Spinners Posted March 29, 2009 Posted March 29, 2009 F-104G Starfighter of No.331 Squadron of the Royal Norwegian Air Force seen at low-level during a deployment to Dhimar as part of the UN coalition forces in 1969. Interesting stuff; http://www.starfighter.no/web/life331.html I ported over the F-104G from WOV to SF2 this afternoon and was looking for a suitable skin and hgbn's superb RNAF fitted the bill nicely! +starfighter2 Posted March 29, 2009 Posted March 29, 2009 Yep I know what you mean, first thing what I done with SF2 was F-104 port and C-130 - in order to make "real" SFP1 upgrade Quote
jomni Posted March 29, 2009 Posted March 29, 2009 Quick question. When you create a mission from Vietnam map, will the reds automatically become Vietnamese? Quote
zmatt Posted March 29, 2009 Posted March 29, 2009 In my experience it depends on what aircraft are loaded. Since the random mission creator pools from all the aircraft that are of hostile allegiance to yours it could be anything. I have faced Hungarian Mig-21s in VietnamSEA before. Quote

EricJ Posted March 30, 2009 Posted March 30, 2009 Finals after a strike in Vietnam I've too been contemplating a "modern" Vietnam scenario. Given the politics of that war may just be a personal thing. Quote

malibu43 Posted March 30, 2009 Posted March 30, 2009 Finals after a strike in Vietnam I've too been contemplating a "modern" Vietnam scenario. Given the politics of that war may just be a personal thing. The Linebacker III campaign in the campaign downloads section is just that. It's not set up to be totally realistic, since I just replaced all A/C in WOV LBI with their modern equivalents. There is a ground war, though. Quote
the test pilot Posted March 30, 2009 Posted March 30, 2009 a really scientific test of mine. can an f-15D ACTIVE land on a carrier, without hook? here's the answer Quote
