Okay, so now I'm feeling it. This Thundechief is the Cats Meow for dropping sh*t and hauling a$$ outta the drop zone............................. Until you forget just how big the weapon is. But it sure is pretty to look at. Tanks off, let's go downhill Now, to any sane person, this scene right here should have been a clue as to the outcome of what I'm about to do. Obviously, sanity is not a strong family trait.......... The attempted roll-out, flash, shockwave, "Oh Sh*t", and bail-out were almost simultaneous........Next time, "must go faster"

Albert, I noticed 3 sitting in inventory. Me thinks “this will not do! Something I can defend myself with and not being used.” It’s not a bad machine for the time bot that offset gun will take a little on the job training. Those monoplanes showed up in force quick!

Don't pull my leg. Everything can be. I have my own "Knowledge Base", consisting of text files under names recognizable to me, and usually the authors of the saved quotes are not indicated there. Sometimes these files come in handy as answers to "frequently asked questions" Anyway, all credit to you, of course. I don’t need other people’s laurels, because my own laurels will last me for the rest of my life. So you took offense anyway?

Thanks for the comments on Jean-Fidele's Nieuport 10, everybody! Here's a better (and unedited) shot at what his aircraft looks like now:

Well once I get a new laptop sent to me I will see about doing more planes. What I don't know as my reference folder is pretty thin.

November 28,1915 FFA 33 Bastian's Diary Just arrived Menen Aerodrome.Very exciting! Very eager to get air.I saw my workhorse but now.It is Aviatik C.In the training school has B version.C model has machine guns.Luckily! Offizierstellvertreter Bastian Dietrick Schubert Born in Oberstdorf 5 May 1896 At a age of 5 family moved to Freiburg in Württemberg. His father get a job as a forester. He was eager to hunt and Bastian was always with him as he could. His markmanship skill was useful later on! August 1914 Bastian belonged XIII Württember Division.Whole autumn was Race to the Sea. Result was they were stuck in the mud and trenches. The winter he spent digging and installing barbed wire. Once he and his komrade were going just that work, shrapnell exploded near.Bastian woke in hospital week later. No front line service any more.Bastian applied to be a pilot. November 29-30 I am now acquainted with my observer,Oberleutnant Eberhard Blume.Good fellow! Together we got to know Aviatik. Eberhard and Bastian ready to action! December 1-2 Flights canceled due the snowfall. December 3 Photograph mission Ypres-Messines Ridge. Weather was awful yet! Eberhard and his "tools". Menen gets behind. Ypres ruined city on the right.

Seb - What an awful thing to happen to Cleaver, especially with everyone looking on. Runt is fortunate to have a lot of fine pilots around, Rod Dallas, Red Mullock and Noel Keeble. The sooner he is CO and can move Ackhart on the better.

Hello Everyone! Today we bring you some news from the Great War! We are nearing completion of the final trio of Flying Circus- Vol. II aircraft. The Gotha G.V., Handley-Page O/400 and Sopwith Triplane are coming along nicely. The Gotha G.V. will be released in our next update, which we hope will be by the end of this month. The HP O/400 and Tripe will be in a March update. The Western Front map for FC2/3 is also being worked on by Ugra Media, but it is not ready to be shown yet and will likely take more time to complete that we originally planned unfortunately. A clear estimate on its arrival is not possible at the moment, but will update you as soon as we get a better handle on it. Map making is a slow process in general. In some WWII news we have created new USAAF bomber crewmembers for our B-26 to man the gun stations. The work by Alexey is top notch as usual. We have also made more progress on our new sky technology and are currently working to put it into Beta soon. Next week we plan to update our Astro-dome (stars and planets) to be more accurate depending on the latitude of the map. This is a small, but interesting improvement to make our physical world a little more accurate. Work on our remaining Battle of Normandy aircraft continues. As I have mentioned previously, moderate delays have befallen these birds during the pandemic, but work continues and we hope to start showing you more of them in upcoming DDs. However, the Ju-88 C-6 should be ready for Beta testing soon and be included in our next update (provided testing goes well). We are finalizing our skins for it and getting ready to roll her out. We hope to have updated pics for you next week of the beastly Ju-88 C-6. It appears the world is finally ready to move on from the pandemic and we hope this means life will get back to normal. Of course, humanity will find a way to struggle to even get back to normal, such is our nature it seems. However, the long-term disruption to daily life, families, education, travel, medicine, governments and business norms that this pandemic has caused will be felt for years to come. In the face of all this disruption, we want to say THANK YOU to all who have supported us during the last couple years as we have struggled to maintain a steady flow of content and improvements for the Great Battles series. We can never thank you enough and we will continue to work hard for you. Enjoy! The Sturmovik Team
