Not really but you can define custom one via viewlist.ini and bind it to custom key in controls.ini for use with the given aircraft. Also there are certain limitations because of the engine of course

Pfft, the one they use since Flanker 2.5 days* works fine I'd say. They have Israel, Korea, Columbia, Nambia, Nova Ziemya and few others, what else would they want? errr... they do not?
