10 pointsSome of you may have noted the creation of a new private developer's Forum. We at Coyote Aerospace are looking for volunteers with certain specific skill sets that will move our projects forward. It is our goal to bring you an ever widening variety of aircraft from all over. We need a "unwrapper" to help with the UV mapping for our models. This will aid and abet the fine, talented texture artists we already have and make it easier for us to create the necessary accurate paint jobs seen in the Real World (tm) versions of what we're building. We could also use an experienced Flight Model Guru, to help us fine tune some of the more esoteric parameters (ie: carrier landings and the like) that we've been having some difficulties with. Those with the skills, and who are willing to work for the Greater Glory (tm) of the SF2 series, please contact myself or Veltro2k Thanks In Advance!

2 pointsGreat job, lads! The stories, pics, and videos were outstanding! Congratulations to Baldric and HarryH! Sorry I was unable to participate. Between work and working on my cloud mod, I barely have had any time to breathe, let alone fly. Thanks for putting this together again, Rick.

1 pointGot a fun mission or campaign going? Tell us about it here! Pics/Vids are great, but plain old reports are too! I have a bunch of standard pilots that I run and have been since way back in Red Baron 1 when I was in college. Rother Nought is my standard RNAS guy who takes the Sopwith path through the war (or as far as he gets!) My first attempt with him ended in a shredded N11 wing, so here is try #2! Rother Nought C Sqn 1 Wing RNAS B flight Today we went up in support of the Strutters, which is absurd as they are much faster than us and always leave us behind. Anyway, Cleaver and I made our way to the front and tried to clear the area where the Sopwiths would be artillery spotting. I spied a brace of Eindeckers below us trying to come up to our level and moved to stay above them so we could strike if they got too close. This seemed a good idea until I noticed three more of the blighters to the south, at our level! Matters were made worse when the Sopwith decided to attack them instead of retreating! We immediately moved to intervene: I got credit for one of them with the pilot apparently killed, but the one I drove down with a dead engine the boys on the ground insisted on getting credit for, even though he was a glider long before he got down to where they can hit anything! Unfortunately, we lost Cleaver in the melee and one of the strutters was forced down with the observer, a kid named Thompson, killed. We need faster planes! Or the strutters need to stick to the plan!

1 pointNow then...there are some woods to my right, but on the other side, plenty of promising fields and I have more than enough height to reach them. Better avoid the ploughed fields, methinks. Those grassy ones over there look good. The undulations in the land become a bit more evident as I settle onto a final approach, but I reckon I'm still doing fine. Suddenly, a fence comes into view! Fences and WoFF aircraft don't mix too well, I remember. I can't get down short of the darned thing so try to keep the nose up and get over it. But I just haven't got the airspeed! Crunch! The fence stops me dead lie a fly in a spiderweb. 'Dead' is the operative word, for the debriefing tells me I've been killed! WoFF's lethal fences have claimed another victim! Granted I had only just touched down and was travelling quite fast, but an animation showing my kite flipping over or breaking up would have been at least more convincing. That was probably my shortest-ever WoFF career! Next time, I'll be more careful where I force land!

1 pointOne final mission remains for Monty. I suspect that, unless he happens to run into a veritable flock of Alabtri tomorrow (unlikely given past missions), that Baldrick will get a well-deserved challenge victory.

1 pointWow, super VonS. Looking forward to trying this (after I finish my cloud mod revisions).

1 pointmfair, baldric, and harryh, those are the only ones left alive? Make us proud, boys! (baldric, note that you can fly a total of 22 missions, not 21. the last one is for the last saturday...)

1 pointrecycle TW tga? who does this? Homefries released a pack many moons ago to. could be some stuff in there for the lo viz skins i find it odd that for a game based in the 60s and 70s essentially, TK had the Alaskan Eagles reporting to Pacific Air Forces rather than Alaskan Air Command

1 pointHello guys I have finalized a serie of skins for the training Nieuports used by the United States at Issoudun in 1918. "EmlD" continues to participate in the First Eagles community? Seems that he left this community long time ago. The last activite of him was in 2018. I would like to know if I can add their Nieuport 3D LODs on my pack, of course with all credit to EmlD and peter01. My skins, will require this, because they use Jpegs texture and are connected with a new type of training Nieuport without machine guns and are set to fly only reconnaissance missions in the aircraft ini files. Would be great thier approval.
