some screenshots, the SU-27 A&U is finished soon, they will be available for download, meanwhile the SU-27K could not solve the problem of folding the wing weapons, so it will come out with this problem, the cockpit used is the one created by YEYEYE

I have been toying with this idea for a while now...a set of simplified skins & decals for the stock P-51D/K kind of like what ndicki did for the Mustang IV a while back. I already have 51 units represented from both the 8th & 9th Air Forces. Here's an example:

Cyrano IVMR radar is specific to the F1CR, not installed in the EQ series. But all radar variants of the EQ series have terrain avoidance/anti-collision modes which are all not automatic (so not like in the A-6/F-111/Tornado) The Kh-29L modification was made with at least 2 EQ5 aircraft. Didnt see any combat usage. Combat operations were conducted with a pair of aircraft, an EQ5 for target designation and a Su-22M4 as shooter with Kh-29L The EQ6 is an EQ5 with following changes/enhancements: - new digital RWR - new radios - improved radar with SPI - Signal Processor Improvement with two Air-Surface modes (for targeting ships) - enhanced armament system with a default capability for mixed loads on the inner-wing stations (AS 30 L or AM 39 + tank) and a configuration of two AM 39 Exocet on the inner wing stations (includes new launcher pylons) Iraq received all but the last 4 of the 30 EQ6 on order. Seven of the delivered EQ6 were painted in the dark blue/white Super Etendard scheme.

P-2H "Neptune" Remod Pak 11/19/22 -- For SF2, Any & All -- This is a complete overhaul, plus numerous additions, to the P2V-7/P-2H Neptune package I released in 2011 (THAT long ago????!!!!). I was going over some things, and found numerous flaws and faults, and chose to fix them up. This package, due to numerous changes (listed in the Change Log), is designed to replace in total the early 2011 kit. If you have that original repackaging mod, you CAN just drop all of this one directly over it, or delete the aircraft and decals folders and start fresh. Your Choice (tm). Either way will work with no issues. Skin sets NOW included are: These 3 from the original 2011 pack-- VP-18 "Flying Phantoms", NAS Jacksonville as seen during the Cuban Missile Crisis VP-65 "Tridents", NAS Point Magu, in the mid/late 1960s through the 1970s VP-69 "Totems", NAS Whidbey Island, in the 1970s plus ... 320 Squadron, RNNAS (now included) The new skins are: JMSDF (2,3,4 & 51 Kokutais)-squadron insginia are randomly applied RAAF (10 & 11 Squadrons) - early Seaplane Gray/White and late Gull Gray/White skins French Aeronavale - Flotilles 21/23(ish) USN -- VP-9 "Golden Eagles, NAS Barbers Point (Early Seaplane Gray/White) VP-18 "Flying Phantoms" NAS Jacksonville, NAS Rossevelt Roads (Early SG/W) Argentina -- Both original COAN skins NOW included! The only country's skins NOT included are the RCAF/CF by 1977Frenchie; his set for the CP-122 which is good enough to stand on it's own :) . All skins remain in their original bmp format. All new decals are included, "almost" all with historically matching BuNums-to-Modex numbers (wherever possible, and the information was discoverable). Decal randomization for ALL skins is TRUE. For those forces with paint scheme changes at specific years, the SF2 Date Switch (tm) is active. This can be seen on the Loading Screen, skin/squadron drop-down menu as shown below: VP-9 Golden Eagles (>1962) (before 1962) or VP-69 Totems (<1964) (after 1964) As always, =READ= the enclosed readme for full, detailed instructions. This package has been broken down into the various folders that SF2 needs, to make it a LOT easier to install. Happy Landings! Wrench Kevin Stein

I am a pylon fetishist. I think a lot of people have already noticed this. Let's do a coming out. Who else gets turned and getting excited by the sight of the right pylons over the right weapon?

in your MiG-15b_Userlist.INI is [Soviet] instead of [Bolivia] so aircraft will be wrong generated in quick combat missions with wrong marks at a wrong side. needed to fix.

I don't know which mod has given me ejecting pilots. Is it a stock effect?

Many aircrafts have wrong pylons or not good quality or have no pylons for some special weapons so i understand the reason in adding. But i know only one way. To do it in a max file of a model. So i will read answers with interest too

Don't feel bad about the pylon issue -- TK's stock A-1 Skyraiders have it too. I've never been able to fix it. Just tell folks to ignore it.

For Wolf's P-47D Razorback. The pylons were never mapped, so I did this... This should give you some idea .... no parts included, just "text". Ignore the "remove/hide" statements, as those are for the removal of the unmapped original pylons. You should be able to figure it out from there Also curious. WHICH airplane needs additional pylons??? And Why? kj-P-47D_DATA.ini

I'm giving Brave a go at the moment, lots of very easy to use and seemingly effective ad/script blocking built into it - no complaints so far in the last two weeks or so. (Link)

Excellent news -- and if you ever find that mainstream Firefox is starting to slow down and/or use too much memory on your Windows 7 rig -- permit me to recommend a variety of Firefox "forks" that are usually lean and fast, and remind one of Firefoxes and Netscapes of yore (some representative ones to check out include Palemoon, Seamonkey, as well as the little-known ArcticFox that comes with a WinXP build but should be compatible with Win7 too). In the worst case scenario -- if you find yourself unimpressed by those various browsers, fire up a small VirtualBox install of a simpler Linux distro like LinuxMint, and run an updated Firefox, Opera, or anything else -- from within the virtual OS system itself -- but go down the VirtualBox route only if you have enough RAM on your rig -- recommended min. of 10-12 GB RAM if you want to juggle a virtualized OS install smoothly. Cheers all & happy browsing in lesser-known browsers, Von S

This one will not be a ripped model, I am paying for it. I will be working on it with Coupi. This is my gift to this community as I really would like to have it available soon as if I model that it will take a long time.

Madagascar, Southeast Africa (1977-2018) Terrain December 13th, 2017 (1st Release) by Menrva >For Strike Fighters 2: Europe, Recommended Full-5 Merged This is a complete remake of the AE terrain made by Deuces and Dave, further tweaked by Wrench. The entire map has been retargetized and extensively retiled; Mozambique is now a lush green jungle, not a barren desert as seen in the original. The Comoros and Mayotte islands now properly exist and are carefully populated by towns and airports. Numerous target areas have been added in order to expand playability, targets of opportunity and year range. This terrain features a fresh new 250m resolution heightmap (instead of the stock 500m resolution), allowing for greater details and precision in elevation changes; overall it provides the whole terrain with a better look. The terrain spans from May 30, 1977 (the beginning of the Mozambican Civil War) to December 31, 2018. Despite the given time frame, this terrain is not right for reproducing the Mozambican Civil War. Instead, the terrain is meant to pit the French Navy against the combined forces of Mozambique and Madagascar in a what if scenario where the Comoros and Mayotte islands are being threatened by the two Soviet-aligned countries. The French (Blue Side) only have four flyable airfields. Don't even try to fly Blue Side long-range bombers from said small airfields; I am providing a rather realistic representation of the area, where the French are tasked with the defence and patrol of the skies above the Comoros and Mayotte islands. Having SF2NA is a must, as I have enabled naval ops. If your mod's folder contains French ships and carriers, you'll see fleets being generated during single missions. Ground Objects are not included. It's up to the user to find and obtain anything that can be useful for the proposed terrain's scenario. >Credits (in no particular order): -Deuces and Dave, who had the idea of recreating such a gorgeous environment in the Strike Fighters world. -Wrench, who kindly allowed me to improve upon his work by giving me a blank cheque and trusting my capabilities. Thank you, sir! -swambast, who provided me with invaluable help in tracking and fixing common and uncommon bugs. -gerwin, whose TFDtool has proved to be essential in today's terrain making. If the terrain is pretty accurate to RL it's also because of him. I included his very nice Airfield 7+8 Addon Pack, too. -mue, for the improved shaders he made, which I have included and reworked for the terrain, and for the tools he made for SF2 modding. -luk1978, for the waternormal bitmap he shared at the SF2 screenshots thread. Your mods are very interesting! -MigBuster, I have included some of his great hi-res textures for runways. -Stary, for the old .TOD mod which adds trees on this terrain's tileset. -Gepard, for his great tutorials about terrain making, in the SF1 Knowledge Base at CombatACE. It's a gold mine! -tiopilotos and Stratos, who supported me during the terrain's development. Thank you, guys! -krfrge, who has produced a tutorial for recreating SF2-like planning maps, which prompted me to work on templates and my own high quality planning maps. Thank you very much! -comrpnt, for his Approach and Airfield Lighting Pack mod packages for SF1 series, which I reworked and included. Because the original terrain was born from Deuces and Dave, and was later tweaked by Wrench, I included the ReadMe files from the original packages, to the end of giving proper credit to everyone involved directly or not. >Disclaimer: This is a freeware; yet it can be redistributed ONLY in other CombatACE mods/mod packages. Any changes to the terrain package's files and/or any copy-and-paste attempts of their contents are NOT authorized if you plan to release them in other mods. But permission might be granted to those who request it to me at CombatACE. This terrain may NOT in any way, shape or form be used in any payware additions.
