Stipe Posted April 22, 2014 Posted April 22, 2014 Half of the Alpha jet? I meant a plane that is purely French, like the Mirage F1 Quote
Spinners Posted April 22, 2014 Posted April 22, 2014 When the Germans have French planes, the sky is going to fall to the ground. I really don't understand the point of this statement at all... and especially in the 'what if' section! 1 Quote
Emp_Palpatine Posted April 22, 2014 Posted April 22, 2014 It's a what if, indeed. Still, as a frenchman, seeing a french bird with the german crosses is strange. Not a "bad" strange, a "funny" one. :) You know, world wars and stuffs. Quote

ValAstur Posted April 23, 2014 Posted April 23, 2014 (edited) Am I allowed to make a suggestion concerning the serials and the roundel? Can you place them on the forward fuselage below the canopy? AFAIK only the MiG-29 had them on the intakes because there was no space on that little upper fuse that resembles the nose and the pit. Edited April 23, 2014 by ValAstur Quote

F-4F had them at the rear so there's no hard and fast rule on this. Anyway, I've moved on! Quote

Spinners Posted April 23, 2014 Posted April 23, 2014 (edited) As my German Mirage F-1CG uses stock decals I thought I'd share the decal positions. This is not a complete skin and you will need to add a skin from whatever Mirage F-1 takes your fancy (they're all good) and just carefully overpaint the existing 'painted on' national insignia. Centurion-1 Posted May 3, 2014 Posted May 3, 2014 You gotta release that one Volker, ultimate Mercenary F-4E right there! Quote
+daddyairplanes Posted May 4, 2014 Posted May 4, 2014 More semi realistically, why not Slammers on the outboard pylons? Esp in the 90s the Rhinos strength would have been as a BVR platform, presuming you applied the German ICE updates to the USAF models Quote
