To the best of my knowledge, no. But then real WWI pilots really didn't have much impact on the overall war anywhere other than intelligence gathering and propaganda. So the Red Baron was of psychological significance to the high command but he didn't have much influence at the ground level. While I remember a few bombing raids that did some damage, I think in general the payloads of the planes and the accuracy of their drops were just too limited to account for much.
In game terms, the sim would have to pass damage values to the shell program at the end of the mission which would then have to add that into the next mission. Additionally, there would have to be some way to keep track of time individually for each damaged airfield or factory so that they could repair over time. I'm pretty sure none of this is being done now, but who knows with the new version?
