We have some update for you with the current project. There has been some 3D work made and corrected (lamps, canopy actuator, lower pitot, plane's hook), damaged meshes added. Logan4 also built and adapted , from scratch, a brand new HF-2 surface to air missile. Work will continue to the project as planned with some expected (slightly) delays due to the summer holiday I think. We'll see when the time comes.

Unfortunately, learning about history and it's significance is becoming less & less important to current generations, regardless of their age.

SF2 TMF Boeing 707 300 Series Update Pack 5/14/2023 -For SF2, Any and All (Full 4/5 Merged Recommended) This is the complete aircraft, set up as to NOT conflict with the mods of the 707 produced by DaddyAirplanes. Some renanming has been done to make sure of the lack of conflicts. This is a fairly small modification of the Boeing 707 jetliner released many years ago by The Mirage Factory. What this mod does, is using ONLY the 4 original skins, adds 100% historically correct registration numbers, and in the case of PanAm, the "Clipper" name of the aircraft. Just in case you've forgotten what skins there are ... BOAC - 14 aircraft 1960-86 El Al - 12 aircraft 1961-2018 Pan American - 18 aircraft 1958-99 TMA Air Cargo - 6 aircraft 1965-2004 All these markings are decals, and decal randomization is TRUE. The Data ini has some edits, adding the "Exported to Enemy = TRUE" line. The nations used for these 4 are STOCK in game ones. (RAF=BOAC, USAF=PanAm, Lebannon=TMA). A userlist in included, that is by NO MEANS complete. End users are encouraged to add skins, "air forces" and whatever is required to expand the line. A cockpit is included, but as this bird is mostly for eye candy, player flight is not reccomended (no defenses of any kind!!). As such, there are NO hangar or loading screens. When in game, you'll see Boeing 707-300 Series (TMF) on the aircraft selection drop down menu. This should (and will) deferentiate it from DA's mods. This aircraft DOES represent many different versions of the 300 series, so the name is fairly accurate. As is always recommended, unzip to a temp folder or your desktop to give easy access to the rest of this readme for it's install instructions. Happy Landings! Wrench Kevin Stein

Tainan Kokutai New Guinea 1942 campaign(Part 2) For Strike Fighters 2 with New Guinea Terrain(NewGuinea2)(PTO). This campaign(second part)with some 61 missions cover the operations of the Tainan Kokutai between May 1 to Jun 30, 1942. With the RAAF No.75 Sqn decimated(Only 3 combat ready P-40Es by Apr 30, 1942)the new main opponent was the 8th FG with his two squadrons of P-39D/F. By the end of the month this first FG was reinforced with a second FG(35th FG)with two squadrons with P-39s and P-400s. Despite the numerical inferiority, Tainan Kokutai continued his near daily strikes and strafing against Port Moresby and in the same time defending his base at Lae, target of many strikes to wipe out the IJN unit. This missions against Lae were costly for the USAAF, and by May 25, 1942, of the eight B-25s of 3th BG send to strike Lae, only three returned to base. Historical accurate with the main units and bases deployment by the mentioned periode. Included A6M2 with textures and decals for Tainan Kokutai and 4th Kokutai. Included G4M1 bomber. Textures and decals for USAAC with old insignia(Pre May 1942 red center disc). Campaign take in count change of insignia after May 31, 1942. See readme for other details. Hey there. The mod crashes on the first loading screen after I start it from the shortcut. My game is installed on HDD and the mod folder is on the system drive (SSD) if that's important. Can't find any logs to troubleshoot this so maybe someone here will help me.

Hawker Typhoon Mk IB V2K The Hawker Typhoon (Tiffy in RAF slang), was a British single-seat fighter-bomber, produced by Hawker Aircraft. It was designed to be a medium–high altitude interceptor, as a replacement for the Hawker Hurricane but several design problems were encountered and it never completely satisfied this requirement. 3D Model (Veltro2k) Textures and FM (Charles) Cockpit (Kesselbrut) Best Sim : Thirdwire unzip, add folders to their appropriate places...have fun THIS MODEL IS ONLY TO BE DISTRIBUTED AS FREEWARE AND IN NO OTHER CIRCUMSTANCE SHALL IT BE USED, EVEN IN PART OF ANYTHING THAT IS PAYWARE. Hawker Tempest V The Hawker Tempest was a British fighter aircraft primarily used by the Royal Air Force (RAF) in the Second World War. The Tempest was an improved derivative of the Hawker Typhoon, intended to address problems with the Typhoon's unexpected low performance by replacing its wing with a much thinner laminar flow design. It emerged as one of the most powerful fighters used during the war. 3D Model (Veltro2k) Textures and FM (Charles) Cockpit (Kesselbrut) Best Sim : Thirdwire unzip ad folders to their appropriate places...have fun THIS MODEL IS ONLY TO BE DISTRIBUTED AS FREEWARE AND IN NO OTHER CIRCUMSTANCE SHALL IT BE USED, EVEN IN PART OF ANYTHING THAT IS PAYWARE. SF2 WW2 ETO Gloster Meteor F.3 "Stand In" Pak 9/11/2013 -- Something for the WW2 ETO players -- = For SF2 ONLY, Full-5 Merged, Plus Expansion Paks (Reccomended/Preferred) = **Note: Having wichever SF2I Expansion Pak that gave us the Meteor 8 is =REQURIED=. As this mod makes use of that stock 3W Lod, you =MUST= have said Expansion Pak as part of you merged installs. Otherwise, this mod does you no good, and you shouldn't download it.** A reskinning and redecaling of the stock 3W Meteor F8 to create a "Stand-In" WW2 era Meteor 3. Yes, we all know there are =SUBSTANTIAL= physical differences between the early and later production marks, but this WILL allow you an RAF jet for anti-diver patrols and causing general mayhem in the closing months of the War. And possibly against some of the Luftwaffe jets recently released, and those still to come. The markings are all decals, representing No. 616 Squadron "South Yorkshire" circa late 1944 thru 1945. These are reused from an old 1stGen mod of mine. The serial numbers are historically correct as they ARE for the F.3 variant. Decal randomization is TRUE. Serials and Plane-in-Group letters for 26 aircraft are supplied. The canopy opens with the Standard Animations Keystroke (Shift/0). The pilot figure is included, but weapons are NOT, as they reference ALL stock 3W in-game items, with the exception of the RAF500 pound ww2 era bomb. You should already have this in you game via various WW2 weapons packs. My 1stGen 'box art' hangar screen is included, now revamped for SF2. When In Game you'll see: Meteor F.3 (SI-3W) on the aircraft selection drop down menu. This will diferentiate it for those that may (or may not) have the DAT F.3. As always, fairly easy to follow, yet detailed install instructions are included. So, please read them. Good Hunting!! Wrench Kevin Stein

There is no "IFF module", transponder, etc, that one can add on either as a loadout, or, as an .ini edit. The game simply recognizes all friendly AC as being imbued with, well, "friendly" IFF....and all opponents as not. Besides, you specifically asked: So, I "specifically" answered
