Sorry I had to shift to my other PC as my workstation was out of order so I had to install everything from scratch. I just installed the 3d max and the photoshop but I need to complete a very long list of Softwares.

View File C-141B Starlifter (by Coyote Aerospace) Lockheed C-141B Starlifter by Coyote Aerospace This mod is a new version of the C-141B Starlifter by Veltro2K, with skins by daddyairplanes It features several historical skins covering several important periods in the Starlifters B/C model career. European One camoflage is applied as a tga skin, so two varieties of camo on the ramps! Installation unzip, open the C-141B(v2k) folder, drop contents into desired mod folder allow overwrites if needed, weapons may be the only thing needed Included C-141B Starlifter model MAC skins for 1981, 1986, 1987, and 1989 AMC skins ranging from 1993 through 2006 as well as a special Last Starlifter skin depicting 66-0177, known as the Hanoi Taxi and the last Starlifter to be retired Cargo, Jeep, and Paratrooper weapons for the bay Known Issues - the main cargo doors and paratrooper doors open at the same time. an expert was consulted, and it is not reasonably feasable to seperate the actions. - cockpit is an older one, this aircraft is intended more for eyecandy as there are no real transport missions in SF2. anyone who can donate a more modern pit would be greatly appreciated - While 63 C-141Bs underwent upgrades to C standard in the late 1990s, the upgrades were internal (glass cockpit, avionics, GPS reciever). as they are not really visible, there is only a B model for here in game. The serials however are accurate and part of the last 63 Starlifters in service after 2002 (when the last McChord based aircraft retired) - due to slight mapping issues, there will not be a bare metal version of this C-141B. they dont show up really on the White top, green or gray skins, but would stand out on a bare metal. there were only about 7 that operated unpainted for 9 months during the Desert Shield/Desert Storm timeframe anyhow. Credits Veltro2K: main model, intial idea to revamp this plane daddyairplanes: skin and decal work, ini edits Killerbee331: paratrooper, M38 Jeep from weapons pack - cargo and pallet are also included although i cannot recall who created those. if it was you or you remember who did it, please let us know so we can fix the credits on behalf of the Coyote Aerospace team, thank you for downloading this mod. We hope you enjoy it Kevin Unruh aka daddyairplanes (stickerus prolificus) 31 October 2021 Submitter daddyairplanes Submitted 10/31/2021 Category Other

Great to be here and just getting started in Strike Fighters 2 ! Only into moddable air combat sims , and this fills the bill. Not perfect, but what is ? Always been into WWI and mostly WWII era aircraft .Started with CFS1 and still big into CFS3 ,also IL-2 1946. Wanted to get into jets as something different but not too complicated like Falcon 4.0 BMS ,but also not arcade like either.Once i get use to to flying and surviving stage ,then i can maybe start adding mods .That is one of the fun things too. Have 11 installs of CFS3 ,2 IL-2 '46 ,FS-WWI ,EAW, FEG and now the SF2 series. Really liking this sim and only wish i pulled the trigger long ago when it first came out. Better late than never ! Regards , Scott

Yes, I understood you were looking for TAW's map. Once I had started to work on it, but then I scrapped it; it's impossible to reproduce such a big area with all of TAW's cities and airbases in a reasonable time. Not to mention that Strike Fighters is not designed to handle full scale terrains but rather 60% scaled ones. We'd be lucky if I ever manage to finish the one I showed above. It seems to me that many underestimate the amount of complexity, work and time required to create a decent custom terrain for Strike Fighters. In order to recreate rivers and lakes, you have to place thousands of thousands of terrain tiles manually with a third-party tool, and that's not exactly something anyone would do in a heartbeat. And that's just one of the many parts of terrain creation. I could mention months of research for reproducing correct locations of cities and airbases, all needing to be placed and recreated manually one by one. A well detailed, full scale TAW terrain complete with all Real World rivers and lakes and cities is simply not manageable and it's not going to happen.

Artillery spotting missions - just want to point out that artillery spotting missions flown by the AI can probably be implemented right now without much problem. As I understand it, artillery spotting had much in common with recon missions (in regard to waypoint planning) except at they are flown at 5000 ft and over the front lines instead of 15-20 000 ft and behind the lines. Arthur Gould Lee wrote constantly of sighting artillery spotting aircraft flying at 5000 ft. Billy Bishop wrote in 'Winged Warfare' about his time as an observer flying arty-spotting missions. So it must have been a pretty common occurence during the Great War. And it seems that, like aircraft flying recon missions, upon detecting an enemy, these aircraft would dive back towards their side of the lines. They would then return afterwards after the danger had passed. And naturally these arty aircraft often had a friendly fighter formation in the vicinity ready to support them in case of attack. Hopefully, this sounds like something doable for the WOFF AI.

La versione corrente è piuttosto incompleta e ingiocabile. Sono stato distratto da un altro progetto molto ambizioso. Il terreno dell'Italia uscirà, è solo questione di tempo. Chiedo pazienza.
