          Known Issues
dels C-130 pit is used to make the aircraft player flyable. this pit is not very suited to the 707 airframe (alot of extra frame for a 707), but works for its purpose. The aircraft was not originally intended to be player flyable (airborne command and control not being a player mission set) and is best used as eye candy. However, i always put a pit in so i can see how my work progressed, and leave it for you guys to use too.
I hope you enjoy this mod

    4. SF2 A-6A Intruder, VA-95 Skin/Decals Pack              2/6/2018
      = For SF2 (Any & All, Full-5 Merged Prefered) =
*Can be used in any install that has access to the A-6A*
A new skin for the 3W A-6A Intruder that depicts VA-95 "Green Lizards" during 1974-74 embarked aboard USS CORAL SEA during the Vietnam War.
Almost all markings are decals (excepting squadron color flash on tail fin), most made new for this mod, and decal randomization is TRUE*.  All serial (BuAerNums) are 100% historical for the A-6A, but should be considered "generic" as they do not depict actual aircraft from this unit. Also, this is the very first CAG skin I've ever done (so be kind).
The aircraft is finished in the standard Grey/White scheme, with full color markings. The skin is in stock jpg format.
On the Loadout Screen, for skin selection you'll see:
      VA-95 Green Lizards (73-74)
As the Green Lizards are also a stock squadron, using this skin for campaigns should be a fairly easy edit.
Please note, =NOTHING= is included that makes the aircraft flyable; no inis, cockpit parts, nothing . You should have made it flyable already or need to seek the "parts" on your own. Also, if you have made it flyable, and use the "Read Only" trick on the main ini (A-6A.ini), you'll have to un-read only it to add this skin.
As always, fairly easy to follow, detailed install instructions are included. So, please read them ....

    5. SF2 A-6E Intruder, VA-196 Skin/Decals Pack              2/1/2018
      = For SF2 (Any & All, Full-5 Merged Preferred) =
*Can be used in any install that has access to the A-6E*
A new skin for the 3W A-6E Intruder that depicts VA-196 "Main Battery" during 1980 when embarked aboard USS CORAL SEA (also possibly at Gonzo Station, but I haven't confirmed this).
Almost all markings are decals, most made new for this mod, and decal randomization is TRUE. All serial (BuAerNums) are 100% historical in nature. Unfortunately, I could not match all to their Modex number. On the Number display dropdown, those marked with a star (*) are correctly matched. But all are aircraft that served in VA-196 at one time or another. The Default Start Date switch isused on this skin, so in 1980, you should see only this one. The aircraft is finished in the standard Grey/White scheme, with full color markings. The skin is in jpg format.
On the Loadout Screen, for skin selection you'll see:
      VA-196 Main Battery (1980)
Please note, NOTHING is included that makes the aircraft flyable; no inis, cockpit parts (I use the Razbam payware pit on my A-6E & A-6E TRAMs). You should have made them flyable or need to seek the "parts" on your own. Also, if you have made it flyable, and use the "Read Only" trick on the main ini (A-6E.ini), you'll have to un-read only it to add this skin.
As always, fairly easy to follow, detailed install instructions are included. So, please read them ....

    6. The Northrop Grumman E-2 Hawkeye is an American all-weather, carrier-capable tactical airborne early warning (AEW) aircraft.
This twin-turboprop aircraft was designed and developed during the late 1950s and early 1960s by the Grumman Aircraft Company
for the United States Navy as a replacement for the earlier, piston-engined E-1 Tracer, which was rapidly becoming obsolete.
The aircraft's performance has been upgraded with the E-2B, and E-2C versions, where most of the changes were made to the radar
and radio communications due to advances in electronic integrated circuits and other electronics.
The fourth major version of the Hawkeye is the E-2D, which first flew in 2007.
The E-2 was the first aircraft designed specifically for its role, as opposed to a modification of an existing airframe,
such as the Boeing E-3 Sentry. Variants of the Hawkeye have been in continuous production since 1960, giving it the longest
production run of any carrier-based aircraft.
The E-2 also received the nickname "Super Fudd" because it replaced the E-1 Tracer "Willy Fudd".
In recent decades, the E-2 has been commonly referred to as the "Hummer" because of the distinctive sounds of its turboprop
engines, quite unlike that of turbojet and turbofan jet engines. In addition to U.S. Navy service, smaller numbers of E-2s
have been sold to the armed forces of Egypt, France, Israel, Japan, Mexico, Singapore and Taiwan.

    7. SF2NA A-6E TRAM VA-176 Skin/Decal Pak                  1/24/2018
      = For SF2NA (Full-5 Merged Prefered) =
      * Designed for SF2:NA, but can be used in any install (full 5 merged) that has access to the A-6E TRAM Intruder (aka: A-6E_79) *
This package contains 1 new skin in lo-viz TPS for the A-6E TRAM Intruder, that comes with SF2:NA. This package represents:
VA-176 "Thunderbolts" embarked aboard USS INDEPENDENCE with the 6th Fleet (Med)
The skin maps are in jpg format. Decal randomization has been set to "TRUE". 25 new Modex and serial numbers (BuNums) have been created for this mod. BuNums, while correct for the A-6E, should be considered 'generic' in nature, as they do not represent any specific aircraft within any given squadron. All markings are decals. However, it should be noted nothing to make this AI plane flyable is included. Other mods provide the necessary instructions and "parts".
As always, fairly easy to follow, detailed install instructions are included. So, please read them ....
      Good Hunting!
