Got started mapping the Nieuport 28, America's first fighter plane. Also found some hokey Hollywood shots from that old classic, the Dawn Patrol.

Heck and VonS have been very helpful with file development, and are considering more comprehensive data and info packs for the Fighting The Flying Circus concept. Speaking of which, the Nieuports 17/24/28 will have some really colorful opponents.

View File SF2:I Vautour IIN Upgrade Pack SF2:I Vautour IIN Upgrade Pack 11/27/2017 = For SF2:I (or Any & All, Full-5 Merged Prefered) = Extensive modifications and upgrades to Veltro2k's S.O.4050 Vautour IIN Night/All Weather fighter-bomber as used by the IDF/AF. As seen on the CombatAce message boards, a major revamp adds 2 skins for ealy service in the IDF/AF. This mod is designed to replace all other versions, in toto, of the Vautour IIN. This package contains the full, entire aircraft. Many modification have been performed, and all are listed in the "Notes" section of this readme. Loadouts have been adjusted, as have several other important statements in the data ini. All weapons used are stock 3W items, meaning they still use the UK bombs. End Users (tm) that wish to swap out to the various French bombs available in weapons packs may do. Be advised, I did =NOT= test with those, so their attachment positions -may- not match. All new, historical "plane-in-squadron/serial numbers" for IDF usage. All markings are decals, and decal randomization is TRUE. However, due to the low number of aircraft (6-7) the randomization (for some reason) seems not to be working. Even though there isn't another Vautour IIN, I've added a statement to the "displayed name", so it now reads: Vautour IIN (V2K) This is just one of my usual "things", when more than one of the type exists. As always, fairly easy to follow, detailed install instructions are included. So, please READ them ... after unzipping but before installling! Good Hunting! In a recent password audit by a company it was found that an employee was using the following password: MickeyMinniePlutoHueyLouieDeweyDonaldGoofySacramento When asked why she had such a long password she rolled her eyes and said, "Hello! It has to be at least 8 characters and include at least one capital."

That was their anthem only until 1944. After that, this anthem which I used in the video, was introduced. And, with a changed text, is again used for the nowadays' Russian Federation. Yes, we sing this verse still today. One verse was dropped tough, which described the old frontiers of Germany, which shrunk after WW2. And yes - the Nazi regime DID ruin a lot of the feelings, with which we would sing our anthem. Any other nation is singing their national anthem with much more pride than we Germans do. Well, my honest opinion is, that the US politics are often much more aggresive than Putin ever was. A lot of any Russian moves are getting very much distorted in Western media. For example, Russia did not "occupy" the Crimean pininsula. They had always been there - it is their Black Sea Naval base. They didn't have to occupy it - the majorityof the Eastern Ucraine people have stronger relations to Russia, than to far away "western" Kiew. But that won't get told on TV. While the American interests are always being understood by our anchormen, the Russian interests are not even regarded. But we are getting on the thin ice of politics here, and I don't want to start a looong debate about all that.

Great stuff gents' - wonderful to see large scale modding for FE2 happening! I'm also tweaking the Camels further to include some of their flight peculiarites, also the Nieu. 11 is receiving an overhaul - since it was too "numb" in its earlier FM versions, and have corrected an obscure error with Cydc airfoil values that were missing for some of the ailerons on the Nieu. 16 types. Will include these fixes and previous ones for the Nieu. 28 and 24bis in a ver. 9.1 of the FM update pack, and will also try to get the FMs done for the Pup and Tripehound from A-Team for that update pack, including more varieties of observation balloon colors and realistic heights. It'll be a special edition of the FM update pack called "Camels, Pups and Gasbags." Happy flying, Von S
