  6. I think Gramps made a stand-in IIIO using the IIIE A real IIIO is WiP by the Mirage Factory . There were 2 versions of the IIIO, the IIIO(F) Fighter version and the IIIO(A) for Attack The (F)s were all converted to (A) standard over time.
  7. make sure that the RadarTexture line reads "xxxxx.BMP .. not tga.. and that the radar.bmp in t e cockpit folder is a BMP file.. not a tga... tga's worked in earlier versions of the game but aren't working anymore
  8. ok..the 2 additional wing stationes are for R-27R only. So the max IRM capacity for Flankers is 6.
  9. run dxdiag and turn off sound hardware acceleration
  10. F-16A B C D E and F can load up to 6 IR misiles. The Su-27 too, all 6 wing stations are IRM capable but only the inner wing stations for R-27T. The centerline and intake hardpoints are not IRM capable. Don't know about the 2 extra wing stations on the Su-33...yet...

  15. Israeli F-15A and B can use CFT's. The 6 F-15's ( four A and two B's ) flying escort for the Osirak strike were all fitted with them.
  16. go to your Options - Control - Keyboard menu, then check if the HUD information toggle command in the list has a key assigned. Theres no key assigned by default in Strike Fighters. I use ALT+H you can toggle between 3 info displayes: - the normal display, only the info box in the lower left corner - FPS readout, which appears onthe top of the screen - turn off all info - and if you extract the FLIGHTENGINE.ini from the Flightdata.cat ( in the FLIGHT folder ) and change the first line in it from DisplayDebug=FALSE to TRUE....then you can toggle the debug info as a 4th info display too.
  17. add NoJettisionTank=TRUE below the fueltank name on the stations which load the tank but then the tank will stay forever....
  18. check for double folders. the italian skin might ended up in 2 folders which doesnt work. e.g. F-16A ADF ------------Italian -------------------Italian that happens often if during compressing the whole skin folder is choosen instead of the contend only
  19. they do show up in campaigns.... they usually creep along at 25k ft or so.. alone.... good if you are in a fast F-4 with a powerfull radar....
