    Just FYI, it was a long-thought choice for me to decide which country had to be Red, which had to be Blue. I'll keep things as they are in the release package, because Ethiopia back then was ruled by the Derg and it was a huge ally of the Soviet Union. During the Ogaden War, Ethiopia was supported even by East Germany, Cuba and South Yemen, while Somalia had some kind of support from the US and South Africa. Of course, reality is never black and white, it's all shades of grey, but we cannot have properly neutral or third-side countries in the game, so such choices had to be made. Of course, for personal use you're free to make your own tweaks, no problem with that. Just know that it wasn't a random, arbitrary decision on my part, it's actually the result of much research into the history of these countries. Little trivia: ThirdWire got alliances wrong in their default global nation.ini file. IIRC South Yemen was made Blue side, while North Yemen was Red. This is historically wrong, and the terrain reflects the correct alliances, with South Yemen actually being Soviet-aligned.

    MiG-23ML over repainted Baltic Entrance map. The same tileset could be used for a Donbass, Crimea peninsula terrain.

    Throughout the 1960's various RAF units deployed to the major British base at Canopic, joining the permanently based squadrons there to boost numbers in support of Dhimari forces as tensions with Paran rose periodically... Canberras were one of the 'big sticks' used to deter Paran from full scale air raids on Dhimari facilities, and also flew recon flights.. The RAF's many Hunter squadrons were frequent visitors... Joint exercises with Dhimari Vampires.. Heading to the maintenance area after some tough flights... Dhimari Hunters replaced their Vampires towards the end of the decade, and were better armed than their RAF counterparts, sporting AIM-9 Sidewinders in addition to cannon... RAF Lightnings on patrol.. This Lightning took some cannon hits in one of the frequent dogfights with Parani MiGs probing the Dhimar/Paran border and barely made it back to Canopic. (I could have used GKABS' new fire engine about a second after taking this picture as I fireballed down the runway!)

    A small modification : During this period of time, the French (both Mirages and Crusaders) tangled quite often against Somali Migs, so I exchanged Ethiopia (Blue) and Somalia (Red) to reflect this blue_ethiopia.zip

    I just flew SF2 Korea in my favorite Razbam F2H-2 Banshee. I am using the Reverb G2 with VorpX and the OpenXR driver option. The experience still amazes me: locked at 90 fps with the great SF2 Korea mod terrain and dogfighting MiG-15s. After killing the MiGs, I went sightseeing at tree top level and 300-400 kts IAS. What a great view with a sense of speed and altitude. I primarily fly DCS World at this point, but SF2 is pretty darn good with high-resolution VR pegged at max frame rate with max graphics quality settings.

    Thanks for the reply. I posted this on their support forum https://www.vorpx.com/forums/topic/hooking-into-combat-flight-sim-3-fsx-woff/ Ive also tagged that YouTube guy on his vid to ask about his settings etc. Would love to hear from anyone else here who got it working
