Sitrep: I let the TerrainEditor do the transition work. So sea to farm, sea to forrest, forrest to farm tiles are now all over the map available. Towns, cities and transition of city tiles i must do by hand. It's still a long way to go. Screenshots of a test mission: I was intercepted by a bunch of Air Force Phantoms. Had a short discussion with them. Thatswhy the black dots in the sea.

My grandfather brought a few items back from his time in Europe and I was fortunate enough to inherit some of them. One was a German helmet that I originally thought was a proper WWII helmet, but I brought it back from my parents a few years ago and noticed it was actually a WWI model! With a metal frame, it would be an M1917. There were no leather supports when I got it (so I'm guessing it was never used) and the metal frame had unfortunately rusted from years in my grandfather's garage but I was able to get a nice reproduction and a chin strap from the Prairie Flower Leather Company. The inside of the shell is stamped Si66, which would make it a size 66 from the manufacturer below: Si. - Eisenhütte Silesia, Paruschowitz Oberschlesien - (sizes 62, 66 shells) So I figured it was about time I got around to sharing!

F-5E - The F-5 was also adopted as an opposing forces (OPFOR) "aggressor" for dissimilar training role because of its small size and performance similarities to the Soviet MiG-21. The F-5E served with the US Air Force from 1975 until 1990, in the 64th Aggressor Squadron and 65th Aggressor Squadron at Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada, and with the 527th Aggressor Squadron at RAF Alconbury in the UK and the 26th Aggressor Squadron at Clark Air Force Base in the Philippines. F-5N - Ex-Swiss Air Force F-5Es used by the US Navy as an "aggressor" aircraft, with AN/APG-69 replacing the original AN/APQ-159. Intended to replace high-time USN/USMC F-5Es in the adversary role, and saw service through 2015. WHAT'S IN: F-5E USAF 65th Aggressor Squadron (4 skins and decals) F-5N USN VFC-111 "Sun Downers" (4 skins and decals) CREDITS: - A-TEAM/Capun: model - Pappychecksix: Blank Skins - paulopanz: decals, screens etc. INSTALL: - (*) you need F-5E-R0c.LOD file from A-TEAM model fix forum (this is the debugged lod) - put it inside F-5 AGG and F-5N folder NOTE: - canopy open 10 key - as I hate textures with serials painted on, I have to thank very much the great Pete, who made these great blank skins I could use to add historical serial numbers and codes. Let's make more aggressor squadrons skins Pappy! Hurry on. Enjoy Paolo & Pete

There is one way that I know of if you want a second sortie without ending the mission. Go to your Controls folder. There should be an .ini file in there that lists all the key controls, such as "Default.ini". Open that up, and look for the [ControlSet001] column. At the end, paste in the following: REARM_WEAPONS=ALT+W RELOAD_GUN=ALT+G UNJAM_GUN=ALT+J After you land, press Alt+W and then Alt+G to re-arm your weapons and replenish gun ammo. Taxi back around and take off. (You can change the key presses to anything else you want, of course.) Thanks to WhiteBoySamurai for his post and the CA community.
