5 pointsToday i was able to finish the TOD objects placement on Guernsey island. I dont know how many trees and houses i placed on the 34 tiles. It must be thousands. The result looks so: The next step will be to convert the tiles from jpg to tga format. So i will get the waves. BTW waves. They were defined by waternormal.bmp file. I have tried to replace it with a jpg file, but i had no success. Does someone know in which ini file the waternormal.bmp can be found?

2 pointsNo ini file, the texture is called inside the FX shader for water. You cannot change the format for the waternormal texture file that the shader wants, unless you unpack the FX shader with Mue's extractor, edit it and include it in the package.

ALBATROS D III REDUX PART 1 An overhaul of the Albatros D III, this upload will be in 4 parts, this the first of 4, are 2 generic Albatri, in factory finish, with spurious markings, 1 Yellow and black checked example from Jasta 36, and Ottoman machine in generic markings, as most Turkish aircraft seemed to be. The following 3 uploads shall be machines from Jastas 2, 11, and 12 respectivly. each jasta will be the complete D III, with the .INI file named thus " ALBATROS D III ( JASTA***) this allows you the end users to have Jasta specific Albatros D III's seperate from the generic D III files, sorry I am possibly not explaining this correctly, but it will become self evident should you download ALL 4 files. On to the description of what I have done here, I have redrawn the panel lines, fixtures and fitting, and generally tidied up the frankly quite awful mess that are the Thirdwire skins, obviously, I have not done any remodelling as such, other than to move panels around, and put things in that are missing from the TW stock skins. I have reworked ALL of the Camouflage, and wood textures, and made the aircraft clean, rather than the over done dirty textures on the originals. As with all my previous uploads of the DI/DII/W4 series, these are just straight up unpack and drop into your save directory, with again, the warning that the WILL overwrite any existing D III files you may already have installed, so if you wish to preserve your originals, make sure you back 'em up !!! or rename !!! Everything is included as usual, Aircraft, Skins, Decals, Guns, and Pilots, and of course the sounds. Unpack, plug, and fly !! As always..............ENJOY !!! -

1 pointcan't speak to the aircraft issue, but check the effect statements for the guns and smoke. FE2 and SF2 use a different shader than 1st Gens something like this: [SmokeMaterial] EffectShaderName=effectLightLevel.fx <--- added new. [FireMaterial] EffectShaderName=effectFire.fx <---- DepthBufferCheck=TRUE extract a stock effect ini, and you should be able to see the differences in the statements, and do a simple copy/past of those effects Materials

So basically, this is a skin mod imitating the F-16s that appeared in the video released by the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense not long ago. According to the fuselage details and Local S/N, they should have once served in the Esk727 and 730 squadrons of the Royal Danish Air Force, so I copied some of their other Local S/Ns. Special thanks to: Viper team provide those great Falcon mod Usage: 1. Put the "EX_RDAF" folder into your F-16 mod (AM/BM recommended, as link below); 2. Put the "Decals" folder into: your SF2 directory\Objects; 3. Start the game and read your F-16AM, the game will automatically read the data. https://combatace.com/files/file/12909-european-mlu-vipers/ -

1 pointView File 157FS HAVE Glass V Skin for F-16C Block52(Viper Team) "The F-16 has benefited from a long-running program of improvements to minimize its RCS, under the name Have Glass. With several reports suggesting that a Have Glass V F-16 will, on average, have a 1.2m² radar cross section, compared with about 5m² for an ‘untreated’ F-16, straight off the line." ——info from key.aero This mod only contains the 157FS version. Special thanks to: Viper team provide those great Falcon mod Usage: 1. Put the "157FS_HG5" folder into your F-16C mod (Block 52 recommended); 2. 1 pointDecided "What the hell" and uploaded 5.6 of the Super Hornet Package, changelog when approved: 5.6 - Tweaked ALQ-99G textures to better represent real-life pods - Tweaked ECM values for all of the aircraft, adding power to the internal jammers and enhancing capability. - Fixed [DetectSystem] on the EA-18Gs - Added more numbers for the EA-18G VAQ-140 and VAQ-130 skins, numbers go from 500 to 505. Also fixed the decals.ini file for both skins and updated the numbers.lst files too. - Added the promised VAQ-132 skin for the EA-18G. - Tweaked the Readme, doing some grammar stuff and updated some things - Added more loadout options for the Escort Jammer, Early Warning, and an OIR loadout for the USN EA-18G - Updated the "default" VAQ-130 skin for the EA-18G. - Removed carrier entries for the RAAF aircraft, so they don't spawn on carriers. - "EA-18G" folder has now been renamed to "EA-18G_BlkII" so it doesn't conflict with other EA-18G mods. - Thanks to allenjb42 the aircraft now fold wings on carriers. In a future update, the canopy will stay closed, but for now will be open. - Tweaked radars for the Block III jets, now have improved range. The search range is 137 miles, and the track range is 100 miles. - Block III jets have new cockpits modified by Coupi. Unfortunately due to the lack of a dedicated cockpit modder this is what we can do with the game engine. If Brain32 returns, I will ask him if he can do a more realistic cockpit. - Increased thrust for the Block III jets (all except RAAF) by 20%, in line with real-world engine upgrades - Added an internal sound courtesy of crisisloaner for the internal cockpit sound. - KNOWN ISSUE: Due to the lighting on the 3D mesh of the displays for the Block III cockpit, the NVG (both types) filters by simonmiller416 at night cause the various panels for the cockpit to light up to be unusable. There is no fix for it at this time, so you will have to use a Block II or Block I aircraft if you want to fly at night (Block II EA-18G if you fly it). - Used the AIM-120D texture and 3D model by ravenclaw_007 for it. - Added an AIM-174B air-to-air missile, work done by dtmdragon and original model and texture by WhiteBoySamurai - USN Growlers now can fire the AIM-9X by default - Removed internal ECM for the Growlers (including the RAAF birds)

1 pointWhile further improving the J20s and J35, I recently started a plan to expand PLAAF weapons. The PL-10 and PL-15 pack that have been released are also part of the plan. As for modern European, American and Russian weapons, most of them have already been made or are already on the list of some masters, so I will continue to wait. More... These weapons are much easier to make than any complete fighters... When I started the J20s project, I didn't expect to encounter so many bottlenecks and spend so much time to solve them. In the end, they will get better. It's also a kind of entertainment to make some small gadgets flying around the battlefield in my spare time

ALBATROS D II ( OEF ) REDUX This is the file for the Albatros D II ( OEF ) which for some reason I didnt include with the earlier upload of the D II ( Late ) I was sure that I had included this file, but apparently I did not, and no one, brought it to my attantion, you little tinkers you !!! However, here is the file that SHOULD have been there, and was not. Anyway, as always, both these Albatri are in plug and play format, unpack, and install, with the usual proviso, that any existing D II ( Late ) and ( OEF ) aircraft you may have WILL be overwritten, so please ensure you do the sensible thing, and back up or rename. Everything is included for both aircraft, Decals, Guns, Pilots and sounds. A shout out to Stephen 1918, for his sterling work on the original models, also to Geezer for the pilot models. As always...............................ENJOY !!! -
