Its actualy a KfirTC7 (look at the intake infront of the fin) there is a cheetah and a panterah in the works as well

RNZAF 75 Squad forward deployed to RAAF base Pierce in Perth, AU, sometime '99. RAAF F-111C and RNZAF A-4K lined up on runway 36.

Well at least you didnt have a in flight fire situation like I got the other day :blink: 1 min after the I took this shot I had to jump. Luckily I managed to walk home or a CSAR picked me up

Well at least you didnt have a in flight fire situation like I got the other day :blink: 1 min after the I took this shot I had to jump. Luckily I managed to walk home or a CSAR picked me up

 

I'm surprised you stayed with it for a whole minute. If I end up on fire, I've learned the hard way not to temp fate. I delayed a few seconds on a flight a few days ago and my Crusader exploded w/ me. :shok:

Well I didnt had much of a choice, it was either jump on top of a enemy AAA which I was attacking or try gain some distance.

Whenever I catch fire I shut her down and glide. If that puts the fire out I try to coast as far as I can. I have reignited the engine on more than one occasion, but I have discovered that always amounts to an explosion a few seconds later.
