It's pretty simple trick when you think of it... we have lots of limitations imposed on us code features wise so it's time to turn on creative thinking :wink:

Testing some more wispy clouds particles for Sarcasm 2 beta update. Can't say idf I prefer the more defined or more faint versions. And a more overall peek on my "proto" MiG-23ML/MLD cockpit as it is now

re:cockpit: I know all the things that are off in it, mostly noticeably the side consoles angle, layout and then further sides overall, so don't tell me where I am off :tongue: as I have some other things on the long (and evergrowing) TODO list. It's more like my personal ideas testbed than accurate MiG-23 cockpit. Also I wonder if we can have wing sweep instrument as an animation link?

Hello,... for example like using the "nozzle position" instrument type of the Harrier?

You could animate the wing angle indicator if the wing sweep is animated....and you have access to the flogger model....otherwise I dont see how you can link it to a model with automatic wing sweep.

if the model has animated sweep,animating the indicator should work as long as you have the indicator anim in same slot number...o\c lol.

Create the meshes for the wing position display then you can use a setting like this in the Cockpit.ini (with few more extra step in between). You only have to know the correct animation slot. for the "ItemNumber" the meshes themselves not need to be animated.
