "Money Talks" and "Thunderstruck" AC/DC "Touch of Grey" The Dead "The Champions" by a group called ERA(I saw a video of the French down in Chad doing a low level sandblower set to this song. It was SH**HOT. I use it for my loading music in WOE. Yes Dave. I'm a DeadHead. Quote

+MigBuster Posted July 8, 2008 Posted July 8, 2008 Too many 2 mention tbh Jump by Van Halen may make the top 100 somewhere - ignoring the pansies in the vid the guitar solo is pretty cool http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=8e-vgQSqNtA Quote
+Syrinx Posted July 8, 2008 Posted July 8, 2008 Depends on my mood: Currently it's More than a Feeling by Boston. Also luv Touch too Much by AC\DC & LSF by Kasabian. Quote
+streakeagle Posted July 8, 2008 Posted July 8, 2008 I have so many songs I love by so many different people. So many that evoke strong feelings/memories. But I have listened to Pink Floyd more than anything else, so I guess I should specify a Pink Floyd song. I have listened extensively to everything Pink Floyd has done, but my interest started in 1979 with the album, The Wall. Almost every song off of that album is in my top 100, hard to name just one as my favorite. But if I must name one, then I will name the one I heard first. Therefore, I name Another Brick in the Wall Part 2 ("We don't need no education...") as my favorite song. Quote
