Vought AU-1 Corsair Aéronavale
By paulopanz
AU-1: U.S. Marines attack variant with extra armor to protect the pilot and fuel tank,
and the oil coolers relocated inboard to reduce vulnerability to ground fire.
The supercharger was simplified as the design was intended for low-altitude operation.
Extra racks were also fitted.
Fully loaded for combat the AU-1 weighed 20% more than a fully loaded F4U-4,
and was capable of carrying 8,200 lb of bombs.
The AU-1 had a maximum speed of 238 miles per hour at 9,500 ft,
when loaded with 4,600 lb of bombs and a 150-gallon drop-tank.
When loaded with eight rockets and two 150-gallon drop-tanks,
maximum speed was 298 mph at 19,700 ft. When not carrying external loads,
maximum speed was 389 mph at 14,000 ft. First produced in 1952 and used in Korea, and retired in 1957.

Gloster Javelin FAW. 8-9-9R pack
By paulopanz
The Gloster Javelin was a twin-engined all-weather interceptor aircraft that served with Britain's Royal Air Force in the late 1950s and most of the 1960s. It was a T-tailed delta-wing aircraft designed for night and all-weather operations and was the last aircraft design to bear the Gloster name. Introduced in 1956 after a lengthy development period, the aircraft received several upgrades during production to its engines, radar and weapons, including support for the De Havilland Firestreak air-to-air missile.
The Javelin was succeeded in the interceptor role by the English Electric Lightning, a supersonic aircraft capable of flying more than double the Javelin's top speed, which was introduced into the RAF only a few years later. The Javelin served for much of its life alongside the Lightning; the last Javelins were withdrawn from operational service in 1968 following the induction of successively more-capable versions of the Lightning.
FAW 8 Upgraded Sa.7R engines with reheat, raising thrust to 12,300 lbf (54.7 kN) thrust above 20,000 ft (6,100 m); at lower altitudes, the limitation of the fuel pump caused a loss of cold thrust. New "drooped" wing leading edge and auto-stabilizer for better handling. Short nose.
FAW 9 A total of 118 FAW 7s refitted with the revised wing and engines of the Mk 8. Wet pylons. Long nose.
FAW 9R (range) fuel probe added.
Special test modified plane.

SF2_MiG19SK
By Stratos
The MiG-19SK by CAF team, 3d work by Cocas, skins by Nyghtfall, other work by Coupi, testing by Stratos, Coupi, Wrench, Nyghtfall.
Some Background:
After the success of the Soviet Union’s first carrier ship, the Moskva Class (Projekt 1123, also called „Кондор“/„Kondor“) cruisers in the mid 1960s, the country became more ambitious. This resulted in Project 1153 Orel (Russian: Орёл, Eagle), a planned 1970s-era Soviet program to give the Soviet Navy a true blue water aviation capability. Project Orel would have resulted in a program very similar to the aircraft carriers available to the U.S. Navy. The ship would have been about 75-80,000 tons displacement, with a nuclear power plant and carried about 70 aircraft launched via steam catapults – the first Soviet aircraft carrier that would be able to deploy fixed-wing aircraft.
Beyond this core capability, the Orel carrier was designed with a large offensive capability with the ship mounts including 24 vertical launch tubes for anti-ship cruise missiles. In the USSR it was actually classified as the "large cruiser with aircraft armament".
Anyway, the carrier needed appropriate aircraft, and in order to develop a the aircraft major design bureaus were asked to submit ideas and proposals in 1959. OKB Yakovlev and MiG responded. While Yakovlev concentrated on the Yak-36 VTOL design that could also be deployed aboard of smaller ships without catapult and arrester equipment, Mikoyan-Gurevich looked at navalized variants of existing or projected aircraft.
While land-based fighters went through a remarkable performance improvement during the 60ies, OKB MiG considered a robust aircraft with proven systems and – foremost – two engines to be the best start for the Soviet Union’s first naval fighter. “Learning by doing”, the gathered experience would then be used in a dedicated new design that would be ready in the mid 70ies when Project 1153 was ready for service, too.
Internally designated “I-SK” or “SK-01” (Samolyot Korabelniy = carrier-borne aircraft), the naval fighter was based on the MiG-19 (NATO: Farmer), which had been in production in the USSR since 1954.
Faster and more modern types like the MiG-21 were rejected for a naval conversion because of their poor take-off performance, uncertain aerodynamics in the naval environment and lack of ruggedness. The MiG-19 also offered the benefit of relatively compact dimensions, as well as a structure that would carry the desired two engines.
Several innovations had to be addresses:
- A new wing for improved low speed handling
- Improvement of the landing gear and internal structures for carrier operations
- Development of a wing folding mechanism
- Integration of arrester hook and catapult launch devices into the structure
- Protection of structure, engine and equipment from the aggressive naval environment
- Improvement of the pilot’s field of view for carrier landings
- Improved avionics, esp. for navigation
Work on the SK-01 started in 1960, and by 1962 a heavily redesigned MiG-19 was ready as a mock-up for inspection and further approval. The “new” aircraft shared the outlines with the land-based MiG-19, but the nose section was completely new and shared a certain similarity to the experimental “Aircraft SN”, a MiG-17 derivative with side air intakes and a solid nose that carried a. Unlike the latter, the cockpit had been moved forward, which offered, together with an enlarged canopy and a short nose, an excellent field of view for the pilot.
On the SK-01 the air intakes with short splitter plates were re-located to the fuselage flanks underneath the cockpit. In order to avoid gun smoke ingestion problems (and the lack of space in the nose for any equipment except for a small SRD-3 Grad gun ranging radar, coupled with an ASP-5N computing gun-sight), the SK-01’s internal armament, a pair of NR-30 cannon, was placed in the wing roots.
The wing itself was another major modification, it featured a reduced sweep of only 33° at ¼ chord angle (compared to the MiG-19’s original 55°). Four wing hardpoints, outside of the landing gear wells, could carry a modest ordnance payload, including rocket and gun pods, unguided missiles, iron bombs and up to four Vympel K-13 AAMs.
Outside of these pylons, the wings featured a folding mechanism that allowed the wing span to be reduced from 10 m to 6.5 m for stowage. The fin remained unchanged, but the stabilizers had a reduced sweep, too.
The single ventral fin of the MiG-19 gave way to a fairing for a massive, semi-retractable arrester hook, flanked by a pair of smaller fins. The landing gear was beefed up, too, with a stronger suspension. Catapult launch from deck was to be realized through expandable cables that were attached onto massive hooks under the fuselage.
The SK-01 received a “thumbs up” in March 1962 and three prototypes, powered by special Sorokin R3M-28 engines, derivatives of the MiG-19's RB-9 that were adapted to the naval environment, were created and tested until 1964, when the type – now designated MiG-SK – went through State Acceptance Trials, including simulated landing tests on an “unsinkalble carrier” dummy, a modified part of the runway at Air Base at the Western coast of the Caspian Sea. Not only flight tests were conducted at Kaspiysk, but also different layouts for landing cables were tested and optimized as well. Furthermore, on a special platform at the coast, an experimental steam catapult went through trials, even though no aircraft starts were made from it – but weights hauled out into the sea.
Anyway, the flight tests and the landing performance on the simulated carrier deck were successful, and while the MiG-SK (the machine differed from the MiG-19 so much that it was not recognized as an official MiG-19 variant) was not an outstanding combat aircraft, rather a technology carrier with field use capabilities.
The MiG-SK’s performance was good enough to earn OKB MiG an initial production run of 20 aircraft, primarily intended for training and development units, since the whole infrastructure and procedures for naval aviation from a carrier had to be developed from scratch. These machines were built at slow pace until 1965 and trials were carried out in the vicinity of the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea.
FROM NOW ON IS MY WORK. STRATOS.
With the reception of the first new carrier in late 1965, the new aircraft began sea trials during the spring of 1966 and for summer the first planes were permanently deployed on board. The ship and it's planes began a cruise around the world doing good will port visits showing the flag and the new capabilities of the Soviet Navy. The carrier was permanently escorted by USN info gathering ships monitoring the capabilities of the new vessel and its air component.
The first real deployment with combat ocured in the Pacific Ocean in 1969, in a dare move, the carrier slipped into the Yellow Sea during the night and launched it's aircraft at first light, the planes strike several military facilities in China mainland, specially around Shangai, and the first A-A combat took place when a pair of SK's engaged intercepting J-6 of the PLAAF while escorting strike armed SK's. All the soviets returned to the carrier that was already steaming to get out of the South China sea trough Tsushima straits.
By early 1972, new models are being introduced into the fleet and the SK's started to show their age in the fast pace of aviation during Cold War, so as soon as the new models completed the air component the SK's were passed to train new naval pilots on the fleet training installations in Crimea, were it served with distinction until the last cells were too worn out to be safely operated beyond 1980.
So the SK's story came to an end with the honor of being the first real combat aircraft onboard soviet carriers, and the plane that first tasted the blood for carrier based pilots.

SF2 WW2 PTO PV-1 Ventura (Early) by Veltro2K 8/30/2014
-- Something for the WW2 PTO players --
= For SF2 ONLY, Full-5 Merged (Reccomended/Preferred) =
**Note: This mod will -NOT- work in 1stGen game installs at any patch level.A Full-5 merged is reccomended.**
This is a the release of Veltro2K's =NEW= Lockheed/Vega PV-1 Ventura USN Patrol Bomber. This represents the early "glass nosed" version as used in the PTO.
There are 4 skin/decals set(s) in the package:
USN (42-43, NS Blue over NS Grey, star-and-ball)
USN43 (star-&-bar, 3 tone)
and
RNZAF (overall blue/grey mid-war light blue roundels, as used from Henderson Field)
RNZAF43 (overall blue/grey, roundel-and-bar)
The skins use the SF2 "date switch", and will change in approx September, 1943
Although the US Navy skins are tagged for VPB-138, they are representative of pretty much ALL USN PTO Ventura units from Australia to the Aleutians.
The RNZAF skins, while tagged for No.3 Squadron, are also fairly representative of NZ units in the SoWesPac regions of the PTO.
All markings are decals, and Decal Randomization is TRUE. Serial number/BuNums are accurate for the model depicted, but should be considered 'generic' in nature, as they reprsent no specific unit. Lighting is as accurate as possible, given the lack of pictures of the bottom.
Engine sounds, pilot figures, and skin-specific Hangar Screens are included. Weapons, guns, bombs, etc, are NOT; you should have them already. Operational service dates are rounded to 'whole months', and ARE relatively correct for ALL in-theatre usages.
When in game, you'll see
PV-1 Ventura (Early) (v2k)
on the Aircraft Selection Drop down menu. As different versions are planned, this will help keep them diferentiated, so to speak.
As always, fairly easy to follow, yet detailed install instructions are included. PLEASE read them!!!
Happy Landings!!

**Note: This mod will -NOT- work in 1stGen game installs at any patch level.A Full-5 merged is reccomended.**
This is a the release of Veltro2K's =NEW= Lockheed/Vega Model 18 Lodestar transport/light cargo aircraft. This represents the C-57 type as used by US airline companies, impressed into military service, and new build C-60s. In reality, this was the first of the type, the Ventura and later the Harpoon being evolutions of this airframe.
There are 2 skin/decals set(s) in the package:
AAF (early 42-43, star-and-ball (withOUT red center) )
AAF43 (star-&-bar)
both are in standard USAAF OD/NG
and
NM (a natural metal finsh for late war, or civilian users)
The OD skins use the SF2 "date switch", and will change in approx September, 1943. The NM skin is only selectable via the usual drop-down on the Loadout Screen.
All markings are decals, and Decal Randomization is TRUE. Serial number are accurate for the model depicted, but should be considered 'generic' in nature, as they reprsent no specific unit.
Engine sounds, pilot figures are included, but there is NO Hangar Screen, as transports really don't have anything to do in the SF/SF2 series. Operational service dates are rounded to 'whole months', and ARE relatively correct for ALL in-theatre usages.
Like the Venturas, the cabin door is operated by the Standard Animation Keystroke (tm), Shift/0. It is also set for the parked animation, so as to be Open when sitting on the ramp.
When in game, you'll see
C-60 Lodestar (v2k)

This is a the release of Veltro2K's =NEW= Lockheed/Vega Ventura Mk.II Bomber. This represents the early "glass nosed" bomber version as used by the RAF in the ETO, with the Boulton-Paul turret. Although this mod is being released last, historically, the RAF Ventura's were in action FIRST!
There are 1 skin/decals set(s) in the package:
No. 21 Squadron
All markings are decals, and Decal Randomization is TRUE. Serial numbers are accurate for the model depicted, but should be considered 'generic' in nature, as they reprsent no specific unit. As has been the case, the other Ventura squadrons can be replicated by creating new squadron code letter decals.

*Note: This mod will =NOT= work in SF/Wo* 1stGen game installs at any patch level, due to the extensive modifications made to fit them into the SF2 environment. End Users that attempt it, do so at their own risk. A Full 5 Merged install is reccomened at the LATEST patch level.*
This mod represents B-29 Superfortress bombers used by the RAF in the early 1950s. This is a "country specific" mod, =ONLY= designed for Royal Air Force usage. It is the complete aircraft, including a 'new(ish)' cockpit. All items, excepting weapons are included.
This is a complete revamp of the now no longer available 1st Gen mod by Bob "howling1" Hauser. This mod is dedicated to his memory, both as a Person, and a Modder.
The skin herein represents Washingtons from
No 44 "Rhodesia" Squadron
All markings are decals. Serial numbers, while correct for this model, are to be considered generic in nature. Decal randomization is TRUE. The only 'nose art' is the squadron badge (also a decal!). Other squadron can easily be done by creating a new squadron letters decal. (and nose badge, of course).
The aircraft carries standard USAAF/USAF WW2 era bombs. The Tallboy stations remain active.
When in game you'll see
Washington B.1 (B-29A)
on the aircraft selection drop down.
As always, fairly easy to follow, yet detailed install instructions are included. So, please read them. Also, give the "Notes" section a read too. There are "Operational Notations" and other important data you should know.

This mod represents B-29 Superfortress bombers used by the USAF during the Korea War. This is a "era specific" mod, ONLY designed for Post-1947 usage. It is the complete aircraft, including a 'new(ish)' cockpit. All items, excepting for the standard bombs (in the KAW Weapons Pack) are included.
Skins included here are for:
28th BS, 19th BG*
33rd BS, 22nd BG*
343rd BS, 98th BG
372nd BS, 307th BG *
"USAF2", (a generic NM skin with no squadron/group markings)
(*=indicates Night undersides. others are NM overall)
All markings, excepting squadron/group color bands, are decals. Serial numbers, while correct for this model, are to be considered generic in nature. Decal randomization is TRUE. All skins use the same "pool" of serial numbers. There are NO nose arts.
A number of new (actually revamped for SF2) weapons are included:
VB-3
VB-4 RAzon guided bombs
VB-13 Tarzon guided bomb
T-10 Tallboy
A Large Selection of early fission bombs
Please note, that the effects for the nukes (included), do NOT work in some mods folders, for no known reason. They work fine in others. Also, be advised, even with the smallest yields, your chances of surviving are very small. Use of these weapons is not really reccomended. They are included for historical pruposes only.

**Note: Having SF2I Expansion Pak 1 is HIGHLY reccomended, as a few of the destroyed models referenced reach over to the stock destroyed C-47A. If you do =NOT= have Exp1, you will NOT have the burning wreck on the ground. You will have to locate some other destroyed model for use. Also, due to modifications to various inis, this mod will probably -NOT- work in 06 level 1stGen game installs. 08 Level 1stGens may have some issues, but this has not/cannot be tested by me.**
This is a reissue of Veltro2K's B-26 Marauder Medium Bomber. It has been reskinned/redecaled and had some tweeking done. This mod ONLY represents Marauders used in the PTO, specificly, in the SoWesPac region (read: New Guinea). It's "representative" of B-26A's used - see Notes below for more information.
This unit represented herein is...
2nd BS, 22nd BG, circa March 1942 through 1943 (before star-and-bar), in OD/Grey (as operated from Australia and New Guinea)
The skin are in jpg format, and have been remade from a new Home Grown 'partial template'. All new, 100% historically accurate serial numbers were created for this squadron. There ARE nose arts for ths aircraf, but they are 'speculative' at best as I could find almost NO references what what they looked like (see Notes for more info). Decal randomization is set to TRUE. Like the ETO version, new DDS format damage textures are included.
It should be noted, do =NOT= use this mod in a ETO or MTO-centric mods folder; these Pacific Marauders are different!!!!
Engine sounds, pilot figures, a Brand NEW Theatre-specific Hangar screen (in SF2 jpg format) are included. Bombs and guns (and the Mk.13 torpedo!) are not; you should have them already. Operational service dates are rounded to 'whole months'.
As always, fairly easy to follow, yet detailed install instructions are included. PLEASE read them!!! PLEASE read the "Notes" section for the change list, and other important notations. Also, the Legal Statement has been changed with regards to this aircraft.
For those that still have the original releases (and tweeked them for PTO usage), it's advised you delete the aircraft and decals folders for them; this pak is desinged to replace them in total.
**This aircraft herein are released in "AS IS" Condition. The source files have been lost, and there can and WILL be no modifications to the physical model. It 'is as they is' and you must accept it with this caveat in mind. Any and all issues/problems that cannot be solved via ini edits will exist forever, as new models are unlikely to be created**
Happy Landings!!

This is a reissue of Veltro2K's B-26 Marauder Medium Bomber. It has been reskinned/redecaled and had some tweeking done. This mod ONLY represents Marauders used in the ETO. As they are (almost) identical aircraft, your in-game displayed name will read "B-26B/G Marauder"
This units represented herein are...
449th BS, 322nd BG, circa 1942 upon initial arrival in the ETO (star/circle) in OD/Grey
449th BS, 322nd BG, cir3a 1943 til wars end, with 'star-and-bar' insignia, also in OD/Grey
494th BS, 344th BG, circa 1944 til wars end, in "Natual Metal" (withOUT OD uppers)
All skins are in jpg format, and have been remade from a new Home Grown ™ 'partial template'. All new Squadron Codes, plane-in-group and serial number decals were created. The 449th serials ARE historically accurate (90-95%), matched when possible to call letter. The 494th serials are 'generic' in nature, but are actual B-26G serials. All markings are decals, making in easier for skinners to recrate other ETO (or even MTO) units. There are only 2 nose art decals, both on the 449th skins, one for the 1942 and one for the 1943. None of these skins carry D-Day Invasion Stripes.
It should be noted, do =NOT= use this mod in a PTO-centric mods folder; the Pacific Marauders are different, and will covered in another, theatre-specific upload.
Engine sounds, pilot figures, BRAND new Hangar and Loading screens (in SF2 jpg format) are include. Bombs and guns are not; you should have them already. A user list is included. Operational service dates are rounded to 'whole months'.

CH-124 Sea King

CH-124 pack for SF2
______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Based on the SH-3D AND SeaKingMK41 made by Florian.
______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
This is the CH-124 Sea King as used by the RCAF for the SF2 series of games.
The skins represent the schemes used by the RCAF on their CH-124 Sea Kings.
The serial numbers in this skin pack along with planes numbers are real one's.
You will get the following skins in this package :
CH-124A circa 1963
CH-124B circa 1974
CH-124B circa 1991
* Note : I did not touched the model, so visually only the CH-124A 1963 variant will look like the real one. Thanks to Florian who made a change to my CH-124A lod, i am able to depict a CH-124B look alike as the dome radar has been put on the modified LOD. So unless someone is doing modeling work on this bird to add the RCAF goodies like the Flir, sunoboys launchers and a few other things someday, only the skins for the 1974 and 1991 variant will reflect the real birds.
I HIGHLY recommand to install the complete aircraft as follow.
COMPLETE AIRCRAFT :
Copy the CH-124 Objects/aircraft folders content to your game aircraft folder.
Copy the CH-124 Objects/decals folder content to your game decals folder.
Copy the CH-124 Objects/pilots folders content to your game pilots folder.
Copy the CH-124 Objects/weapons folders content to your game weapons folder.
Copy the files in the CH-124 Objects files to your game objects folder.
Copy the CH-124 Sounds folder content to your game sounds folder.
Credits:
- Thirdwire
- Florian for the great SH-3D model AND SeaKingMK41. But more for having modified the LOD file so i could depict the ''B'' version.
- Myself for the decals and rework :)
Happy flights!

RCAF CC-130 Hercules Pack
By 1977Frenchie
C-130 pack for SF2
______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Based on the C-130 Superpack made by Dels.
Original Dels plane can be found here : http://combatace.com/files/file/16427-c-130-hercules-superpack/
______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
This is the CC-130 Hercules as used (''E'' models) and current (''H'' and ''J-30'' models) by the RCAF for the SF2 series of games.
To be used on Dels Hercules ONLY.
These skins represent the scheme used by the RCAF on their CC-130's E, H en J models.
The serial numbers in this skin pack along with planes numbers are real one's. Only exception on 2 serials on the ''H'' models. In this pack, serials 130343 and 130344 are as ''H'' model but it was in fact a ''H-30'' variant.
You will get the following skins in this package :
4 Wing, 436 Transport Squadron :
* Note : other squadrons used the Hercules, but the 436 is the only one operating the ''J'' model so this is what makes me select it.
CC-130E :
- Early scheme 1
- Early Scheme 2
- Early Scheme 3
- Camo Scheme
- Low-Viz Grey Scheme
CC-130H :
- Low-Viz Grey Scheme
CC-130J-30 :
- Low-Viz Grey Scheme (New color)
You will need to add the following to your Squadronlist.ini file which should be in your Flight AND Pilot Data folders. This is so the Unit Name shows up. (*NOTE* This is not essential). Make sure the XXX is replaced with the next
sequential number in your file:
[squadronXXX]
Name=436SQN
DisplayName=4 Wing, 436 Squadron
Nation=Canada
Two installation choice :
SKINS ONLY for ''H'' model (assuming you have the Dels Superpack Hercules already installed cause only the CC-130H is in his pack):
Copy the FOLDERS of the current pack objects/aircraft/CC-130H folder in your game aircraft/CC-130H folder.
Copy the FOLDERS of the current pack decals/CC-130H folder in your game decals/CC-130H folder.
Open the Textureset.ini and edit the file by adding the texture.ini lines. Don't forget to change the file path accordingly.
For the ''E'' and ''J-30'' models, follow the complete aircraft installation for the aircraft and decals folders ONLY.
COMPLETE AIRCRAFT :
Copy the RCAF CC-130'S PACK Objects/aircraft folders content to your game aircraft folder.
Copy the RCAF CC-130'S PACK Objects/decals folders content to your game decals folder.
Copy the RCAF CC-130'S PACK Objects/guns folder content to your game pilots folder.
Copy the RCAF CC-130'S PACK Objects/weapons folder content to your game weapons folder.
Copy the files in the RCAF CC-130'S PACK Object.
Copy the RCAF CC-130'S PACK Sounds folder content to your game sounds folder.

SF2 WW2 ETO P-47D-40 (Late)
By Wrench
SF2 WW2 ETO P-47D-40 (Late) Pak 7/23/2017
-- Something for the WW2 ETO players --
= For SF2 ONLY, Full-5 Merged (Reccomended/Preferred) =
The package represents late model P-47D (bubble top) Thunderbolts as used by the 9th Air Force in the European Theatre of Operations. It represents the -40 version with the additional fin fillet (which can and was also retrofitted to earlier marks). This aircraft is also equipped with "compressibility flaps", that first appeared on the D-30 block
This is a brand NEW version, and can be used to replace any earlier mods of this block, or as a replacement for those "no longer available" for download by everyone.
This is a complete aircraft package, and contains all the items necessary. The Standard Animation Keystroke, Shift/0 (zero) is used to open and close the canopy. The "compressibility flaps" operate with the standard 'airbrakes' key (as that's kind of what they are, sort of).
2 skins are included, both for 9th AF squadrons:
22nd FS, 36th FG (post 6/44, Invasion stripes on bottom only) 3T squadron code
394th FS, 367nd FG (post 1/45) 4N squadron code
The SF2 "date switch" is used on the 394th skin, and will automatically be selected from January 1945. Users that do not wish this feature, can easily disable it in the Textureset.ini.
Both aircraft are in Natural Metal finish, excepting for any squadron color designators, which are painted on. All markings are decals; a pool of serials and 'plane-in-squadron' letters are used on both skins, with decals for the squadron ID numbers/letters. The serial numbers, while correct for this model (D-40) should be considered 'generic' in nature, not representing specific aircraft or units. There are no nose arts. Decal randomization is TRUE.
When in-game, you'll see
P-47D-30/40 Thunderbolt (CAF)
on the aircraft selection drop down screen. This diferentiates it from any other Thunderbolts of these block numbers you may (or may not) have.
As always, fairly easy to follow, yet detailed install instructions are included. So, please =READ= them BEFORE installing this mod!!!. Also, give the "Notes" section a read too.
Good Hunting!!

Marcfighters Su-27 Re-Worked
By Acelevitz
This is an improvment for Marcelo's Sukhoi Su-27 Flanker B with original Air-to-Ground capabilities that came from the original T-10 prototype.
Weapons and sounds included.
My very thanks to Yeyeye for the cockpit, Marcfighters for the original model and all other moders of combat ace for the skins, sounds and weapons.
.INI's editions by me.
This is a freewere add-on and its under combat ace coprights
I'm also working on the Su-27P the interceptor / air superiority version who came from the T-10 prototype, but it can take some time due to the political instability here in South America, I'm an activist too.
Hope you all enjoy.

SF2 WW2 MTO Spitfire Mk.5, 352 Sqdn (Yugoslavia)
By Wrench
SF2 WW2 MTO Spitfire Mk.V Trop 352 Squadron (Yugoslavia) by Cocas & Co 7/23/2017
-- Something for the Med players --
= For SF2, Full-5 Merged (Reccomended/Preferred) =
*This mod will NOT work in SF/Wo* 1stGen game installs, at any patch level. Don't even bother trying.
Note : This mod represents Mk.V Trops used by the Balkans Air Force, specificly RAF No. 352 (Yugoslavia) Squadron. Even though the entire squadron was composed of Yugoslavian nationals, I've left it under the "RAF" nation tag. These do have a specific "time frame" for operation.
This is a full, complete aircraft mod for use in the MTO. All necessary items are included. Even though we lack a WW2 Balkans terrains, I thought it would be interesting to have "something a bit different" than all the usual Spitfire users.
In breaking with my usual tradition, the wing roundels and fin flash are painted on. All other marking (fuselage insignia, serial numbers, "plane in squadron" letters and nose art are decals. Decal randomization is TRUE. Serials/ID letters and nose arts are 100% historiclly correct, and are matched to their proper aircraft. Unfortunately, I could only find information on 10 aircraft, so that is what you're getting. The aircraft is finished in standard Euro camo, not MTO desert (profiles/photos corroborate this).
The canopy operates via the Standard Animation Keystroke , Shift/0. Guns are also grouped, MGs in Group 1, the cannon in Group 2.
Many other changes, mostly to minor adjustments have been performed. See "Notes" section for change list.
When in game, you'll see:
Spitfire Mk.Vb Trop Y (CAF)
on the aircraft selection dropdown menu. This will diferentiate =THIS= Spitfire from any other RAF Mk.Vs you may (or may not) have. The "Y" designates it for "Partisan Air Force".
As always, fairly easy to follow, yet detailed install instructions are included. So, please read them.

DH Osprey B.II
By Stratos
De Havilland Osprey B.II by Cocas (what if...) 28/07/2017
Some time ago I requested some updates to the original Osprey by Cocas, a refuelling probe, airbrakes, antenna on the fuselage... cocas made the mod and I made a new skin for strategical use with the RAF in AntiFlash white. As the Osprey B.II does not differ wildly from the I, I retained the original readme and completed with some historical background. As the plane was never used on the desert being based only in UK and Germany, I not included the desert scheme, but the one in the original Osprey will work. For the Malvinas campaign, the green euro cammo should be used.
Model by cocas, new antiflash white skin by Stratos on cocas template, decals by Spinners. Thanks a lot guys!
Background:
Following the exit of the first version of the new De Havilland bird, the RAF aproached De Havilland with a request for a improved variant with Strategic bombing as its designed mission. The requirements were clear, a better range, a refuelling probe and a long range communication radio.
De Havilland felt it was pretty easy to complete the task, as the requested features were already imagined for the Osprey, and added another one, big air brakes on the wings. the refuelling probe was a bit more complicated, as it was tested first on the starboard wing, but it was hard to use in flying, specially in bad weather conditions, so a reuleing probe over the cockpit was installed and tested. It came with the risk of spilling gas on the cockpit glass, but simplified the refueling maneuvers a lot, so it was finally selected as the choosen one. The new communication array was based on a dorsal antenna and new radio equipment to be controlled by the copilot, as the plane retained the three man crew.
Finally bigger fuel tanks were installed and the new brakes air tested, those brakes improved maneuvers and shortened the landing run quite a bit, and then the prototype was sent to the RAF for testing. Plane was well liked by its crews and the RAf operated 49 of the birs in the nuclear bomber role, both based on UK and in RAf stations in Germany. During the first years the Osprey B.II used the classic Anti Flash white scheme, before converting to a regular cammo scheme as it was seen in the Malvinas campaign before retirement.
On the following pics, we can see a recently delivered Osprey B.II in anti flash white belonging to the squadron flying low over the Mach Loop in Wales, training for low level nuclear attack runs on Warsaw Pact targets.

HS.13 Cayuse / Hughes 369HM Spanish Navy. Ver 1.0 for SF2
This is a third party addon of Hughes 369HM using models and cockpits created by me.
The original flight model is standard as on many free to download helicopters.
I have just modified it a bit.
It is designed for and works only in SF2 series.

ANIMATION 8 - front left door
ANIMATION 9 - front right door
ANIMATION 10 - rear door.
ANIMATION 4 - floaters. (only if loaded)
Like in previously realased Cayuse family aircrafts here you can also fly low and slow.
I am sugesting to fly low on 40-50% of throttle. around 45degree vector control, use pulse rudder to control left right, it is realy easy. With little practice you can even hoover and follow ship with same speed and height. Without fake flaps and airbrakes. Important here is to control using rudder and vector thrust control.
Skins covers aircrafts used by 6 escuadrilla of Spanish Navy from 1972 untill late 90s. Later they repainted remaining aircrafts with grey scheme.
All numbers are historicaly correct and are based on available photos. Including losses of airframes.
Have fun.
Edit your way.
And report bugs.
you should probably thank acesfakia who asked me to do this.

CT-155 Hawk

CT-155 Hawk for SF2
______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Entirely based on BAe Hawk T.1A Update Pak made by Wrench that can be found here :
http://combatace.com/files/file/12717-bae-hawk-t1a-for-sf2-by-russouk/
______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
This is the CT-155 Hawk as used by the RCAF 15th Wing for the SF2 series of games.
I added rivets and did the skin for the CT-155 Hawks (RCAF) currently used by the NATO Training Center.
You may use the skin files only or use it as an entire aircraft.
Did not tested it on others Hawks. So it might work or not.
______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
The CT-155 Hawk was selected for the NATO Flying Training in Canada (NFTC) program because of its similarities to frontline fighter aircraft. Student pilots graduate from the CT-156 Harvard II to this highly advanced jet trainer. Its Rolls-Royce turbofan engine generates more than 6000lbs of thrust and powers the jet to supersonic speeds.
The Hawk’s sophisticated glass cockpit features:
a heads-up display (HUD)
hands-on throttle and stick (HOTAS) controls
integrated navigation and targeting systems
With its superior technology, the jet can perform a wide range of high performance training missions.
NFTC students train on the Hawk during the program’s final stage. Once they’ve logged 125 flight hours, Canada’s student fighter pilots are ready to join 410 Squadron, the Operation Training Unit, which flies CF-188 Hornets.
Canada is not alone in selecting this modern trainer. Fifteen countries, including the British Royal Air Force rely on the Hawk to prepare their pilots for combat. The United States Navy uses its own version—the T-45A Goshawk—as an advanced trainer for carrier operations.
______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
This skin represent the scheme used by the RCAF on their CT-155 trainers.
The serial numbers in this skin pack along with planes numbers are real one's.
You will get the following skins in this package :
NATO Training Center (4 Wing Cold Lake) :
Serials 155201 to 155222 : Regular scheme
Two installation choice :
SKINS ONLY (BAe Hawk T.1A Update Pak made by Wrench already installed):
Copy the FOLDERS of the current pack objects/aircraft/CT-155/RCAF folder in your game Hawk_T1A aircraft folder.
Copy the FOLDERS of the current pack decals/CT-155/RCAF folder in your game Hawk_T1A decals folder.
Open the Textureset.ini and edit the file by adding the texture.ini lines. Don't forget to change the file path accordingly.
