I resized the trees. The big ones are now around 30 meters high, the smaller ones are 25 meters high. This should be more or less correct. I hope so. The trees on the right side are standard X shape trees. The trees on the left side and in background have the additional layer, which make them looking more "tree style" from above. It is still a test.

Take it easy, no need to apologize. You're providing the community with wonderful mods, we are grateful for that! Though I understand the feeling, I also try my best to make stuff as bug free as possible, and then it always happens that what I release contains something wrong. It's just natural that it happens from time to time.

well the Navy version didnt have enough thrust to be a fighter but i'd say teh Air Force did well employing it as a fighter bomber

Tough choice. Always been a fan of the 1979 WOE/SF2E campaign. The SF2NA campaign is fun and a challenge. WOI/SF2I I'm split between the Six Day War and 1982 Lebanon War campaigns.

I liked the Six Days War 1967 Campaign for SF2I more.

During my military time i had some lessons about history of tanks (or panzers, how we call it in german language). About the USA was said, that the Army after WW1 was not up to date. They still believed in trench wars, like WW1 and so the american tanks of this timeframe were outdated and less usefull. But one bright american ingeneur named John Walter Christie invented the wheel-track tank, which had no future in the US Army, but was bought by the Soviets, which modified it to BT tanks, which were the forerunners of the legendary T-34. In such a lesson i heard, that the USA in the 1920 made two war plans. One against Mexico and one against the british dominion Canada. Not to make war, but to have something in the drawyer in the case of emergency. Was not to wrong the background history lessons in the east german military. EDIT: For the american war plan against UK and Canada look here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/War_Plan_Red BTW the size of trees. Yes they are to big. IIRC there was a way to scale TOD objects with the old Terrain Editor of TK. But i have forgotten how to do it.

Hello everyone, It have been quite fun researching, in order, to understand the sub variants of F-86s Sabre and Sabre Dogs. Here is a quick notes which came from the flight maanuals, docunments, and website searching: I am currenlty working on A-4 gunsights for F-86 Sabre series before movin gon to Sabre Dog series. At the same time, I am researching on A-1B gunisght. Mark 18 and A-1C is working well in SF2. What I found so interesting about MMark 18 is that it looks almost exactly like K-14A, however, it appear ot be a bit more thicker and have specific sy mbols as described on F-86A flight manual. Here is Mark 18 Gunsight Computing leading symbol, which is just like K14 and it comes in 25 MILs and 50 MILs for anyoen to choose from: In-game screenshot of Mark 18 on air to air mode: Air to ground mode: Next, is A-1C radar gunsight I look forward workong with the rest of F-86 packs. Managd to obtain the detailed information on E-3 and E-4 FCS, as well Modified A-4 and NAFFARS stand-by sight and radar scope for E-4. I am still researching on Hughes E-3 FCS and hope to find the radar scope information. Eagle114th

View File F-4D Cockpit Pack F-4D Cockpit Pack includet in this pack are F-4D cockpit F-4D_67 cockpit F-4D_71 cockpit ( full aircraft folder ) F-4D_75 cockpit F-4D_78 cockpit weapons pack nuclear effects for B61 and Walley Mk6 ( only in case you dont have this files ) if you have the BETA cockpits for testing than PLEASE delete them before you install the new ones , to install just drop the files in to the respective aircraft folder i corrected the existing position lights and added the missing position lights as well as the landing lights , i also addet the cockpit open/close function and the functioning arresting hook , the top fuselage position light ( behind the cockpit ) is more or less on the right position ( i did not change this position ) but the texture for it on the skin is on the wrong position , maybe somebody can come up with some new and corrected skins for this F-4D aircraft NOTE: the files includet in the Effects folder are only in case you dont have them , if you have this files than there is no need to install them again , the files are neede to have the nuclear effects for the B61 bombs and the Walley Mk6 NOTE: Before installing the new weapons i strongly recomend to delet or remove the existing ones with the same name as the new ones ( i know that this is time consuming but this way you make sure that this weapons work as they should ) i made a lot of test with the cockpits and the changed data.ini´s and loadout.ini´s if there are still problems please let me know have fun , ravenclaw_007 Submitter ravenclaw_007 Submitted 01/30/2025 Category Jet Cockpits

Just kick in a couple of bucks. You're kinda' paying for the last 20 years, plus the future. It's one of the very few actual useful things on the entire internet. I freeloaded for decades, just took a lot for granted, but when the need came up and I thought about the fact that some of the Dude's that started this a long time ago are 15 to 20 years older now and compared that to my life / carrier / and time spent playing and making this stuff over the years and that I now don't devote my time to it ... but these Cat's still do. I PONYED UP In the hopes that this stuff and this Community might out last me. just sayin'
