      This is a fictional skin for the FA-18F Super Hornet from EricJ. It's fictional because the squadron was disestablished in 1990.
       
      INSTALLATION:
      Simply drop the Folders into your Strike Fighters Mods Folder.

    3. Enhanced GermanyCE tileset -no trees for grass (R-type) tiles
       
      fix/addon to my GermanyCE enhanced tileset.
       
      This is quick fix that removes trees from R-type (in original TW tileset empty grass only) tiles.
       
      As most seem to be using custom GermanyCE_tagets.ini file(s) with various airfields added (like those in Nato Fighters 4+ or others) I did this fix.
       
      This will also allow future usage of my tileset by modders working on new campaigns with even more new airfields planned, yet to be released.
       
      To install simply unzip to your mods installation GermanyCE folder, overwrite when asked. You can also delete the GermanyCE.TFD file that came with my GermanyCE tileset (no custom tiles layout needed)

    4. This tiny mod is my modification of stock post-June11 environmentsystem.ini, that I created in spare time for own enjoyment. Incorporated are several tweaks and graphics files I created to slightly change the looks and feel of the SF2 series environment.
       
      Changes include:
       
      New, light blue sky colour for midday
      New, more purple, "cinematic" sky colours for sunrise/sunset
      Slightly modified fog colours
      Reduced sky glow for sunrise/sunset
      New, slighly bigger sun with new sun graphics
      New sun flare
      New clouds sizes and graphics for all weather types
      Now clear weather has some small fluffy clouds too
      New, bigger lens flares with new graphics
      Slightly bigger Moon
      New stars graphics
      New, stronger base winds and gusts for more dramatic smoke columns etc.
      Other tiny changes
       
      Please note: as of Expansion Pack 2, clouds height seems to be locked at specific untweakable altitude (=> ~10000 feet).
      I, aswell as others, tried various settings, even negative cloud base height values to no luck.

    5. A What If of a What If skin, this is adapted solely for the F/A-18E

    6. This is repainted, enhanced tileset of GermanyCE terrain from SF2 Europe.
       
      Version 1.1 -check changelog for list of updates.
       
      All roads have been darkened, now appear as medium gray; opposite to previous yellowish -white.
      All seasons have been replaced by new ones, slightly different than before. New seasons added -thaw before spring and early summer.
      All TOD files are new, taken strictly from "trees, buildings graphics, TODs update" recently released.
      Main G-type fields layout has been corrected and organised. Now layout is back more like it was in original TW tileset. Corresponding modified TODs included.
      As an experiment all bmp files have been replaced by jpg format for HDD space conservation.
      Tiles are 512x512, downsampled from 1024x1024 templates.
       
      This pack FULLY replaces any of my GermanyCE 4 seasons mods. You don't need to have previous version installed -if you do, all old files will be replaced by new ones.

    7. Hi all,
       
      This is a new JetEngine.WAV file to replace the old stock JetEngine.WAV. I have taken two files and imported them into Audacity and edited the levels and such to create what I think is a more authentic, universal jet engine sound for all stock, and 3rd party aircraft. It has more bass, and sound more like your hearing the aircraft from about a 100 feet away, instead of 2-3. For the most part, you can't really hear the fan blades and whine of a turbojet from 100 or more feet away. It's more of a roar. I had been looking for a sound like this for awhile, but I finally made it my self. Drop in your Sounds folder and overwrite when asked.

    8. This is just a set of skins I've had lying around for ages now, they're set up as stand alone planes because they use slightly different bump maps than those supplied by TK, otherwise everything else is the same as stock.
       
      You can add the skins to the stock aircraft folders if you dont want any more planes in your menue and dont mind some details not lining up correctly in certain light conditions.
