Is that based on the mesh some guy posted years ago which was highpoly as hell?

Negative. As Crusader said, I built it from scratch one poly at a time.

G'day all, it's been a while and I apologise for that.

After a long break I have returned to the F-117A to finish it.

I am in the final stages of completing the cockpit and then it will be ready for release.

Here are some screenshots:

Dels you rock man!

as for the EO display, I see alot of stuff painted on the display texture... have you thought of making some working by using instruments with alpha channel like you did on the side MFDs? Like course, distance etc, those can be added to look as if on the display as you know. Then you simply hide them after switching the mode or off (I think it's only the EO after all)

and as stupid as it may sound, no RWR in that plane? :dntknw:

RWR on the EHSI (Right MFD) as Brain32 said.

As for the numbers on the IRADS: I did think about having some of them working but because half of them (laser range to target, time to go and lat/long) aren't functional in the game, I thought it might look a little silly.

(Besides, I thought people might get a kick out of the the lat/long I chose)

As you said, it's just an EO overlay but if there's enough people who want a functional groundspeed, mach no. and altimeter on the IRADS I'd be happy to put them in.

understood, thought so most won't work anyway (except laser range, you sure we don't have this one available? Not really into modern cockpits this builder here; maybe target range like in boresight more?)

Re: radar range etc. I don't think it's available as a cockpit instrument, only a radar display. But I will check.

Looks pretty cool! Will it be invisible to radars?

Yes, by using the RCS modifier in the _DATA.ini.

The RCS and heat signature modifier statements have been available in-game for about the last 7 years or so.  Marcelo's F-117A was stealthy to within 3 NM of a powerful air-intercept radar.  I used the MF F-14B to fine-tune the F-117's RCS statement, and the AIM-9M to tune the heat signature.  The only issue is that both are uni-directional, as opposed to aspect specific, values
