Yes this is an obvious problem - a website despite giving worldwide reach still needs a degree of marketing so that people actually know its there. I have suggested to TK that he releases one of the SF2 games on CD for shops around the world to sell - although he didn't like this idea he must realise that he needs to get more advertising out there.

Is this a merged install? Can you still see all the old custom installs in the Mod folder? Do they still have the music files in etc?

He might be ditching XP support in newer patches as its dx9 only - best to ask the man himself really to clarify.

Well if the game didnt CTD before adding in the mods then its one of the mods thats causing it. Possible the mod put in some old files or you have put them in the wrong place. Start again and test the game still works as you add things.

It was doing this in the last SF2 fully merged version - its not new

There is a way - cant remember what it is though - is there nothing in the SF2 knowledgebase? If not should be on an old thread somewhere
