Mi-24B was never in operational use. It was only prototype because the pilots disliked the glashouse style cockpit. Thatswhy the Mi-24D was developed. It had the weapon system of the Mi-24B and the new cockpit design. The MI-24A was used by the Soviets and Afghanistan, as far as i know.

I already knew that. It was a desperate measure. Not such a good advice indeed.

TK has no reason to be bothered by this issue. Bomber aircraft were not meant by him for player use, they are for AI use only. There are more important issues that TK should fix instead.

Really hard to see a point of copying those pictures and asking questions while you could use a private message system - which works perfectly fine on this forum. not to mention ...You did not bring anything valuable to the screenshot thread from yourself. as for screenie.. my new substitutes for the most common stock ground objects...

Look what arrived in the post just in time for the weekend! Michael, this is a great book, very readable and really nicely set out. Do you have a reliable list of users by model? At the moment I'm interested in who operated the early versions, Mi-24A and Mi-24B. Once again, well done on this.
