1 pointBased on what I have heard, Windows 11 increases the performance of the newest intel CPUs but reduces performance of AMD Ryzen cpus. As I just built a Ryzen PC, I don't think I will be trying Windows 11 anytime soon.

1 pointYou'd have to create a workshop or something like it to distribute it via Steam. That and the base product would have to be probably sold on Steam as well. Some games have workshops that have free content for the games so you don't have to sell it.
