never saw the trailers for the PLS's before. but seen plenty of trucks and other stuff loaded on the PLS itself before (including a CSMs Humvee when all the wreckers were full coming back from the field) funny story: any time we come out of the field we would have to wait on all weapons to be turned in before being released. this included if a vehicle broke down on the autobahn, we'd have to wait on those Soldiers weapons to get back to be released. lead to many times of getting back to our kaserne at 22-2300 and not being released until 0530-6ish the next morning. one FTX someone has the bright idea to load all the weapons on a PLS coming back. so we wouldnt wait on a few weapons on the side of the road. guess who broke down.......

I agree with Gepard, a larger horse team looks better. I made a troika version of the tachanka. In FE it functions as a truck (transport) and it shows up in Armed Recon missions. The gunner will shoot at enemy aircraft if they come into his target area. Since he faces the rear, he's perfectly positioned to shoot planes lined up for a strafing or bombing run. This turned out to be a bigger project than I thought. I got caught up in the challenge of getting the gunner to move in a big enough range to be effective. The file size is much larger that I like, I'll try to bring the size down. Then I have to make the LODs and finish the skins.

The US State Department has approved the sale of heavy trucks worth an estimated USD445 million, the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) announced on 1 July. The DSCA said the approval covered a total of 517 Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Trucks (HEMTTs) and Heavy Equipment Transporters (HETs), both of which are made by Oshkosh, but provided a breakdown that only added up to 369. This included 188 M985A4 HEMTT Guided Missile Transporters. 100 HEMTT M978A4 fuel tankers. 31 HEMTT M984A4 recovery variants and 50 M1070A1 HETs. It also listed 50 Fontaine 635NL trailers for the HETs, 49 Oshkosh M1076A0 Palletised Load System (PLS) trailers and an unspecified number of Etnyre M1077 flatrack dismountable beds for the PLS trailers. “Kuwait will use these heavy vehicles to transport and support heavy equipment, including their legacy M1A2 tanks and their new M1A2K main battle tank slated for delivery in 2021,” the DSCA said. The US Department of Defense (DoD) announced in July 2020 that the contract to deliver 217 M1A2K tanks to Kuwait had been modified to “adjust the delivery schedule”, putting its estimated completion date back to 30 June 2022. No deliveries have been reported yet. Kuwait already has an unknown number of HEMTTs: the DoD announced in March 2018 that it had awarded a USD15.4 million contract to Oshkosh to deliver an unspecified number of Guided Missile Transporter, recovery, tractor, and artillery rocket resupply variants to it and Qatar.

Yes, we've talked about this before, and as I've said before, I make everything to work well on my machine. For me, playing the game is more important than showing off how much detail I can make. I include as much detail as I can without slowing down my computer too much, and that's what I upload. Of course, when you make yours, you can make it the way you want. Spanish government has approved the procurement of 20 new Eurofighter Typhoon combat aircraft under Project Halcon (Falcon), as well as a mid-life upgrade (MLU) for a portion of the country's existing fleet. Announced as part of a wider raft of governmental approvals on 14 December, the move paves the way for a Project Halcon contract to be signed with Airbus for the Tranche 4 Eurofighters that will replace the Spanish Air Force's (Ejército del Aire Español: EdAE) Boeing EF-18 Hornets based on the Canary Islands. It also sets in motion a planned MLU for the service's existing Eurofighter Tranche 3 airframes. “Great news from Madrid! We are grateful for the strong endorsement by Spain of the Eurofighter programme, and are looking forward to signing the Halcon contract soon, taking Spain's Air Force to the next technological level,” the CEO of Airbus Defence and Space, Michael Schoellhorn, said at the announcement. As previously described to Janes, the Project Halcon Tranche 4 Eurofighters (company officials have previously called them Tranche 3+) would be of the latest Tranche 3 standard, plus an active electronically scanned array (AESA) radar and other modifications. For Spain, the AESA would be the European Common Radar System Mark 1, also known as ‘Radar 1', development of which is being led by Hensoldt and Indra. Delivery of these 20 new Eurofighters is scheduled to take place from 2025 to 2030.

You have removed some detail so that those with lower-end systems to be able to enjoy the game. But you can go the other way. For example, include a "heavier" high-poly LOD in the download, but add the following Note in the Installation Instructions:

Lol that's crazy... If I remember correctly the arty units had the trailers for the PLS, mainly for the MLRS if my mind serves me correctly. Used to see expended pods on them all the time at Fort Hood.

Indeed. I think much of it is about giving them all AESA radar, it was about time. I must admit i had no clue myself. People were debating wether it would be F-35s for both the Navy and Air Force, or Typhoons to replace all Hornets. I'm somewhat hopeful they will still replace Hornets in the mainland (Torrejon and Zaragoza) with F-35s, 6th Gen would be Ok to start replacing Eurofighters. The priority was retiring the Hornets from the Canary Islands, if Morocco turned violent, their newest F-16s would be a serious trouble. The more we keep the balance in our favour, the fewer issues they are willing to cause, and we've been lagging a little bit lately.

I agree with EricJ, that happened to me too. Just try recalibrate the joy stick.

Are you sure it's not your stick? Mine has a tendency to pull up regardless of aircraft and game. I mean I think I've had the same birds and no issues with them.
