Here are pics of Farids beautiful new original SU-34 3D model (with a FLAT nose, ha, ha, ha). along with some of his skins with his permission.. .(this model is new and is not the former 3D SU-34 model previously posted on Combatace which "shall not be named." We are collaborating on this project. I am doing .inis and he has done the 3D model. He is working on a beautiful 3D cockpit. He needs to finish it before release . I have my finished stand-in SU-34. I have not decided to release my stand-in for now because it has an incorrect nose shape. Cheers!

Test with the 8 skyscraper LOD's, which i made years ago during a period, when i had a test version of 3d tool. But after this 30 days i realized, that 3d creation is not my cup of tea.

Sitrep: I made a sea to city tile especially for the inner city with the skyscrapers. (I dont know, how you call such an area in America.) I placed 2 tiles side by side on the map. Closer look. Dont worry about the different sea colors. It is still a JPG file without water layer. When i will make it to a TGA file this difference will disappear. At the moment i'm not really happy with this tile. Perhaps this will change when i have placed the skyscrapers on it.

15 May 1975: Jolly Green 44 approaches USS Holt off of Koh Tang Island while extracting Marines after the recovery of the SS Mayaguez. Jolly Green 44, a HH-53, was able to expedite the withdrawal of Marines on the beach by offloading on Holt, with only the nose wheel touching down the landing pad. All in complete darkness. To go all the way to the carrier Coral Sea would have taken 30 minutes and the Marines remaining on the beach were in danger of being overrun. Once the 34 Marines on this trip were onboard Holt, Jolly Green 44 was on the beach for another pick up in 5 minutes 38 US service members were lost during what became known as the Mayaguez Incident, also generally considered the final US battle of the Vietnam War

Today I experienced a thing that was new to me. While testing @Cliff7600 skin for the F-103 intercepting some Harbin H-5 Beagles, I got hit by a tail gunner and caught fire, fire was extinguished after some seconds, but my engine was dead so as I was high and fast started to glide to a nearby airfield, when I tried to hit CTRL + I and the engine restarted!! I made a controlled landing with power and man that was fun and rewarding!

Thank you again, my friends. A PET scan confirmed cancer in both tonsils and three lymph nodes total on both sides. Today, I completed an MRI to determine the cancer stage; hopefully, it is not stage 3 or 4, inshallah (God willing). I may go to the UK for treatment soon, if all goes well. Most likely, The Royal Marsden Private Care. Wish me the best and a speedy recovery. 🙏 Sincerely, Mohamad. Yes 😆
