the test pilot Posted March 15, 2012 Posted March 15, 2012 Yes,a good effect to make a comic book storyline Was trying that kind of effect, for that very prupose. I always wanted to make a comic series out of Strike Fighters. The problem is that i am awful at drawing. Edited screenshots are great to overcome Mecha Design issues and flight scenes, but i really need a good artist for ground scenes, or close-ups on the characters' faces. I also started writing some storylines, flying a "modernized" Burning Sands to get inspiration. Then RL came, and got me buried with work and stuff. In the meantime i made it to some important goals, but left this aside. Now seems a good time to start the work over. Quote
ValAstur Posted March 18, 2012 Posted March 18, 2012 I decided to update the EFJ Hariken. Was not completely happy with the digital camo so I decided to replace it with a more 'actual' looking one: Hope you like it Quote
SayethWhaaaa Posted March 19, 2012 Posted March 19, 2012 I always wanted to make a comic series out of Strike Fighters. If you haven't already, check out a manga series called Area 88. Some nice parallels with SF, it might help you out. Quote

+Julhelm Posted March 24, 2012 Posted March 24, 2012 The F-111B we have is more representative of the early prototype and not the preproduction aircraft that had the major deficiencies fixed like Triple Plow III intakes and the raised cockpit and longer radome. Quote

Yea, I've seen the concept drawings...even uglier with a 'Snoopy' nose. Would much rather have the H model in the stable. FC Quote
