Around 1959 Northrop with North Aviation tried to sell the N-156F fighter with the AA-20 missile linked with the Hughes TARAN system... presented under the name "Programme Rapière". I've found the old belgium "Mach Magazine" published in March 1960 with its advertisement.

Along with the F-4C Phantom during program "Peace Alfa", Spain also received two squadrons of F-105Ds in 1971, which had been replaced by Phantoms and Aardvarks and saw action in Vietnam. While the Phantoms main task was air superiority, the Thud's main task was Strike and CAS. 2019 Donation and Subscription Drive Valued CA Members and Patrons; It has been 51/2 years since CA last asked you to help support us. We think we've done fantastic managing our budgets and keeping the "collection plate asks" to a minimum. However, the time has come for us to pass around the plate again. Our 2019 mid-year income shows us significantly under funded for our yearly requirement of $3600 bringing in 18.23% of our need so far at this point. If we could ask, please take a moment to renew old subscriptions or sign up for a new one today you'd be doing your part to help. We also have started a new donation campaign for those that don't need subscriptions but still want to help. Please find and use the links below to show your support. Your continued appreciation and help for all we do is important to the entire community and we are grateful for any help offered to see us into 2020. We'd also like to take a moment and personally thank logan4. On average he personally donates between 12% - 15% of our yearly budget, every year, and we'd like everyone to help us thank logan4 for all he's done. Of course we all give in our own way and I would be remiss for not thanking everyone for that as well. Everyone's involvement means the world to us. Here's to another great year ahead. Buy New Subscription Manage Your Subscription Give Donation From all of us at CombatACE, thank you for your support.

Be patient. We can't have all the aircrafts models. I mean we can have - but not all at once. I would rather wait and have a proper model than painting some other aircraft for mockup. I guess. It is all about individual preferences...quantity or quality. I think it is better to wait. There will be Savage one day for sure.

Ahhh the Bugger has banned me twice already , he obviously had nothing better to do , so a third ban, though unlikely , as I have a slight inkling I may never be allowed on his site again, would be hard to acheive, but what a nice accolade a triple ban would be hahahahaha. I may even get a laurel leaf for my achievement !!!

Hi bros is there any plan to make AJ-1 Savage in CA or other modelers? If not.....I am a texture and skin publisher....then think about that.which plane is similar to savage to make texture for it?do you have any idea? sorry about my bad language....

none. it's a rather specific shape and has very odd engine arrangements you might get Capun to make one .. of course, then nobody else will be able to have ti.

I called down there and the F-105 they have is being refurbished for display, off limits to the public at the moment. Maybe these will help you scale a tank based off your model?

There is, of course, an actual Skyraider cockpit, made by Dels, which looks a lot better for the Spad than that old A-4 Skyhawk cockpit. It is available in the KAW mod, I think.

There's a bunch of F-105 tanks down at the Air and Space Museum next to Davis Monthan AFB. I'm sure they'll let me measure one next time I'm down that way. There were three tanks assigned to the Thud IIRC a 390 USG internal bay tank non ejectable, a 450 USG centerline AND inner wing hardpoint slung tank, and a 650 USG centerline hardpoint slung tank. To verify you want the most common one the 450 USG external drop tank?
