I use my free flight map as a quasi-range too, filling a valley with some vehicles for some plinking and just to do something different rather than just fly around and stuff. Didn't do as good on the trap but I made it and that's what matters.

Don't think so, for SF2 there are some two seaters you can jump to the second cockpit, but as you cannot operate the gun doesn't make much sense anyways.

This mod includes two "new" A-7 variants based off the stock A-7D_78, mainly for ease of incorporating skins and saving 500MB of space! The A-7D Corsair II (most commonly called the SLUF) first entered service in the Air Guard with the 188th Tactical Fighter Squadron, New Mexico ANG, in early 1974. The SLUF went on to serve with 16 different squadrons of the ANG, 15 of which are presented here (Arizona's 162nd TFS was the schoolhouse and flew predominantly A-7K two seaters). The A-7D finally bowed out of USAF service when the 162d Fighter Squadron, Ohio ANG, retired theirs in early 1993. REQUIREMENTS This mod requires you to have STRIKE FIGHTERS 2 EUROPE for the A-7D_75 and _78 it is based on. You could adapt rename the skins for use with the A-7D found in SF2 or SF2V, but thats 5 files in 60 some skins. View File Stealth SLUFs : A-7D in service with the 4450th Tactical Group Stealth SLUFs : A-7D in service with the 4450th Tactical Group This mod adds several new skins to showcase the stock ThirdWire A-7D as it appeared with the 4450th Tactical Group in the 1980s. The mod features their special version of the European 1 camo scheme as well as the SEA wraparound they appeared in for about the first year of operation. The 4450th Tactical Group was the first unit to operate the then ultra secret F-117A Nighthawk. In order to maintain a cover other than "Stealth Fighter", the group also operated around a dozen A-7Ds to develop "avionics for the A-7D". They flew the Corsair II from mid 1981 until 1989, after the F-117A program became public a few mnths prior. View File Cold East Ground Objects Bonanza Vol.1 The first part of Cold East Ground Objects Bonanza mods for the SF2 series game. First of all. This is not entirely a 'Plug and Play' mod. Yes, some objects will appear in the game right away, but some will not - because some objects are meant to be used via the target editor. In general, the whole mod is built for terrain enhancement - a lot of objects should be added in terrain TYPES and TARGETS. But of course, some like tanks, SAMs, AAA, etc will appear automatically in the game. Having this in mind this mod is mostly for terrain builders, modders, and experienced users. If you are hoping for quick-click plug-and-play - this is not for you. All objects have destroyed models added. Gun files should be taken carefully - they are slightly modified by guuruu with decreased performance. I believe all the gun files are provided and you should have them already, if I forgot something - well it happens sometimes. Sorry for that. 5 new weapons for some of the objects. 9M14M, 9M14P, 9M111, 9M113, 9M114 Part one contains mostly tanks, APCs, IFVs, SPAAG, and some support armored objects. All of the skins are green, I added a few camo versions and a few extra but just for specific objects. NO Tan/Desret scheme. This might come in a more specific mod for specific terrains in the future. Userlist ini files are just there but they might need editing for your own use. Under any circumstances DO NOT mix these objects with ODS 30Aniversary Edition mod. ODS30AE objects are exclusive for ODS and differ in many ways from Cold East Ground Objects Bonanza.
