Civilian Airline Pilots 2018

This mod includes civilian airline pilots. Not sure where the base pilot I modded came from, I think I got the pilot from a different mod. If anyone knows, please drop me a line so I can properly credit the creator of the LOD file.
To use the pilots, please add them to your "Pilots" folder and update your "<plane>DATA.INI" file's "Crew" section to display them in your planes.

Presentada en la década del 80', como una alternativa a las nuevas versiones del F-16, integra mejora en aviónica, y sistema de radar, se define como un caza completamente polivalente.  La mejora de aviónica y radar aporta una serie de complemento al sistema de armas, nuevo armamento y mejor operación de la aeronave. 
Este paquete integra un MiG-29M, con los skins de uno de sus países propietarios, Egipto.

The MiG-29M represents the culmination of the modernization of the old MiG-29C. Presented in the decade of the 80's, as an alternative to the new versions of the F16, integrates improvement in avionics, and radar system, is integrated as a fully versatile fighter. The improvement of avionics and radar provides a series of complements to the weapons system, new weapons and better operation of the aircraft.
This package integrates a MiG-29M, with the skins of one of its owner countries, Egypt.

Colocar la carpeta MiG-29M en StrikeFighters2/Objects/Aircraft.
Place the MiG-29M folder in StrikeFighters2 / Objects / Aircraft.

To use missile copy Objects folder to your MODS.

This part is to do. I used ALARM rails as weapon stations in my Tonka.
So maybe somebody will do ALARM rail as standalone rack.
I've added rails 3d files and skins and templates in this download.
Only what you must to do is set correct position and add ini file.

Installation:
- Drop all files into your mod folder the way they are setup in this pack and overwrite if ask to

Rafael Advanced Defense Systems (RADS) SPYDER-SR
The SPYDER (Surface-to-air PYthon and DERby) is an Israeli short and medium range mobile air defense system developed by Rafael Advanced Defense Systems with assistance from Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI)
The SPYDER is a low-level, quick-reaction surface-to-air missile system capable of engaging aircraft, helicopters, unmanned air vehicles, drones, and precision-guided munitions. It provides air defense for fixed assets and for point and area defense for mobile forces in combat areas.The SPYDER launcher is designed to fire Python-5 and Derby surface-to-air missiles which share full commonality with the air-to-air missiles
This model uses an Electro-Optical turret for target acquisition with a maximum range of 15 km for the Pyhton 5 missile and 40 for the DERBY.
Instalation:

Put the content of the objects/groundobject/SpyderSR_L folder in your mod folder.
The game must replace with this system older AAA systems, so be aware.
Also, you need to have the Python5 and Derby missiles from Ravenclaw_007 WeaponPack in the Objects/Weapons folder. You could find them here
