update on the early F-4G templates still working on the lower side , still a lot to do , i had to make a lot of changes on the existing 3d model to get it look like the real F-4G , it will be a nightmare to transfer all this changes to the F-4E and F-4F will see how i can do that without getting nuts problem is to find good quality pictures of the lower side

Like you said, the tree models are stock items in FE2 (they are located in the wwiCambrai.cat). The same models can be found in the 'First Flight - The Wright Experience' object pack as well. I did another test. The tree model is solid (and destroys my plane) without adding a collision model...

Hello everyone! I am currently working on MiG-15 / 17/ 19 projects and it have been a very eye-opening research with theories. The detailed information are mostly in Russian, so it is quite hard to find exactly what I seek for. While looking at the gunsight of ASP-3N, and wondered where it came from, which lead to ASP-1N, then eventually ASP-1, then to my huge jaw-dropping surprises. Not only I learned that ASP-1 came from Ferranti Mark IID gunsight, same thing with K-14 gunsight. So both came from Mark IID gyroscopic gunsight. While studying the gunsight of Soviet of WWII and post war, the gunsight used on La-9 and earlier, along with another warplane uses PBP-1 gunsight. PBP stands for Pritsel Bortovoy Pryamoy, which means "Onboard Direct Sight". The ASP series gunsight, in other hand, stands for Avtomaticheskiy Strelkovyy Pritsel, which means "Automatic Firing Sight". ASP-1 was mounted in La-11, while ASP-1N in early MiG-15. Then later, around early 1950s I believe, MiG-15 upgrade to ASP-3N while MiG-15Bis use that gunsight. (NOTE: I also read from various sources that initially MIG-15 did not have mirror until later, probably the same time when they get upgraded with ASP-3N). By the way, I have a theory that ASP-1 does have gyroscopic sight because, as stated that it came from Mark IID gunsight. BUT, there is one thing I notice that is major different from both Mark IID and K-14: K-14 and Mark IID had two 'units' of sight box together, making it possible to change the different modes, such as FIXED sight only, GYRO sight only, or both sights at the same time. ASP-1, in other hand, noticed the sight unit, have one box. So in theory, this means it can only either display both fixed and gyro (ideally used for AA mode), or both 'fixed' and gyro being fixed for air to ground. Then I found this manual, which but unfortunately I do not know the language of Russian. So I use two different AIs to go through it with me. I do realize AIs at this moment is not perfect, can make mistakes. This is precisely why I use two different AI to clarify the information. From what I learned, it confirmed that the gunsight of ASP-3N can only disable the fixed circle and moving gyro sight for AA mode, and fixed both 'fixed' and 'gyro' sight for air to ground, just as way I thought about ASP-1. Why I think, in theory, that ASP-1 onward have gyroscopic culpability gyroscopic? Because not only the name ASP implies it, it makes sense when I look at this way: During WWII and after war, Soviets was known to reverse engineer various technologies of western from avionics to missiles, so it would not be a surprise if they manage to have a working gyroscopic sight from Mark IID gunsight. (NOTE: If someone have a solid evidence that ASP-1 / 1N / 3N/ 4N wasn't gyroscopic sight, I will fix it in this projects.) Next, here are the images of ASP-1N and ASP-3N NOTE: I made a mistake with the gunsight size of ASP-3N. Before, it was 62.5, then did deep digging and doing the math, turns out it is 61.09 radius MILs, and 122 MILs diameter. The ASP-1N's fixed circle is 70 MILs, based on Mark IID gunsight while ASP-3N's circle is 122 MILs. ASP-1N ASP-3N Screenshot of MiG-15 MiG-15 (1950s) and MIG-15Bis The MIG-17s and 19s, along with ASP-4N / 5N and RP-1 / RP-2 radar are being researched and working on. Eagle114th

now that i've finished my bit for the F-35 remod, I can get back to terraining. In this case, the "Espana" map from Op.Pelayo. Been working on and off on it since late last year. Made a lot of corrections and retiling. All airports have been rebuilded and are complete, excepitng for minor eye candies. I'll have to stop work on it for a week or so sometime over the next few days, and I'm going to have to learn Winge 11 when my BRAND NEW MACHINE ARRIVES!!!!! (and none too soon -- this one is starting to really act out). Of course, reinstalling every-damn-thing!! (good part is, I get to finally use the full SF2 pack with all the DLCs I bought years ago!) As you can see below, using my (patent pending) special tiles, Ceuta looks a bit more like itself then before. There are about 5 or 6-ish new tiles, mostly ports, and so forth. This terrain has a lot of flaws, and I'm trying to correct as many I can (other wise Macalana and Stratos will yell at me <gr>)

In an era of shifting geopolitical dynamics, the United States sought to withdraw from it's role as the world's policeman and it's President saw the opportunity for the ultimate defence deal - leasing Nimitz-class aircraft carriers and selling the accompanying aircraft to certain friendly countries. The increase in US defence spending and a ramping up of Ford class carrier production ('the Admirals have a name picked out for the next carrier. It's a beautiful name, the best, but I can't tell you what it is') enabled the US to prematurely release some of the earlier Nimitz-class carriers from front-line duties, and while such a move would be unprecedented, it would serve both the US and the recipient nations' interests in maintaining regional stability whilst reducing America's spend on defending others, and offset the trade deficit between the US and countries it had accused of 'ripping them off' by selling more to America than America had sold to them. Japan was the first recipient. Previously constrained by constitutional limitations on offensive military capabilities, the country had gradually expanded its defense posture in response to growing threats from China and North Korea. Leasing a Nimitz-class carrier would significantly enhance Japan’s ability to project power and defend its territorial integrity, particularly around the East China Sea and Taiwan Strait, as well as to protect it's trade routes through the Persian Gulf and the Red Sea. For the U.S., leasing a carrier could strengthen the alliance, share the burden of maintaining maritime security, and enable a more distributed force posture without requiring permanent overseas American carrier basing. The carriers would retain the CVN-xx designation, and could be recalled to US Navy service if necessary, allowing the U.S. to retain strategic influence over the assets, although the recipient naton was allowed to choose to rename the vessel. Along with the lease of the carrier came the purchase of aircraft. JASDF F-15 units were re-equipped with various versions of the F/A-18 Superhornet, F-35A orders were switched to the navalised F-35C variant, and additional E-2 Hawkeyes were purchased, as crews from both the carrier and it's air wing were sent to the appropriate US Navy schools to learn new skills and US Navy personnel were seconded as advisers for at least the first deployment. By early 2027 CVN-70, formerly USS Carl Vinson, set off on it's first deployment as JS Akagi, a historic name chosen in honour of the earlier carrier that had been flagship of the 1st Air Fleet, the Kido Butai. That first cruise set the template for most future deployments, beginning with a 3 week shakedown in the Kuril Islands, including intercepts of snooping Russian Bears and other aircraft types, followed by a power projection transit through the South China Sea, including exercises with friendly nations' navies. Exiting via the Straits of Malacca into the Indian Ocean, further exercises were held with the Indian Navy while real-world ASW and air intercept sorties by the air wing kept prying Pakistani (and their Chinese allies') assets at arm's length, before Akagi took up station for around six months in the Arabian Sea. Forays into both the Straits of Hormuz and the Red Sea would feature in all cruises by the Akagi and it's battle group, and the air wing would fly many combat missions, hitting targets in the air, on land and at sea as needed. Relief on station would be by either a US carrier, or more frequently a former US carrier, and Akagi would return home, again making it's presence felt in the South China Sea, for rest and refit before the next deployment.

got it done , vents are moved forward front gear door changed and the landing gear has a new position and since i have now more space in the nose gear well i adjusted the the max travel of the damper and changed the animation for it , so now for the first time we have a fully extendet nose gear that was not possible due to the position of the nose gear before i had to change some entrys in the data.ini because the nose gear was hanging in the air but after adjusting the stroke length value everything works fine and the bonus a now fully extendet nose gear and now i´m going to enjoy the rest of the sunday evening
