4 pointsHey all, been a long time since I’ve posted here. Haven’t had a PC in a number of years so haven’t been involved for a while. I still about once a month or so check the SF2 sections and see what’s being talked about and what amazing new mods are still being made. Anyway, just seeing if anyone else is in the “just lurking” category. I don’t think I’ll ever leave this community until it completely doesn’t exist anymore. Ya’ll are pretty amazing.

2 pointsHere's a sound showoff for the In-cockpit sound I'm introducing for the Super Hornets/Growler. And a fix for the drop tank texture for the VFA-211 Line jet. Apparently I uploaded the wrong and was using the wrong texture on the drop tanks: VFA-211 Line.7z

2 pointsFirst shot: The SoCal "Mach Loop" mountain that @pappychksix designated and enjoying the challenge of trapping on a moving carrier. It's something I actually look forward to and have yet to land straight in like real Navy pilots, but I'll get there.

1 pointBeen practicing a moving carrier now, as I was used to the stock carrier not moving once I launched.
-
1 pointFound a YAP-RW carrier that works, i.e. moves so I can now do traps while it's underway.

1 point76th TFS 75th TFS (with the checker you remember) and to round out 74th TFS you are right about the base though. they kept similar schemes through the A-10 years. 76th deactivated until a couple years back, the 74th stayed same until they traded Vipers back for Hogs, and the 75th has only gained a "75th" title in the checkers, otherwise staying the same through the years

1 pointBack where everything started some time ago... Building ships is very very time consuming to get the details and the never ending issue of balancing details and poly count with FPS and performance... but we are there...

1 pointA handful of P-40N Warhawk/Kittyhawk Mk.IV skins: a generic late war USAAF silver, a generic USAAF olive drab over neutral grey, a generic OD over NG in Soviet colors, a Soviet winter camo, RAF No. 250 Squadron in TLS (Italy, 1945), as well as SAAF No. 11 Squadron in DFS (also Italy, 1945).

1 pointsince the pre-war Vindicators are starting to look pretty good, I thought I have a go at one of their hangar-mates Should have known better -- the exception to the rule is "everyone once and a while, you'll find a pasko model that DOESN'T have a decal bleed" This one IS the rule -- most do. Well, there's 3 days work down the singularity ... kcuf note to self --- talk a 3d modeler willing to build new Wildcats .....

0 pointsHello my dear friends, I have been away for the last month and didn't really spend much time on my computer. My brother passed away last week due to kidney failure, we had to amputate his leg due to gangerine and five days later he passed. I might not be on for a while more as I need some more time to recover, I hope you all take care in the mean time, I hope to be back soon.
