For the F-31A Mustang II that exists on this site. It's just a simple Mod Eagle scheme that uses the same decals as the base 421st TFS skin. Just drop in the folder and go fly. Just select 421st TFS, 388th TFW Mod Eagle in the drop down menu and go fly.
This skin represents "VFA-163", which was featured in the movie Behind Enemy Lines. Simply drop in the FA-18F_BlkII folder and go fly. It can be found under VFA-163.
Here's my set of 3 what-if aggressor skins for the F-23A Black Widow II by Dels. The background story is simple: what if the USAF decided to choose the F-23 instead of F-22 and what if they bought a lot of them, enough to form the aggressor squadrons too?

F-4B Phantom II, VMFA-58 "Wildcards" Skin/Decal set (A "What If.." skin)
= For SF2, any/all versions with access to the F-4B Phantom, merged or not =
A complete rebuild of my "What If..." Phantom skin from 2006.
This is a reskinning and redecaling of the stock, plane-jane F-4B (no year suffix), using Sundowner's templates (what a masterpiece!!!). New serial numbers and all new BuNum decals have been created. BuNums ARE 100% accurate, in that they are for F-4Bs. Since this is a fantasy skin ... they're purly there for looks. Many new decals, for crew names have been created and added to the canopy rails (these are characters and production staff from the Space: Above and Beyond TV show, with a few 'just for funs' thrown in).
What is unusual for me, is the fact that most of the generic national/service markings are painted on, as opposed to my prefrence for decals. This was done to "open up" some meshes for other decals, thereby greating imporving the historical "look", and accuracy (!), of the aircraft.
This skin/decal set is perfectly usable for ANY of the other F-4Bs (F-4B_65 and F-4B_67), and possibly even the F-4J. Renaming of the skin bmps will be required for use on the other aircraft, however, but their mapping is identical (this =HAS= been tested!). See below for more details & instructions.
The skins are 2048x2048, so users with older, slower machines may need to resize them down one step to 1024; expect some detail loss, but they're still quite beautiful, even at the the smaller size.
NOTE: I've supplied 2 different _1.bmps for use. The one being used right now has the ship name "USS SARATOGA"* above the squadron name. If you do not wish to use that, use the 'no-ship-name_F-4B_1.bmp'. Instructions for switching are in the 'To Install' section below.
Included as well are modified data and loadout inis; the data ini has a new landing light added and the canopy activated via a manual animation key. Use Shift/0 to open and close it. The loadout ini removes the non-existant reconpod, from RECON missions, and replaces it with the 600 gallon tank. All other loads remain stock. The landing gear's RollingRadius has also been adjusted, as I've gotten sick and tired of the 'flat tire' look. The numbers I used can also be used on all the other Phantoms. Other improvements are some additional armor over vital internals. No other changes have been made.
* the SARA was the space carrier The Wildcards was assigned to in the TV show; just keeping continuity <grin>
As always, detailed, step-by-step install instruction are in the enclosed Readme. It's required you actually read it ...

SF2 P-47N Thunderbolt 36th FBS, KAW "What If" Skins Pack 6/22/2019
-For SF2, (Full 5 Merged Reccomended)-
This is a 'What If' skin for the P-47N Thunderbolt by RussoUK. It represents the
36th FBS, 51st FG if said unit had been equipped with Jugs during the Korean War.
It is to be applies to V.2 of Russ's Jug. If you don't have it, You can find
Version 2.0 of Russ' P-47N at the following URL:
https://combatace.com/files/file/13202-p-47n-157z/
The aircraft is painted in "silver lacquer" and carries the same style of tail
markings as seen on their Real Life (tm) F-80C Shooting Stars used in Korea. All
new serial and buzz number decals were created. The serials, while generic in
nature, are correct for the late model P-47Ns. Decal randomization is TRUE. Let it
be known that the SF2 Date Switch is =NOT= used on this skin*. A new more "chewed
up looking" damage tga is also included. When in-game, on the Loadout Screen's Skin
Selection Dropdown window, you'll see:
36th FBS (What-If, KAW 1950)
Remember, you'll have to change the skin for all members in your flight.
Once upon a time, there was a 1stGen version of this aircraft/skin that I did (mid
2000s???) but it dosen't seem to exist in the CA downloads anymore. So, this is a
full replacement. If any of you End Users (tm) still have it, you are instructed to
delete both the original skin and decals.
As is always reccomended, unzip to a temp folder or your desktop to give easy
access to the rest of this readme for it's install instructions. Might want to give
the "Notes & Other Nonsense" section a once over, as well! :)
*=see 'Notes' for information on how to create a post-war F-47N

But Stratos asked for this one.

Su-33 Camo for Su-27M (What if)
Alternative history :
[TRUE] The aircraft carrier Admiral Kuznetsov set sail on 15 October 2016 from the Kola Bay for takin part in Russian agression against Syria. The carrier was accompanied by an ocean-going tugboat, as a precaution due to potential propulsion failure.
The airwing included 6-8 Su-33 fighters, 4 Mig-29K/KUBR multi-role aircraf.
On 14 November 2016, a MiG-29K crashed into the sea after taking off from the carrier.
On 15 November 2016, Admiral Kuznetsov, took part in bombing Syria.
On 3 December 2016, an Su-33 crashed into the sea after attempting to land on the carrier.
[FICTION] On 4 December early in the morning, the aircraft carrier's radar detected more than a dozen unknown air targets approaching their ship. In a panic, the Russians raised all Su-33 fighters to protect their aircraft carrier. But it was too late. In a matter of minutes all Su-33 planes were shot down. To this day it remains a mystery whether these were F-22 stelth aircraft or they were Israeli F-35 aircraft. Some person tells even it was martians.
These cheerless news came to the Kremlin. The news of the loss of all Su-33 aircraft could not be published in the Russian mass media. Dumbfounded militarist propaganda residents, could inadequately respond to such a defeat of their troops. It was decided to hush up the news.
Dmitry Rogozin minister of Defense Industry of Russia, suggested that all existing Su-27M to repaint in Su-33 camouflage colors.
A few days later, at night at low altitude, all repainted Su-27Ms flew to Syria and start imitating the presence of the Su-33 in Syria and showed themselves in propaganda TV plots. We are waiting for the further events. BBC News, cpecial report, Syria.

installation: unpack and copy to your installed before Su-27M or Su-37 folder. Be sure to overwrite the decals folder. It is very important! There is a fix for the UV grid of the original model, cause of which the second wing had a reflection of the first that the aircraft was disfiguring.

Hi to all, I'm Astore. Thanks for downloading my skin pack !
The UPEO (Universal Peace Enforcement Organization) is a fictional faction featured in the Ace Combat game series, and the main faction of Ace Combat 3 Electrosphere.
The Universal Peace Enforcement Organization is an international peacekeeping organization under the Neo United Nations. UPEO maintains the SARF (Special Armed Response Force) when military intervention is required for peacekeeping duties, as well as the Euro-Asia Public Network for neutral, continent-wide broadcasting.
Despite its aim of enforcing peace, UPEO was a puppet of General Resource Limited until the late 2030s. The organization became more independent with the rise of Neucom Incorporated and with Gabriel William Clarkson taking office as UPEO's representative.
UPEO is the player's initial organization at the start of Ace Combat 3: Electrosphere. In the Japanese version of the game, the player can defect from UPEO to either General Resource or Neucom.
It has shown that their equipment is of two main aircraft carriers, a Nimitz class and an Air Vector UI-4053 Sphyrna, still in construction during the early events of the game. Their main base, is a military airport at the center of Expo City, the eastern city of the USEA continent excluding Megafloat, which is a floating-island city.
The UPEO Air Fleet is composed by future versions of actual aircraft and some fictionals since the game is set in 2040 of the Strangereal Universe, but the only fictional continent invented at the game exit was the USEA, so, since the faction seems to be universal, there could be several other planes operative in other nations, which have been introduced only in Ace Combat 5 The Unsung War (That is set in 2015).

Installation: Open the aircraft folder from the downloaded content, and copy/move the UPEO (and variant) folders to the plane's folder in your SF2 (StrikeFighters2>Objects>Aircraft>Your plane folder. Same for the Aircraft Carrier skin: StrikeFighters2>Objects>GroundObjects>Admiral56) There's no need to overwrite on other folders, just add them in the specific folders. My skins does not requires decals, since the emblems are painted in the skin.
If the skin doesn't work or shows leaving your aircraft black, it's possible that you are using a different version of the plane from an another addon, or that your game doesn't read the skin format. When this happen, copy the skin files to save them, then try to change their format (Like JPG). If the skin sets are the same for other models with the same skin mapping, they should work too.
You can make a UPEO Nation in your INI Files continuing the list of nations. Be sure that the Nation number continues the series. In my case since I already got 271 Nations in my file, I've wrote Nation272 to make it work. But you could have to change the number.

Most of these planes should work also on SF Gold. I've started working on the skin pack from Gold and then moved to SF2. Actually, also the F-18 has been downloaded from the FX Interactive site, but the addon from CombatAce should work too. To install manually the aircraft from that site, download them, the site will give a laucher-sort file. Ignore it, do mouse-right click and extract the files. You should obtain the aircraft folder to put in your SFG/SF2 aircraft folder, and it should work. Some of the templates for aircrafts were missing, then I had to make some new by hand, like for the F-15D Active. The older skins could be not at the same quality since I was working on SFG, but they'll be remade in future.
Bugs and errors: The files shouldn't damage your game, if something doesn't work just remove the folder of the skin.
The only bug I actually know is in the F-15 D ACTIVE canards, which couldn't be painted. It was the only Active I found, if you use it in SF2 be sure to insert also a cockpit file.
You can customize the skins if you want to, credit me when you post screens or other in way to allow other players to find the download. Don't forget to rate, good or bad.
This was my first skin pack, I hope I didn't messed up and that everything works. Maybe I'll do other skins in future. Have fun !

What is it?
It's a paint scheme for the Su-27 Flanker of the Belkan Air Force, 5th Air Division, 23rd Tactical Fighter Squadron, "Gelb" Team from the game Ace Combat Zero
The Gelb Team, of the Belkan Air Force's 23rd Tactical Fighter Squadron, consists of a two-plane formation of two Su-37 Terminators. The squad's leader, Major Orbert Jager, and his wingman, Lieutenant Rainer Altman, were the pilots assigned to the Gelb Team. They were commonly assigned to interception missions along the Hydrian Line, the southern defence line. Due to their flawless and synchronized flying style, the two pilots became known as the "Coupled Cormorants".
In the beginning of the Belkan War in 1995, the Gelb Team was a large part of Belka's air and ground superiority, despite their odd formation. It was the flexibility their formation provided which allowed them to be more effective than a classic fighter squadron. However, when the Allied Forces went on the offensive, the Hydrian Line was stretched thin. The Gelb Team was forced to sortie five times a day in order to maintain the line, but due to the sudden attack, were left with little logistics support and not receiving even basic maintenance for their aircraft.
Despite being overused, the "Coupled Cormorants" maintained the battle-line, until they were sent to the Ustian capital, Directus, in order to stop the city from being retaken by the Allied Forces. However, they arrived late into the battlefield, but did engage the Ustian 6th Air Division, 66th Air Force Unit "Galm Team" and were shot down. The flight leader was killed in action, but Gelb 2 his wingman ejected safely and later went on to settle in the city where he was shot down over.

It's a paintscheme for the SAAB J-35J Draken and Dassault Rafale-M F1of the Sapin Air Force, 9th Air and Land Division, 11th Tactical Fighter Squadron "Espada" from the game Ace Combat Zero
Espada Team, formerly members of the 9th Air and Land Division, 11th Tactical Fighter Squadron, is a fighter squadron from Sapin that participated in the A World With No Boundaries uprising.
The operational history behind the Espada Squadron is unknown, but it is known that Marcela Vasquez held a relationship with her commander, Alberto Lopez. In October of 1995, Lopez defected to A World With No Boundaries movement that rose in central Osea after the Belkan War, abandoning their base in Sapin and disappearing without a trace. They were not the only soldiers from Sapin to join the group, as Air Force commander Ramos Gonzales and his Suerte Squadron followed suit.
On 25 December of 1995, the squadron accompanied the XB-0 Hresvelgr during the bombing of Lumen in the coup d'etat, along with other rebel pilots from the movement, and carried out airstrikes on Valais Air Base later that day. Galm Team pursued the XB-0 to the Waldreich Mountains, where it clashed with Espada. Vasquez and Lopez were shot down, and the squadron was disbanded.

A collection of skins for TMF's F-14s featuring the F-14 Tomcats of Ace Combat 5 :The Unsung War, a total of 6 skins for the F-14A_96 (1), F-14B_96 (1), F-14D_92 (1) and F-14D_96 (2).
Featuring :
5th Fighter Wing, 108th Tactical Fighter Squadron "Wardog" (F-14A_96 and F-14D_96):
The 108th Tactical Fighter Squadron "Wardog", also referred to as Wardog Squadron, was an auxiliary squadron of the Osean Air Defense Force's 5th Fighter Wing stationed at Sand Island Air Force Base.
Wardog Squadron was at the forefront of the Circum-Pacific War from its onset. The squadron underwent several changes in command the first day of the war and went on to serve in many of the war's decisive engagements. The Wardog pilots' tactical efficiency was lauded by the Osean military and feared by the Yuktobanians, earning them several nicknames—most famously, "The Demons of Razgriz".
Both F-14A and F-14D skins included.
Captain Jack "Heartbreak One" Bartlett (F-14D_92) :
Captain Jack Bartlett, callsign "Heartbreak One", was an Osean pilot, captain, flight leader, and training instructor of the Osean Air Defense Force's Wardog Squadron.
A veteran F-14 pilot of the Belkan War, Bartlett possessed a distrust of authority and an unwavering loyalty to his trainees, whom he affectionately referred to as "nuggets". In 2010, Bartlett played an important role in both the outbreak and resolution of the Circum-Pacific War between Osea and Yuktobania.
Features the F-14D that Bartlett flew during the Belkan War.
VFA-206 (F-14B_96) :
VFA-206 was an Osean Maritime Defense Force fighter squadron and the carrier air wing of the 3rd Osean Naval Fleet's flagship, the OFS Kestrel.
After the fugitive Wardog pilots were brought aboard the Kestrel on December 7, Captain Marcus Snow, being the last member of VFA-206, joined them in the newly formed Razgriz Squadron. VFA-206 was likely disbanded after Snow's reassignment to Ragriz Squadron.
Features Snow's F-14B
Razgriz Air Command Squadron (F-14D_96) :
The Razgriz Air Command Squadron, more commonly referred to as Razgriz Squadron and also known as "The Ghosts of Razgriz", was a secret squadron mostly comprised of the survivors of the OADF's Wardog Squadron in the final month of the Circum-Pacific War.
During its brief existence, Razgriz Squadron was created by and served under the direct command of Osean President Vincent Harling, and was stationed aboard the OFS Kestrel. Under their new mantel as the demonic hero of Strangereal folklore, the Razgriz pilots executed a series of covert engagements, which ultimately led to the war's resolution and the defeat of the Grey Men.
Features both a livery with Osean Markings, and one without Osean Markings.

What is it?
It's a paintscheme for the Eurofighter Typhoon of the Belkan Air Force, 2nd Air Division, 52nd Tactical Fighter Squadron "Rot", from the game Ace Combat Zero. For the Eurofighter-GmbH EF-2000 "Typhoon".
The Rot Team was an elite Belkan Air Force squadron that saw action in the Belkan War. Led by the ace Detlef Fleisher, Rot Team saw great success in the early days of the war, earning an impressive kill record. They fought with a deep sense of pride for their country.
In the early days of the war, the Rot Squadron was thought to be the BAF's ultimate air unit. Despite being a newer unit which had not seen any action before the Belkan War, Rot's kill score during the first months of the Belkan War was with great successes. The team was mostly centered around the flight commander, Detlef Fleisher, who was known as the BAF's "poster boy".
In March 1995, the Rot Squadron was scrambled to the Airspace B7R, widely known as the "Round Table", to engage two aircraft from the Ustian Air Force's 6th Air Division, which were conducting reconnaissance on the Round Table. The 2 squadrons clashed in battle, and in the end, all Rot aircraft were shot down by the Galm Team. Rot 1 was the only confirmed survivor after that battle in The Round Table.

It's a paintscheme for the YF-23A Black Widow of the Osean Air Defence Force, 8th Air Division, 32nd Fighter Squadron, 1st Flight "Wizard", from the game Ace Combat Zero.
The 32nd FS consisting of both "Wizard" and "Sorcerer" flights, were a key frontline Osean Air Defense Force fighter squadron, which commonly fought over The Round Table, formally known as Area B7R.
The squadron had soon became known as the "All Stars of the Round Table" and as the war continued the entire Wizard flight became less and less supportive of the war as well as Osean high command. After the incident which occurred at the Waldreich Mountains on June 6, 1995 in which several nuclear bombs were detonated around the gate to Nord Belka, the Wizard Squadron deserted, disappearing without a trace
They joined the radical terrorist group known as A World With No Boundaries and the Wizard's flight leader is believed to be the founder alongside the alleged head director Anton Kupchenko and Anthony Palmer.
Wizard later reappeared over Air Space B7R to perform their final fight in the Round Table, during the allied "Operation Thunderbolt". They engaged the Ustian 66th Air Force Unit as they were en route to destroy the group main force at Avalon Dam. It is reported that the engagement was fierce, but resulted in the 32nd Squadron being entirely destroyed and disbanded.
I've also included a post-defection paint scheme as I found it weird that the defectors would still be using their own nation's symbols and flags when joining a terrorist organisation dedicated to tearing down borders.

What is it?
A skin-pack featuring the Independent State Allied Force's 118th Tactical Fighter Wing's Mobius Squadron, from the game Ace Combat 4. For the F-4E Phantom II - ARN (86).
Mobius Squadron, part of the 118th Tactical Fighter Wing, was a fighter squadron comprised of pilots from the Independent State Allied Force's Air Force. The squadron saw active service during the 2003–2005 Second Usean Continental War. Its ace pilot, Mobius 1, rose to prominence and became the flight leader of the squadron around the start of ISAF's counteroffensive in late 2004.
Around the time of ISAF's evacuation from the Usean mainland, Mobius 1 was the sole member of Mobius Squadron; whether this was by design or the result of losing squadmates during the Erusians' initial offensive remains unknown.
Beginning with the ISAF's Operation Umbrella in September 2004, Mobius 1 quickly established himself as an ace, downing six Erusian Tu-95 Bear bombers and their escort fighters over Newfield Island. Over the course of the war, Mobius 1's accomplishments would inspire confidence in his allies and fear in his enemies.
The full Mobius Squadron—under Mobius 1's command—was later formed by merging several other ISAF squadrons. On September 26, 2005, one week after the official armistice, ISAF dispatched the newly assembled Mobius Squadron to the Twinkle Islands to destroy Megalith, an Erusian superweapon capable of shooting down orbiting asteroid fragments. Mobius Squadron engaged and shot down the Erusians’ Megalith defence squadron before moving on to the rocket-launch facility. Through the combined efforts of Mobius Squadron and the special forces unit, ISAF was victorious once again, and Megalith was destroyed.

What is it?
It's a paint scheme for the F-14D Super Tomcat of the Belkan Air Force, 22nd Air Division, 4th Tactical Fighter Squadron "Schnee", from the game Ace Combat Zero.
The Belkan Air Force 22nd Air Division, 4th TFS "Schnee" Squadron operated four F-14D Super Tomcat and one EA-6B Prowler. The Schnee pilots used their aircraft to their best in battle. Their tactics rely on confusing and surrounding their enemies. Their F-14D Super Tomcats engage at both short and long distances thanks to their BVR weaponry, while the entire unit is supported by an EA-6B Prowler (not included) which jams enemy radar.
The Schnee Squadron was sent to the front-lines at the start of the Belkan War. Stationed at Curado Air Base, within the skilled 22nd Air Division, they inflicted considerable damage on southern independent state forces and helped the Belkan Air Forces push towards Ustio, mainly in aerial combat. In one account above Monte Rosa, Ustio on March 30th, the Schnee Squadron encountered two squadrons, believed to be from the Ustian 4th Air Division. The two squadrons were promptly destroyed. The Schnee Squadron is accredited with dozens of air-to-air kills such as this around the Belkan borders.
Throughout the war the Schnee Squadron saw much action; despite being shot down on more than one occasion.
It wasn't until the Schnee Squadron entered the fray in area B7R during Operation Battle Axe, that they encountered the Ustian 6th Air Division, 66th Air Force Unit 'Galm'. The battle ended with the entire Squadron being shot down in B7R.

A paintscheme featuring the Belkan Luftwaffe's 7th Air Division, 51st Tactical Fighter Squadron "Indigo", from the game Ace Combat Zero. For JAS 39 Gripen-C.
The "Indigo Squadron" was a Belkan Air Force squadron that saw action in the Belkan War of 1995. Indigo's pilots were known for their elegant flight style and their pride in combat, which earned them the nicknames "Indigo Order of Belka" and "The Indigo Knights".
Though only the flight leader of the Squadron had seen battle during Belka's period of expansionism, the entire Squadron was soon assigned to the Eastern Front during the beginning of the Belkan War. It was here that the Indigo saw much success. For example, on March 30, 1995 the 51st Tactical Fighter Squadron engaged an enemy fighter squadron, believed to be the 3rd Air Division 122nd Tactical Fighter Squadron of the FATO Air Force over the FATO-Gebet Border. This engagement occurred during an operation aimed at capturing Model, Gebetan City. Flight leader Dimitri Heinreich alone shot down nine F-14D Super Tomcats within five minutes of the battle's start.
On April 20 of that same year, the Indigo Squadron was redirected over Area B7R, Belka on their way back to base. The team's objective was to shoot down Galm Team of the Ustian Air Force conducting recon on the Round Table. Indigo was not unfamiliar with the area; however, the two aircraft overwhelmed the Belkan fighters, and shot them all down.

What is it?
It's a paintscheme for the F-15E Strike Eagle of the Osean Air Defence Force, 8th Air Division, 32nd Fighter Squadron, 2nd Flight "Sorcerer", from the game Ace Combat Zero.
The 32nd Tactical Fighter Squadron "Sorcerer" was a squadron that consisted of eight F-15S/MTDs. First seen by the player during the second battle that took place over Area B7R, also known as the "Round Table".
The squadron is very experienced in combat, since they were one of the first and last Osean fighter squadrons on being sent to the front lines during the Belkan War in 1995. They commonly operated within the Belkan Round Table, meaning that each pilot gained experience quickly. However, they began to support their cause less as time went on. Eventually they defected.
They joined an organization known as A World With No Boundaries and became a key part of the organization's operations. It is believed that their squadron leader was a founding member, but there is no solid information on this accusation.
I've chosen to use the F-15E model over Fastcargo's excellent F-15 Active as that file already has an outstanding Sorcerer skin by Kei Nagase. The F-15E was also already in service in 1995, the year the game takes place in, so it's not too lore-unfriendly. Even though the Strike Eagle may be slower and less manoeuvrable than the Active, I think the Sorcerer pilots would appreciate AMRAAM and air-to-ground capability.
I've also included a post-defection paint scheme as I found it weird that the defectors would still be using their own nation's symbols and flags when joining a terrorist organisation dedicated to tearing down borders.
